• Ian (9/5): Modern, smart and friendly boutique-style hotel part of a small chain. - We have stayed in hotels in this part of Paris several times, but this was definitely the best one so far. Clean, comfortable and very helpful staff. Rooms are not big in Paris, but this was plenty big enough, with everything we needed for a two night stay. Nice breakfast buffet, and the free hot drinks in the lounge area in the evening was a nice bonus. Big thanks to the receptionist who checked us in at 9:45pm after a six hour train journey and a locked phone with all the hotel booking details on. He certainly calmed us down - Thanks. Nothing really. Cheaper and a bigger room would have been good, but this is Paris (and still cheaper than London)

• silvia (10/5): Parigi è sempre Parigi ... ma con il 9 Hotel Bastille è perfetta - Hotel in posizione strategica, vicino alla Gare de Lyon e ben servito dai principali mezzi di trasporto. Il centro è comunque raggiungibile a piedi con una passeggiata sul lungo Senna. Camera sempre ben pulita e in ordine. Personale riservato ma al contempo molto disponibile e cortese, presente h24 alla Reception. Colazione molto buona, con prodotti di qualità sia dolci che salati. Tutto perfetto. Forse, per soggiorni prolungati, sarebbe utile una zona armadio un pochino più grande

Salle de bain… tjs cette manie de mettre une baignoire même en l’absence de douche. Se doucher dans une baignoire n’est jamais très agréable. Une douche au lieu d’une baignoire serait bien plus pratique, agréable et eco.

La salle à manger est cosy et lumineuse et agréable pour travailler. Les chambres et la salle de bain sont extrêmement propres. Le personnel est aux petits soins. Je reviendrai !

The room was clean, well air-conditioned, and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The bathroom felt quite small, and the bathtub was a bit awkward to use, the curved edges at the entrance and exit made it feel slippery. I also felt the room was missing a bin, as the only one provided was in the bathroom.
• Kirsi (10/5): Perfect city break hotel and stay - Hotel is a short walking distance from a train/metro station, super convenient but quiet location. A couple of nice local restaurants, pharmacies and a grocery store. We got a great (cozy, clean, roomy) twin room, good beds, with a bath, as requested, from the top floor. All hotel areas were cozy, tidy and clean, staff v friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fresh and good quality, above expectations. Everything was above expectations, we (F17, F51) felt comfortable, safe and relaxed. Lot of French guests, good atmosphere. As per usual in Paris hotels, small lift and stairs, so don’t crowd them with hurry.

• Veronica (4/5): Disappointing. There are much better options in the area for comparable prices. - Great location was good- very convenient near the metro station, and the staff was friendly. The room on the first floor was small, smelly, dark, overlooking a hallway. The walls are paper thin and I could hear guests snoring in the room next door. On the first night I was woken up by a loud banging sound coming from the pipes and the second night from the kitchen delivery. I haven’t been able to sleep during my stay.

The breakfast was somewhat poor and not well-served. During the Easter weekend, there was only one employee who seemed to hate this job :( The soundproofing is close to zero. I heard all the Duolingo lessons that were taken in the next room too well :)

• Nathalie (9/5): - Hôtel hyper bien placé, jolies chambres, très agréable. Je choisis cet hôtel dès que je viens sur Paris. Les draps sont un peu trop petits par rapport aux matelas (très épais et confortables) et ont tendance à se défaire.

Personnel très peu professionnel, agent d'accueil du dimanche 15 au matin écoutant son émission sur son téléphone à fort volume alors qu'il y a échange avec les clients, ne regarde même pas dans les yeux... Monsieur si l'on vous ennuie changez de métier et allez regarder TéléFoot tranquillement chez vous ! Quant au samedi 14 au soir, une alarme incendie se déclenche et le personnel explique et rassure les clients... en anglais seulement ! J'avais oublié que Paris était en Angleterre maintenant. Donc non monsieur, on explique en FRANÇAIS ce qu'il se passe et ensuite on peut passer à une langue étrangère pour rassurer les clients internationaux... Problème plus anecdotique mais pénible quand même. Mauvais rapport qualité/prix, prestations correctes pour une facture astronomique (185 euros !). Petit déjeuner très simple. Au final, un hôtel une étoile qui en a usurpé deux supplémentaires. Bon pour la facture, elle est 3 étoiles sans aucun doute !

• Roselyne (10/5): Toujours un plaisir ! - Deuxième passage dans cet hôtel. Le personnel est agréable, la chambre est confortable et propre, le petit déjeuner est parfait et l’emplacement est idéal. C’est devenu notre endroit de référence pour nos escapades à Paris ! C’est un détail, mais pensez à prendre une rallonge, la prise est loin du lit !
• Elodie (8/5): Séjour pro au top à deux pas de Gare de Lyon - L’hôtel est idéalement situé à 5mn de Gare de Lyon et 10mn de bastille. L’hôtel a été rénové, la literie est confortable, la chambre est propre bien équipée pour un court séjour, le petit dej est très correct. Le personnel est très agréable. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Moquette dans les chambres tachée (et dans l’absolu je trouve que ce n’est pas un choix hygiénique surtout dan d’un hôtel)
