A cause de ça on a du utiliser toutes les serviettes de bain qu'on a mises parterre et la dame de chambre les a pris sans les remplacer. Pas de serviettes a part des petites pour la douche le lendemain.

• Birthe (9/5): Vi var alt i alt godt tilfredse. - Betjeningen vi mødte Vi boede et rigtig godt kvarter hvor vi kunne nå det hele, enten på gå ben eller metro. Der var rimelig meget larm fra metroen. Vi boede på 1. sal.

Очень маленький номер, у кровати нет тумбочки из-за этого, приходилось придвигать стул))

Restaurante muito bom em frente ao hotel, só atravessar a rua. Serviço de táxi intermediado pelo hotel para o aeroporto de Orly. Eficiente e pontual. Poderia ter sido melhor a recepção, oferecendo mapa da cidade. Vi depois até que tinha. Nada que tenha prejudicado a minha estadia.

• Yara (8/5): - the reception is very chic. location is close to cadet metro station. the room itself was modern and clean. it was spacious. the walls were not thin. bedroom was comfortable. the hairdryer was not working on high heat and keeps disconnecting every 1 minute. the bathroom had a bath-tub with permanent spots & stains as well as the toilet.

• Kumaran (8/5): Hotel Opera Lafayette is a comfortable and well-located hotel that I would happily recommend - I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Opera Lafayette in Paris. The location is excellent, with easy access to nearby train stations, convenient taxi drop-off points, and many restaurants within walking distance. One of the highlights of our stay was the room size. The room was comfortably large enough for a family of three, which is not always easy to find in Paris. The bathroom was clean and well maintained, adding to the overall comfort of the stay. The reception desk being staffed 24/7 was another major advantage. We arrived very early in the morning and were able to check in, which made a big difference after a long journey. Additionally, having an elevator was extremely important for us. It made getting to our fifth-floor room easy and allowed us to transport our suitcases without any hassle — a real bonus for Paris accommodation. The only downside was the Wi‑Fi. The connection did not work well in our fifth-floor room, and we had to go down to reception for a more stable connection.

Etrafı hareketli ve güvenli. Kendimi gece otele yürürken güvensiz hissetmedim. Buzdolabına eşya koymamıza izin verdiler. Etrafta restoran/market mevcut. Saç kurutma makinesi 1 dk çalıştıktan sonra çalışmıyordu, dinlendirmek gerekiyormuş. Resepsiyondaki güler yüzlü beyefendi bana fişe takılan saç kurutma makinesi temin etti. Ana caddeye baktığı için bir tık gürültülü olabiliyor. Hasta veya bebeğiniz varsa sorun olabilir normal şartlar altında çok rahatsız etmiyor. Tekrar konaklamama engel olacak herhangi bir olumsuzlukla karşılaşmadım, bahsettiğim basit eksiklikler dışında gayet güzel bir otel.

• Seçil Hidayet (7/5): - Konum fena değil, metroya yakın ancak Opera için yürüyerek biraz mesafesi var. Yine de yürüyüş yaptığınız cadde keyifli, butik ve cafe'lerle dolu. Oda temiz, büyüklük açısından da yeterli, üç kişilik odada 1- 2 gece konaklama için uygundu.

• Stefan (4/5): Geen aanrader dit hotel, lawaaierige kamers, veel te klein bed en onveilige opslag van je koffers - De kamer is érg gehorig. Je kan geen raam openzetten ivm het zeer drukke verkeer, direct onder het hotelraam. Het personeel geeft geen enige vorm van sympathie. Koel, afstandelijk, geeft geen enkel welkomsgevoel. Vriendelijkheid van het personeel. De rumoerige kamer, érg kleine badkamer, geen plek om je toilettas ergens in de badkamer te kunnen zetten (kleine wastafel, geen planchet voor je toilettas). De tussen/schuifdeur tussen het toilet in de badkamer en het bed is niet goed afsluitbaar. Erg ongemakkelijk gevoel als het op het toilet zit en je medereiziger zit of ligt op bed. Het in- en uitchecken gaat zonder enig lachje of vriendelijk woordje van het personeel. Uitsluitend het hoog nodige wordt gezegd. De koffers even voor een paar uurtjes opslaan, omdat je bijvoorbeeld al uitgecheckt bent, is ZEER risicovol. Je krijgt een pasje om vervolgens zélf je koffers in een kamertje te zetten, tussen alle andere koffers van andere gasten. Het pasje geef je meteen weer terug aan de receptiemedewerker. Je krijgt dus geen label voor je eigen bagage, maar je moet zelf je eigen bagage in een hok zetten, tussen alle andere koffers van andere gasten in! Pas op! Zeer diefstal gevoelig dus!

• BRUNA (1/5): Terrible experience: the hotel had no hot water in the middle of December, offered no solution, promised a refund when w - Nothing Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The entire property had no hot water because all of the boilers were broken. This happened in the middle of December, when temperatures were close to freezing every day. Not having hot water under these conditions is completely unacceptable. We repeatedly asked the hotel for a solution, such as a transfer to another hotel or access to another facility where we could at least take a shower. Unfortunately, nothing was offered. The staff only said they were waiting for a technician to fix the problem. After the second day, the situation became insupportable and we decided to move to another hotel at our own expense. The hotel staff assured us that we would be refunded for the nights we did not stay. However, to this day we have not received any refund, and our messages are no longer being answered. Because of the lack of basic services and the unfulfilled promise of a refund, I cannot recommend this hotel at all.

Plenty of nice restaurants nearby too and our bathroom had been renovated The breakfast was just rather sad with poor choice and quality. We were given a room at check in that hadn’t even been cleaned yet. The cleaning was lacklustre with hair left in the bathroom sink and shower cubicle. The lift is tiny and can barely fit 2 people and we found we constantly had to take the stairs because the staff were using the lift
