The bed was so hard it felt like they had forgotten to put a mattress on it - lying straight on wooden frame. Front of house staff weren't exactly friendly. Attitudes changed when they felt they weren't going to be tipped.

- Kim (10/5): Best bang for buck - I like all the staff. All helpful and friendly. The place is super near everything. ATM, restaurants, coffee shops, Bin Tanh market. Room is clean, however is shows that it’s a bit old because of the bathroom door. they also arranged birthday balloons for my friend. It was very sweet of them 🥰 The grout of the tiles in the bathroom needs a bit of scrubbing and clorox, but the rest, all is good. :)

- Meizi (4/5): The hotel needs lots of improvement - 1. The only plus point is 100m to Ben Tanh market. 1. Premier King Room sounded so nice, but I can't even draw the curtains because it is facing some lousy building (hostel) 2. The housekeeping tools (mop, pail, etc) and bundle of towels are placed along the walkway. The moment the lift door is open, you can see that these things should not be placed here, especially where the fire safety hoses. No safety common sense. 3. Housekeeping didn't do the job properly. The bed wasn't made up to the hotel 3/4-star standard. Creases still exist as though the sheets were not changed. My mugs were not even washed one of the days. 4. During breakfast, when the order is plenty, the crew at the egg station seems to be agitated/ speaks a bit loud.

- Caithleen Therese (10/5): We had a fun trip and the hotel room is also one of the best things that we purchased! - I really like to location of the hotel because it's literally walking distances to some of the tourist attractions in Saigon. Also, there are so many restaurants, cafes, and spas nearby so people won't get bored easily. There is also a public market nearby so if you want something cheap, you can buy there. Breakfast buffet was also very good and there is a variety (they served different dishes everyday). The room was also clean and very pleasant to stay at.

- Loan (7/5): Great location and good breakfast - Staff very helpful and professional (in helping me resolve my booking issue), breakfast selection was good and location was great. Management didn't accept my late cancellation on Booking.com (I double booked with a different hotel) and through unclear communication, the staff was trying to help by selling my multi nights booking which I wasn't aware they proceeded with the suggestion so I turned up with my first night rooms being sold and I was still stuck with the remaining nights. It was messy and would have been better to either have the full booking cancelled or left intact. As mentioned, the staff on the floor was very helpful and managed to put our family of 5 in a temporary (smaller) room on the first night as our size rooms were sold out that night. Unsure about other rooms but our room had a shower in a bath tub which I don't prefer as it is less safe climbing in and out of slippery surface and that the bathtub feels like the builder standard type that doesn't feel solid under my weight (80kg). Hopefully this feedback serves to help not only travellers but also the hotel for future improvements.

- Caitlin (9/5): An amazing stay and would recommend and would definitely come back - The reception was exceptional and very clean and welcoming. The staff were very friendly and polite. Only one minor issue was a bit loud at night but wasn’t a big problem. It is a lively city!!

We have a four rooms but all are different and on different floor for family. Not together. Hallway are too narrow.

- Kumar (4/5): Location is good but very noisy. - The location of the property is very good, everything was near by. There was a speaker in front of the hotel and there was noise the whole time. I got headache and could not sleep the whole night. I informed the staff and complained about the noise.

- Carr (1/5): - Prior to my arrival, Adora sent me several emails regarding selling my room and cancel due an invalid credit card. I don't know my credit card was invalid as I have a high limit and a low balance. Also Adora had already charged a balance on the same card. The email was received at 4:45am and I had until 2:35pm to respond. I received a call after 2:37pm stating my card would be charged. I attempted to explain the messages I received and that I made other arrangements after receiving the email of my room being cancelled. Adora would not listen and stated they would charge my card at a later date. This is unacceptable. I will be disputing this if my card is charged I will NEVER book with ADORA again and/or recommend this hotel to anyone.

The room itself was clean and the beds were comfortable. Great location. The rooftop wasn’t very clean and the spa wasn’t inviting plus they made us pay for bottled water. - Tram Nguyen (9/5): Good stays! - The staffs were so quick and ready to help. We had an unscheduled online interview, they makesure the wifi connection were good. Provided upstair room for us to use if we need better connection and private during the interview. We did not use it since our room were very well insulated. My daughter were sick with fever and they ran to get us ice next door since kitchen were closed. Room were cleaned and stocked with extra towels and toilet paper. We had a pleasant stay. The VIP room is very well insulated and Wifi were not good in the toilet room/ area! The rest of the room is good,very spacious, and clean. For the light sleepers, you may hear the kitchen preparing food in the morning (.. very faintly around 5am ). It did not bother us.

- Judith-Andreea (10/5): Heartwarming stay - The staff was really nice and helpfull. The check in formalities were smooth. The location of the hotel is really good. This was our second location to stay in Ho Chi Minh, but we regret we did not choose this to be the only one for our stay here, it was soo good. We had a room with view towards the city, this made is a little bit noisy during the night but still it was not so bad.

Therefore I only can have in 1st floor instead of that room.A part from that all good, all the hotel staff on duty on that day were very nice, helpful, excellent people.

- Nair (2/5): Disappointing stay at Adora Hotel - Only the location is good in relation to Ben thanh market. I requested a room with a shower but was allocated one with a bath and hand shower, and there was no option to change as they were booked. On the first night, there was no hot water (water barely warm). The tub was leaking water all over the bathroom floor, and we used the bath towels that we had to absorb the water on the floor. The maintenance staff came to check on the water situation but could not resolve it on the first night, and were aware of the leaking as well, but nothing was done to assist. The next morning, we were reprimanded by the staff that we should not have used bath towels on the floor, and if any stains result, we will be liable for extra charges. This was extremely rude and disappointing (as a note was even left in our room). The water situation then turned on the morning of our check out, where we only had hot water and could not have a bath again until maintenance came to check on and resolve this, further delaying our plans for our last morning in the city. The staff (management) did not take any responsibility and were not accommodating at all.

- Jet04192751081 (6/5): Good location. - The location is prime to get to markets and famous areas. The rooms were average at best and no restaurant on site. We upgraded to VIP room as the family room was small, 2 double beds and no room to open suitcases etc.
