- Sou Cheng (7/5): Good location - The hotel is very close to Ueno Station via the Iriya Gate. Cleanliness was acceptable. The hotel felt old. The interior looked dated and the bed would slide if you sat up or down too quickly.

- Swedish Woman (8/5): Good location - Great location, close to the Ueno park and station. Between road and train station. A bit noisy (earplugs helped so it was okay)
- megumi (6/5): お気に入りのホテル - バスタブが広くユニットバスでもトイレが閉鎖的でない。 少し水回りがおしゃれでかわいいです。 ドライヤーもシンプルで風力が強く使いやすかったです。 シャンプーなどは紅茶の匂い？でとてもよかったです。 お部屋の椅子も素敵でした。 共有キッチンもあるので調理したりすることもできそうです。 トイレの故障なのかトイレを流すと水が流れっぱなしになっており何度か止めてみても止まったり止まらなかったり… 地味にストレスでした。 部屋のチェーン部分の取り付けが甘くなかなか閉まらないなかなか開かないということがありました。 チェックアウト時にフロントの方にお伝えしましたが対応していただけていたら良いなと思います。

- Yuko (4/5): - 駅近、コンビニ近いなど、立地が良い。 部屋やタオルの匂いが強くて、不快に感じた。部屋は写真よりも、年季が入っている。部屋の埃や錆などがところどころ見られた。建物の自体は古く、ところどころリノベーションされてトイレなどは新しい。部屋のトイレは自動で、少し人が近づくと音が鳴る、蓋が開くので、シャワーを浴びるや洗面台や入口付近にいるだけで音や動きがいちいち気になる。(設計上、お風呂の扉がないことも関係していると思われる)。隣や上から、音が結構響く、車や電車の音が聞こえる。ある程度、事前に予期していれば許容範囲だが、知らずに行くと少しがっかりする可能性あり。
- Evan (9/5): Would stay here again in a heartbeat, the value for money was excellent - Good location. Short walk to Ueno station. Family Mart and 7/11 both within 50 meters walk of the front door. Coffee Machine in lobby was really useful . Room perfect size for solo traveling. Bathtub very big , was nice to stretch legs out after long day. The bed did slide away from the wall if you sat up quickly, some non slip pads on the feet would help.

- Megan (8/5): Great spot. - I liked the convenience of the location to the train station. It had friendly staff and I was a little early but my room was ready so they let me check in anyway. The room was a bit small to have a suitcase opened in and the toilet motion lid lifting every time I walked past was annoying.

I had to bring down the trash separate them before throwing into the bin. To be fair, I’m ok with all this, the room is small which is typical for budget hotel room in Japan but when compare to the high season price, it’s way too expensive.

C'est la plus grande chambre pour 4 personnes que nous aurons eu de tout le séjour. assez bien placé, calme et agréable. on voit que la chambre a déjà bien vécu. avec qql petit élément de la chambre cassé et/ou abimé. ça dérange en rien, mais ça m'a quand même interpellé
- Ryan (8/5): - Het hotel ligt op een toplocatie voor de grootste bezienswaardigheden van Tokyo. Het hotel was erg netjes en schoon, had een fijne badkamer. De matrassen lagen prima en het personeel was behulpvaardig. Ze hebben dubbele ramen waardoor je vrij weinig van geluid buiten meekrijgt. Ook zijn er genoeg restaurants, winkels en barren in de directe omgeving van het hotel. De entree is direct de lift, waardoor je makkelijk en snel bij je kamer bent. Het hotel heeft geen goede gordijnen of lamellen, waardoor het al erg vroeg heel licht is op de kamer. De kamer is vrij klein en we hadden weinig beweeg ruimte in tegenstelling tot andere hotels in Japan/Tokyo waar we zijn geweest. Helaas heeft het hotel geen luggage service.

- Хлебникова (7/5): Отель в целом нормальный, но мне не хотелось бы вернуться в него еще раз. - Очень удобное расположение, в непосредственной близости от вокзала Ueno и парка Ueno, вокруг много кафе и магазинов. Несмотря на то, что окна номера на 11 этаже выходили на улицу, имеющую два уровня движения транспорта (дорога и путепровод над ней), в номере шум почти не ощущался. В описании номера, который мы забронировали, значилась кухня с набором кухонных принадлежностей, и мы, естественно, ожидали, что некий кухонный уголок будет в номере. Однако по приезде узнали, что в отеле есть одна общая кухня для всех постояльцев, о чем не было прямо сказано в описании отеля на сайте. Стандартный двухместный номер очень небольшой, а темная мебель, темный пол, темная деревянная дверь-купе, отделяющая ванную комнату от номера, и плотная темная штора на окне созлавали немного депрессивную атмосферу.
