Zsuzsanna (10/5): Zsuzsa - Das grosse Hotel ist grosszügig, schön und sehr praktisch gebaut, mit allen Annehmlichkeiten eines 5*Hotels. Seine Lage ist perfekt. Das Essen war sehr vielseitig und sehr gut schmeckend. Das gesamte Personal, ob an der Rezeption, Information, in den Restaurant's oder Zimmerfreundlich war stets hilfsbereit, freundlich und sehr nett. Mir hat es am besten gefallen, dass die Atmosphäre trotz der Hotelgrösse und Angebotvielfalt persönlich blieb und familiär war.

Zübeyde (9/5): Erholungsurlaub mitten in der Stadt - Die Lage des Hotels ist für alle die in Stadtnähe bleiben wollen optimal. Vieles liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe. Da wir aufgrund einer privaten Veranstaltung in der Stadt bleiben mussten, haben wir dies mit einem Erholungsurlaub im Megasaray Westbeach verbunden. Für uns war es perfekt. Unser Zimmer war mit tollem, seitlichem Meerblick in Richtung Kemer und sehr schön geräumig. Die Minibar wurde jeden Tag mit Wasser und Getränken aufgefüllt. Die SPA-Angebote können wir sehr empfehlen, Olga Hanim hat uns sehr gut beraten und die Massagen waren top. Herzlichen Dank an Sevil Hanim, Railya Hanim und "Pideci" Mustafa Bey vom Restaurant für die Freundlichkeit. Unsere Wünsche wurden sofort erfüllt. Auch möchten wir uns bei Kubilay Bey von der Lobby Bar und Ali Bey von der Rezeption bedanken. Wir haben uns im Megasaray Westbeach sehr wohl gefühlt und würden es beim nächsten Stadtaufenthalt erneut bevorzugen. Wenn man etwas negatives sucht, findet man immer etwas. Für uns gab es nichts negatives.

Jpn93 (9/5): Will definitely be coming back! - 1: The staff (in particular the bar staff) are absolutely amazing, so friendly and helpful! 2: plenty of food and beverage facilities throughout the resort area, all well maintained. 3: Has other facilities too like a gym, games room, indoor gym, sauna, massage services (didn't use it so can't comment on quality), very spacious outdoor pools which are kept very clean. 4: Food was delicious with different options every single day and plenty of options for every type of diet restrictions. 5: Activities organised throughout the day and the entertainment organised at night was a lot of fun. 6: There seemed to be plenty of activities for children (we didn't come with children so can't comment on quality). Room was very dated: The bathtub had cracks in it, the silicone around the bathtub looked dirty as if it was mouldy, the bedroom carpet had clear signs of wear and tear and needs to be replaced, some of the furniture & the bathroom door also had clear signs of damage, TV could also do with an upgrade..They really need to carry out upgrades in the bedrooms, however, we literally used the room just to shower and sleep so it didn't affect our stay, we still had a wonderful time and the staff were amazing!

All facilities you need, plenty food choice, great location. - Pleasant staff couldn't do enough for you, room cleaned daily, mini bar refilled daily, comfortable bed, great spa, meals were grand, they even invited me to a special booking.com meal with fancy cutlery and more food than you can eat - apologies I forgot all about my reservation and had already had my evening meal but didnt wana let you down🤣 Top hotel would recommend. Telly could have been bigger and spa was quite pricey for massages
Alexandra (9/5): Все хорошо - Я останавливаюсь в этом отеле уже второй раз на пару дней и с удовольствием остановлюсь и в третий раз 1) Вкусная и разнообразная еда , много овощей, в сезон много фруктов, рыба и мясо во всех видах 2) Уютные номера с удобными кроватями 3) Отличный персонал 4) Собака отеля, и ее будочка -смотрятся очень мило 5) Удобное расположение, рядом красивая длинная набережная , пляжи. До центра города около часа пешком по красивой дороге 6) Чистота 1) Отель очень и очень уставший, потертая мебель, уже отваливающиеся розетки, в ванной комнате сильно пахнет канализацией , плохо работал кран (но это проблему решили быстро) 2) Очень потрепанный жизнью ковролин с давнишними застарелыми пятнами

Frederic (10/5): - Très bon hôtel. Séjour en famille avec deux enfants de 3 et 5 ans. Le service est top. L'ensemble du personnel est disponible pour rendre vos vacances faciles. Deux exemples : Tu arrives le soir après le service du restaurant, on te demande si tu as faim et on t'accueille en famille au restaurant 15 minutes plus tard. Aucun souci à n'importe quelle heure pour avoir un litre de lait et un four à micro-ondes à disposition pour faire un biberon à tes enfants. Bienveillance du personnel au bar, au restaurant, à la réception. Très bon esprit de l'équipe d'animation qui fait attention aux enfants. Que ce soit dans l'animation du club pour les enfants l'après-midi, de l'animation disco-baby chaque soir pendant 30 minutes pour que les enfants s'amusent et danse ensemble ou encore pour toutes les autres activités proposées où les enfants sont accueillis avec bienveillance.
Ivana (10/5): Amazing hotel ! - Our stay at Megasaray Westbeach Antalya was wonderful from the very first moment. As soon as we arrived, the atmosphere at the reception was warm, relaxing, and welcoming. This was our second time staying at the hotel, and Mr. Dervis recognized us immediately and kindly upgraded our room to one with a beautiful sea view, which made our stay even more special. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and the minibar is regularly restocked. The hotel offers a huge variety of food, and everything is exceptionally clean and well organized. The entertainment team is very approachable and speaks several foreign languages, which creates a great connection with guests. We would especially like to highlight Emanuel, who performs his job professionally and with great passion. He always kept us informed about all activities, is extremely friendly, and radiates positive energy. Everyone at the hotel is approachable, talkative, and kind. We truly enjoyed our stay and will gladly come back again.

333nastyadonut (10/5): My stay at this hotel: the details that will help you decide whether to book or skip it - The hotel is in the Konyaaltı area, in the Gürsu neighbourhood — a very nice district with a well-known promenade and views of the sea and the mountains, which are really close by. The hotel itself is right next to the promenade and the beach. The beach is technically a public one, but the hotel’s sun loungers are located just across the road, a 2–3-minute walk away. What I liked most was the food, which was a very pleasant surprise: a great choice of tasty dishes, and on one evening the dinner was dedicated entirely to Italian cuisine (Bolognese, lasagne, pesto, and so on). The main restaurant serves meals four times a day: breakfast, lunch, dinner, and a late dinner. I didn’t go to the late dinner because it takes place too late, so I can’t say anything about it. However, I enjoyed all the other meals. I don’t like spicy food and was worried there wouldn’t be enough choice for me, but in fact there were plenty of non-spicy options, and vegetarian and vegan dishes are clearly labelled too — for those who care about that. There is also a small card next to each dish showing the calories, protein, fat, and carbohydrates, which I also appreciated. The bar is open 24/7. I don’t drink alcohol, so I can’t comment on that. I only tried tea there, which was quite strong. In the hotel’s Starbucks you can help yourself to as many desserts as you like — I really enjoyed that (my body, however, didn’t enjoy such amounts of sugar). As for the coffee itself — in theory it’s free, but at check-in you are given vouchers for it, so it isn’t unlimited. Keep that in mind. I had read in reviews that the rooms needed refurbishment, and I partly agree. The bed and everything else in the room were new and clean, the bed linen smelt fresh, and it was changed frequently. The only unpleasant moment was the shower: at first the shower door didn’t close properly — that was fixed quickly — but then one of the two shower heads stopped working completely. The service was also pleasing; the staff are genuinely customer-oriented. However, there was one incident: after the shower door was repaired, I asked for the bathroom to be cleaned because the maintenance worker had climbed in wearing dirty shoes and left footprints behind. I went out for a couple of hours, and when I returned I saw that nothing had been cleaned. I ended up having to clean it myself. I booked a city-view room and I didn’t regret it, because on the sea-view side you can hear music, and one lady told me it made it difficult for her to sleep. The view was no less beautiful, with mountains wrapping around the little city houses. I got back literally yesterday, and as you know, the weather in May isn’t the warmest — the season has only just started. So I mostly swam in the hotel’s indoor pool, which is heated and the water really is a pleasant temperature. The hammam and sauna are free, while other treatments, such as massages and body scrubs, are chargeable. The hotel grounds are small but compact, and the design is minimalist and aesthetically pleasing. If you’re planning to go out independently rather than using taxis, don’t worry — there are plenty of buses. Do bear in mind, though, that traffic jams here can be horrendous. Once, instead of 20 minutes, I spent 50 minutes on the journey, but in principle the same thing happens with taxis. You can only pay on the bus with a special card called Antalyakart; there is also an app where you can find the locations of machines that issue the card. It’s very convenient. Personally, 300 lira was enough for me for a week. In conclusion, despite some very minor drawbacks, everything went practically perfectly, and the hotel lives up to its five-star rating. I was left with really lovely impressions.

Hadi Fadil (6/5): The hotel should be rated as a 4 star not 5. - The location & reception staff were friendly. The hotel is old as well as the facilities. The bar staff were not friendly at all, bad attitude not welling to work. The alcohol drink options were limited they didn't have premium drinks, as it should be for a 5 star hotel, the food buffet didn't had variety & didn't taste good, overall we weren't satisfied i rate this property as a 4 star not 5 star.

I loved the atmosphere created by the animation team; the karaoke, games, and gym classes were a lot of fun. Also, the pools and the spa (sauna/hammam) are clean and well-maintained. kotopuma (8/5): Для городского хороший отель - Удачное расположение относительно моря, красивые виды, в целом для начала сезона неплохая еда. Приветливый персонал. В целом удобный номер, удобная постель, сантехника исправна. Хороший лобби бар, есть Старбакс (правда по талонам, это странновато). Отель удачен, чтобы провести несколько дней для тех, у кого дела в городе. Я была в данном отеле в 20 или 21 году, еще до ренновации, в то время все было весьма пошарпанное и устаревшее. Каково же было мое удивление, когда обнаружилось, что реновация номеров ограничилась лишь перекрашенными стенами, все остальное осталось тем же старым и изношенным. Ну может ресторан более-менее обновился. У отеля вообще нет зелени никакой на территории, да и сама территория скромная (но для городского отеля это понятно). Жаль, что к 30 апреля все еще не работал пляж, и даже спуск к морю перекрыт и ремонтировался.

There is a bif offer of activities for everyone also families with kids. Different activities everynight, quiz and live music. Great offer of food and drinks included in the price and just in front of the beach I would come back again if I can. Thanks to the animation team for everything.

Марина (9/5): - Расположение отеля. Спокойная комфортная обстановка.. Все службы работают четко, быстро, слаженно. Уборка ежедневная. Сауна, бассейны, полотенца на пляж, бары... Всего достаточно. Отдыхаем тут не первый раз. Заселили в номер меньшего размера. Через 2 суток переселили.

Прошу руководство кухни обратить внимание на привелегии у сотрудников обслуживающих зал перед своими гражданами Турции. Было пару ситуаций, где нам отказывали подготавливать стол с указом найти другой и как только мы отходили, они подготавливали его для своих. Однажды был даже прямой конфликт, я не выдержала и высказала все вашему сотруднику. Это очень неприятно. Ведь условия должны быть у всех одинаковые, особенно, если это интернациональный отель

Luca Damian (7/5): Das Hotel liegt direkt am Strand und es braucht nur eine kurze Anfahrt vom Flughafen. Für eine Kurzreise, wie bei uns üb - Das Hotel liegt fast direkt am Strand, man muss nur über die Straße gehen. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Meerblick und konnten jeden Morgen den Sonnenaufgang genießen und abends den Wellen lauschen. Auch bei offenem Fenster schlafen ist gut möglich in der vierten Etage, es war uns nicht zu laut. Das kleine Gym war zweckmäßig und ein schönes Plus im Urlaub. Beide Außenpools sind sauber und wir konnten auch schon zu Ostern reinspringen. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in der Nähe vom Flughafen (18 Minuten mit dem Auto) ist das Hotel wirklich gut. Das Essen ist abwechslungsreich und lecker. Der Kellerbereich wo das Gym, Sauna und der Innenpool liegen könnte ein wenig mehr Aufmerksamkeit vertragen.

Az All Inclusive ellátás kiemelkedően jó volt, minden nap változatos és bőséges ételek közül lehetett választani, így biztosan mindenki talál magának megfelelőt. A személyzet külön dicséretet érdemel: végig nagyon kedvesek és segítőkészek voltak, bármiben számíthattunk rájuk. Összességében egy nagyon pozitív élmény volt, szívesen visszatérnénk ide a jövőben is! Ilyen nincs

Kristina (10/5): Amazing hotel, tasty food, close to airport, 5 stars - It’s closed to the airport, the food was very tasty, our room was amazing with central sea view, lovely promenade around the hotel with separate lines for pedestrians, joggers and bikers. They make nice Starbucks coffee and you get a free coffee per per se per day, they have alternative milk and quality of their coffee is amazing. For coffee lovers - I would recommend. It’s hard to find a good coffee in the hotel. Also patisserie was very nice and selection of deserts was good. They had my favourite San Sebastián cheese cake and it was super delicious. They make Aperol Spritz from Turkish style liquor and it’s actually ok to drink. Nothing, all good!

Le personnel, pleinement informé de nos intentions, a collaboré étroitement avec moi en amont de notre arrivée. Leur assistance a été précieuse dans la préparation de cette surprise, se manifestant par de délicates attentions : la décoration de la chambre, un gâteau avec des bougies, une bouteille de champagne et une corbeille de fruits frais. Grâce à leur soutien, leur professionnalisme et leur bienveillance, mon mari et moi-même avons passé un excellent week-end. Nous tenons à exprimer notre gratitude à toute l'équipe de Megasaray.

Tasnim (9/5): Comfortable family stay with superb food - The property is located in an excellent spot in Konyaalti. There are tons of playgrounds around in short walking distance, which the kids enjoyed. The food quality and variety was superb. We really miss the delicious food. It is an older property so facilities show some signs of aging, but overall it is maintained well. We had great views from our room. The staff are very helpful and responsive. Guest services did regular checkups to ensure our stay was comfortable. Going into main town was easy. There are public bus option but we took a taxi and it was great. Nothing noteworthy

Martynova (10/5): - Очень приятный отель! Спа-зона просто замечательная — чисто, уютно и расслабляющая атмосфера. Персонал очень дружелюбный, всегда готовы помочь и делают всё, чтобы гости чувствовали себя комфортно. Номера ухоженные, всё аккуратно и продумано. Отдых оставил только положительные впечатления, с удовольствием вернулась бы сюда снова! К сожалению, не понравилась зона с фотографиями. Складывается ощущение, что разным гостям называют разные цены, что вызывает недоверие. Также при попытке задать уточняющие вопросы не дают чётких ответов, а начинают уклоняться от объяснений. Это оставило неприятное впечатление.
