The toilet flushing and the shower weren’t good, There were no workers who spoke English in that hotel(we didn’t mind it) but we literally misunderstood about “free” breakfast and we had to pay $. The hotel workers were friendly and helpful but other than that I couldn’t give 4 stars, more like 2.5

The water pump/waterfall was not turned on in the pool until the 3rd day of our stay! Staff not very efficient! I had to ask the front desk attendant to put the waterfall on everyday, once I knew that it existed. I reserved a king bed and landed up with twin beds. Shower came out as a trickle!!😳 The staff did not speak or understand English, except for one lady at front desk. The restaurant was only open from 7-2 and did not serve any kind of liquor! The facility is on a very busy highway! My room was always musty smelling The front door of my small fridge was full of holes from the rust! I’d give a 4 on 10 for the room!

We were put in another room for 2 days, they wanted us to go back in moldy room cause the one they put us in was booked! Ended up they told us we could stay in present room! The garden was always unkept, dirty tables, dishes, beer cans garbage left there! No coffee with coffee maker! Not much english!

It's a little far in term of getting to the Beaches in "The HOTEL ZONE", but WHo CAres, Chill...YUR in Cancun the Hotel is very reasonably priced for what The Hotel provides their guests!!

- WIJASINHAGE (10/5): - The staff were very unfriendly & not supportive. It seems like we are staying in this hotel for free. After the second day of the seventh day, we left this hotel and went to another hotel in the Cancun Hotel zone. It’s a Cancun tourist capital. We didn’t recommend this place for any families, especially if you are coming out of the country. We tried using the pool, but they were very disrespectful and unsupportive. Almost all the staff argued that the ancient TV didn’t work well when we left.

- Kyla (6/5): - My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The initial room I was assigned to was spacious, but unfortunately, the furniture appeared outdated and not very clean. Additionally, some of the walls were dirty and needed to be wiped down. I found the water temperature to be barely lukewarm for a shower, which was quite disappointing. However, due to a leak in the bathroom ceiling, on my last night, I was promptly moved to a different room after contacting the front desk. On a more positive note, the pool area was a wonderful escape and provided a relaxing experience. Moreover, I was pleased with the friendly and helpful nature of the hotel staff, who were always ready to assist.

- aliaartz (10/5): Comfy beds and pillows, and almost infront of the biggest mall plaza las américas cancun - The rooms are very clean, very comfy beds. Easy to access right in town on main avenue and walking just about 10 minutes is the biggest mall in downtown cancun. Walking distance has many restaurantes of diferentes style food. But right infront is great tacos los tarrascos.

- andream0402 (8/5): Better than it looks from the outside - We stayed at this hotel as part of a tour group. It was much better inside than I was expecting from the outside. Our room was great, 503 . Our friends room another one on the same floor was good but not renovated like ours. Staff were lovely. The shower was a rain head one with no option of another shower head and no shower cap so your hair has to get wet. The room had a small fridge and microwave. There was a pod coffee machine and two cups but no coffee, tea or spoons. It was a little noisy from the traffic but the location was good, only about 300m from the largest shopping centre in the area. Breakfast was scrambled egg with bacon and toast and papaya.

- jmscarvalho (6/5): Ok... - Great for a one night stay in Cancun, getting in or out of the city. It's a good location to spend a night, not much more. It's well located, easy access to airport and main roads, so you can move on quite easily.

- Joe (8/5): - I’d like to to start with the most important highlight of my stay. The affordability and comfort were outstanding. I stayed here so that I could save some money to spend on tours, shopping and food. Staff are cordial and welcoming. The room I stayed in was clean and the AC worked around the clock, obviously don’t expect luxury. The food is pretty good, I specifically enjoyed the pollo a la plancha. The fajitas were also enjoyable. The pool is small but very peaceful and not very busy early morning. Now, the kitchen doesn’t have sweets and if you order one you will pay extra, common sense right? The room is quiet for most of the day but it does have really thin walls, so be aware of party people and newlyweds. There is no laundry service but there is one around the corner. Also, if the gym is important to you this is a big no. The gym has no ac. Benchpress seat was broken and only had up to 15 pound weights dumbbells. Overall this was a very pleasant stay, no real issues and still got to keep some of my hard earned money. Carlos, leticia, Jessica, Selene and Sergio, and all staff. Thank for your hospitality. Other notes. There is a little seafood restaurant down the street which was excellent “Los de Pescado”. Their fish and shrimp tacos are battered and so good. Try it with tamarind sauce. Around the corner there is a nice quiet coffee shop “Cafe Por Fabor”. I had their espresso and a couple of pastries which were delicious.

They should have a way to control people from coming dripping wet from the pool into the building, elevators and rooms. I almost felt on the way to my room.

- Johnny (8/5): - Property is kinda old but in decent shape, it was good for us as we stayed only 2 nights and we had tours picking us up from the hotel, so, no need to walk around too much, there isn't too many option to eat nearby or the communication wasn't good enough.

- Brian (8/5): - The property itself was pretty decent. And the staff was very good. The cleaning staff was very courteous when I had an issue with a missing light bulb it was taken care of immediately. The hotel does have a restaurant but it is only open from 7:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. so there are no opportunities to sit at the bar in the evening and have a drink or eat anything in the evening for that you must go somewhere else. There are not a lot of restaurants within short (10 minute) walking distance. However, there is a very large Mall with a good selection of restaurants in the fast food area. The mall is only about 6 or 7 minute walk away but it is across the busy street. Crossing the street is actually relatively easy to stop lights permit enough openings in the often heavy traffic to cross through easily. Currently, and this is end of July 2023, there is construction on the frontage road for several blocks including ambience suites. This would make parking difficult for anyone who might be driving.

- Elizabeth (10/5): - Super bien ubicado todo esta cerca plazas y muchos restaurantes. Habitacion como en las fotos. Limpieza muy buena.
- Kimberly (6/5): - Absolute garbage. Other patrons of the hotel are slamming doors at all hours of the night. It is 11pm and I am trying to get some sleep and I cannot even do that. DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY. It is a waste of your money.

- BetsyFB (6/5): Average hotel, ok stay, could get something better probably. - Average hotel. Quite difficult to get there. Could work more in have it cleaner. Check In is pretty easy. You may struggle for a parking space (safe). Kind of well located. They serve breakfast but not included in the night rate. Located in Cancun Downtown.

- Neshaja Sharie (2/5): - The hotel wasn’t easy to find, the parking is in back with a bunch of run down abandoned buildings. And the hotel looks nothing like the pics. Absolutely nothing like the pictures! Terribly disappointed. I was afraid to go to sleep
- David L (4/5): Ripped off at Ambiance Suites! - The maid took one of our bags with new medicine, gifts, food, and some makeup and no one did anything about it. We talked to several of the front desk clerks but they didn’t seem to care or offer any compensation. One of the staff opened closet down the hall, and we saw the empty bag inside, but no one would offer any compensation. I would never stay there again!
