Simon (8/5): Superb hotel in an even better location if you want a fully contained apartment - A very unique designed hotel utilising old fashioned building to create these self contained apartments. Loved the fact it has the balcony bedroom and kitchen area and what a view we had of the main boulevard in BA. What was especially nice that breakfast was brought to your room every day and was a buffet style service. Overall a great apartment and was in a super location. So a couple of things. 1. It didn't bother us too much but at night you get a lot of street noice. You are on a very busy road 24/7 and the apartment is using old fashioned veranda doors which are single glazed. So you hear a lot of street noise. As mentioned it didn't bother us but if you done like that type of noise overnight then worth thinking of having. side room instead. 2. The apartment is great but I think the bathroom just needs a bit of a freshen up, especially the shower area. I would say needs a deep clean and just to get rid of some of the paint marks in the shower wall. Easy fixes and means the bathroom matches the rest of the apartment with the sharp looks

El frigobar no andaba, la habitación no permitía subir la temperatura a más de 22 grados y encima al encender la calefacción, ésta era muy ruidosa. Las aberturas son de madera, viejas y no cierran bien, dejan pasar el chiflete

El desayuno es excelente y la amabilidad de absolutamente TODO EL PERSONAL compensa cualquier detalle que pueda tener la habitación Estuve hace algunos años y creo que necesita algunos detalles de mantenimiento como los soportes de los cortinados que son bellísimos y se deslucen un poco con los caños doblados. También el piso de los pasillos está dañado y afecta la primera impresión al llegar a la habitación. Son solo sugerencias. El precio es excelente y el servicio es de primera calidad.

Alexej (7/5): Gute Lage, aber keine 4-Sterne-Hotel. - Die Lade des Hotels. Zustand der Fenster/Balkontüren. Die sind leider sehr alt und an vielen Stellen undicht. Das sorgt für Zusatzlärm von der Straße, die sehr gut zu jeder Zeit befahren ist.

Santana (6/5): NÃO VOLTAREI - Localização ótima e o quarto amplo O sistema do café da manhã é uma piada. Entram meninas com carrinhos e você tem que escolher o que vai comer. Porém é tudo regulado e constrangedor a forma como as meninas negam os alimentos. Estávamos em cinco pessoas e não podíamos pegar pães na mesma quantidade de pessoas. Nos deram um pires de ovos mexidos. Colocam uma xicara de café e saem. Se acaba o café de sua xicara você teria que pedir e aguardar por quase meia hora o retorno. Surreal um hotel submeter o hóspede a esses constrangimentos de alimentação. Só houve o atendimento de garrafa térmica com café no quarto no ultimo dia e a entrega de mais alimentos após minha reclamação. Foi realmente muito constrangedor não voltaria. Fiquei muito chateada estava com minha familia e passar por isso não passo nem em casa. Parecia que estavamos pedindo comida como se fosse um favor nos alimentar. Horrivel.

Solo cambiaría el servicio de mensajería a un solo número. Recibí muchos msj con lo mismo de dos números diferentes al WhatsApp.

Konstantin (10/5): Great location with wonderful breakfast service - I picked this property because of gorgeous layout with high ceilings and "breakfast in the room" option that we have never experienced before, and breakfast was outstanding. Every morning 2 girls would show up with carts loaded up with food and set up an amazing table encouraging us to try all the different options. Valentina was exceptional-- we would not want her to leave because she was so welcoming and we wanted to continue talking to her. I think pictures were way too pretty and property didn't match. It was a little run down, facing a very busy and noisy street, and instead of beautiful living area with TV we had additional beds there because we had 4 people. There was no space to sit beside the beds, but it turned out fine because we were there to explore the city, not watch TV. Also, although the property had "kitchen" area, it was completely unusable-- no stove to cook on, not stocked up with anything ( just 4 plates, 4 utencil sets and 4 glasses) and tiny refrigirator. So for families that like to cook sometimes, do not count on that kitchen.

silvia (10/5): Confortable - Lo amplia de la habitación que tienen para 6 muy cómoda, los 4 chicos que vimos en recepción excelente trato, muy simpáticos y serviciales, muy profesionales, limpieza, si bien tiene algunos detalles de mantenimiento la evaluación es muy buena. Nada importante, pero podría sugerir que ya que hay cocina podrían tener cafetera o sobres de café en las habitaciones para mejor servicio. Fue muy acorde a lo que esperábamos.

Dulcie (8/5): - The location was great, lots of restaurants close by....short walk to obelisk and to the river, a bit more to San Telmo Market. I like the loft layout of the room....felt spacious. Bed was comfortable. Staff were very helpful. All in all great value. The proximity to 9 de Julio Blvd meant that traffic sounds were loud at night, which took some getting use to.

Muchas gracias a sol. el hecho de que en nuestra habitación para 4 personas el baño esté en el segundo piso se volvió un poco peligroso al tener niños. una noche uno de mis hijos se pegó en la escalera al subir oscuro para no despertarnos. si uno tiene hijos pequeños es un detalle para pedir esa habitación.
