- Lulama (4/5): - It took 2 hours for us to check in... I even fell asleep at the waiting area. Keys to the rooms did not work and we ended up being checked in using the master key.
- Emda (5/5): - The convenience of the place. The rooms are very small. The hotel is very noisy. The waterpressure is poor.
- Akiniyi Caroline (6/5): -
- Benson (6/5): Great location but they had no running water a few times which was rather inconveniencing. - It is a great location if you are at GIBS There was no water several times and this was really inconveniencing.
- Abraham (9/5): Great and quiet. The Guys at the reception especially the Elderly Man, was great. -
- Yaboo (8/5): - I like the location Price little bit expensive
- Geraldine (1/5): Don’t reserve. - The staff were friendly and the location is on GIBS campus. The following:
1. The WiFi constantly connecting and disconnecting.
2. No fridge in the room.
3. No kettle in the room - how is one suppose to make coffee???
4. Water interruption - to their defence they did leave an inconvenience note as to the time.
5. LAST but not LEAST. The fact that they were continuing with renovations and building till 12 in the evening and continued from 4 am. And the constant talking of builders.
As much as the location is convenient never ever again will I stay at this hotel. Really shocking for a Business school.
- Mumbi (7/5): -

- Bruno (7/5): Simple hotel to stay when you are studying - Simple hotel, it's good because it's near University. So it's convenient when you are studying. Don't have breakfast and a mini bar. The acoustics in the room are bad. You can hear all the sounds from outside, from other rooms and from conversations.
- Anonymous (8/5): It was very peaceful and enjoyable - Their availability when in need NA

- Malope (5/5): Passable - Cleanliness and welcoming treatment by staff Almost couldn't shower due to lack of water or very poor water pressure. Water is always a problem and I don't understand why water pressure cannot be permanently fixed for all these years.

- Christa (6/5): It was a pleasant stay. I really loved the hotel, it's location and the friendly personnel. - The location of the hotel, right inside the GIBS property. Parking was safe, and the personnel (from security personnel to the hotel personnel were absolutely helpful and friendly. One could easily strike a conversation with them. The furniture in the room I was in was evidently old, and scratched. My colleagues' rooms were a little better.

- Angelina (9/5): Lovely, I will recommend it to others. - I forgot my tooth brush and tooth paste.
Illovo Hotel provided me with a set.
I requested an iron, and although I waited quite a while to receive it. It was brought to my room.
Also helpful in suggesting restaurants for dinner.
- Alice (8/5): I would recommend a friend - breakfast was included clean

- Takhe (5/5): Convenient - I like its close proximity to GIBS. Breakfast & dinner are not worth the amount. Each morning @ 5am there is always the noise of the blow machine sweeping guy. No attempts were made to sensitize guests about the night noise from the 'below 35 party' hosted at the GIBS premises.
- Paddy (6/5): Pleasant - The Location was perfect for my business requirements. Security was good. Noise from the bar area on day of arrival.
- Thatohatsi (8/5): Very good - Our room smelt like cigarettes
