• Shaliha (10/5): Brilliant stay! Doesn't disappoint ever. - The staffs were very accommodating and helpful. They were quick to act when there was an incident that occured during our stay, and we're truly appreciative of their swift action and response. The room was clean, the housekeepers have done amazingly. They left our room spic and span. Location-wise is amazing as well, there are stores easily accessible. Would highly recommend to stay here, and would definitely book here again! NIL

• Guy (8/5): A hotel with an excellent location and great staff - I enjoyed my stay at this property, with its excellent location close to the MRT system and easy access to great food in the neighbourhood. I also appreciated the friendly staff and the water station with snacks which is a nice touch. Some parts of the room are excellent, including the quality of the mattress. Other parts could use some attention. Some of the fixtures are almost falling off (in my room, this included the light switch in the kitchen area). I hope this could be fixed.

The rooms are small and if I wasnt traveling solo it would be too small for two people with luggage. A foldable luggage rack and a small bed side night satnd would be nice.

Breakfast didn't apply. The only downside was that we rented the loft and the stairs were REALLY steep so I recommend taking this into consideration when renting.

• Gilles (10/5): Magnifique séjour dans cette établissement près des accès pour le métro et de plusieurs bons restaurants. - Notre chambre sur 2 étages était bien équipé et très propre. Le ménage de la chambre a été fait chaque jour et toute était parfait. Le personnelle était intentionné et répondaient rapidement a nos besoins. Des machines pour le lavage des vêtements étaient a notre disposition gratuitement. Notre séjour de 7 jours c’est très passé. La piscine est propre mais manque un peut de soins au niveau de l’aménagement . Nous aurions aimé avoir accès a une terrasse mieux aménagé avec une table et des chaises pour manger a l’extérieur.

Possibilité de laisser les bagages dans un local sécurisé en cas de départ tardif ou arrivée anticipée. Tout ores d’Orchard road et Chinatown à pied. Even though you can hear your neighbors, at night it was quiet, I didn’t hear any noise from the street. There’s pretty good coffee at the cafe on the ground floor The tiniest room I’ve ever stayed in (which is expected in Singapore), I doubt you can lay and open your suitcase if it’s medium or big, we had a backpack so it was fine. Only 1 tower per person (only bath towel, no hand and face towels), no soap (we used shower gel)

This time our room had a small window which you couldn’t see out of and was very dirty. It was next to the laundry room so lots of noises.

• Fiona (9/5): A quiet, restful oasis in busy Little India in hectic Singapore - The location - in the heart of Little India, easy walk to bus and train (Bugis from Changi Airport, Rochor for most lines) The room - small but had everything I needed and smart use of space. The focus on sustainability - I really liked the provision of refillable water bottles and easy access to still and sparkling chilled water. The ever-replenished snacks, with cups to fill and utensils for hygiene, were a wonderful bonus. The facilities - there was a laundry with 2 washers and 2 dryers on my floor. Plus a toaster oven, ice machine, aforementioned water filter and snacks! The bathroom - rain and hose shower heads, shampoo, conditioner & shower gel provided in refillable bottles (no plastic waste!), toilet with bidet hose, plenty of space for toilettries. The softest towels I’ve ever used. The staff - extremely helpful. The bathroom door - huge and heavy!

The common/dining area of the loft room was small and i wish they provided a more premium looking sofa/seat and table to suit the interiors.

Our room had a little kitchenette with the basic equipment for making a breakfast and simple meals if one wants to, considering the abundance of Indian, chinese, malay restaurants in the area for a reasonable price. Despite being in the middle of the lively area of "Little India" the room was very quiet and no disturbance from noisy neighbours. Also, we had daily room service, free drinking water as much as needed and a small swimming pool. There are two metro stations very near by giving you excellent access to the whole town and all the interesting sights. We were very pleased that we chose this hotel. Nothing

It was clean and comfortable (a really cosy bed) and right by the MRT, so convenient for getting around. You got free water and use of the dipping pool. There was also a good amount of under bed storage. Exactly right for what we needed it for.

• Andrea (9/5): Perfect option for stopover in Singapore! - Arrived in the hotel at Noon, Sanjay welcomed us with professionality and a warm smile offering a very good service and communicating that the room was already ready. The room is not big but there is everything needed, there is care in everything and it is very clean; therefore we loved it at first sight!

The area is not so great - there are a few restaurants but nothing too interesting. That does not matter, because the Inhouse restaurant is excellent!

La petite cuisine est un vrai plus. L’hôtel est situé dans un quartier à majorité indienne. En soirée (à partir d’environ 18/19h), il y a très peu (voir pas) de femme dans la rue et principalement des groupes d’hommes. Cela n’a posé aucun problème, mais en tant que femme voyageant seule, ce n’était pas très agréable.
