• Sarah (9/5): Wish we'd found this place earlier! - Clean room and comfortable bed. We've stayed many times in the area (to visit Occidental College) and wish we'd known about this hotel before! It is a basic hotel, but you can't beat the price and location. It is right on Colorado so there was some street noise, but nothing that was that bad (although our room was not street facing).

• Iniguez (6/5): Good location decent enough for the price. - Comfortable bed. Screen on windows was missing rectangular piece. Lighting in restroom did not encourage taking a shower. Too dark can't see if its clean or not. Night guy was rude. During the stay both mi boyfriends phone and my own kept having trouble with something getting to connect without permission.

• Debra (10/5): Must stay - The room was spectacular. The ceiling was awe inspiring! The whole room was so tranquil. I have not relaxed like that in such a long time. Peaceful. I cannot thank the owners enough for such a wonderful experience. Straight away they honored my special request without hesitation and the room was simply immaculate. Clean. Quiet. Great location. Superior amenities. I cannot say enough. I definitely recommend this hotel to all travelers who are weary and in need of a good rest. Peace. I loved absolutely everything!

• LAWRENCE (10/5): - Marisa greeted us upon arrival and helped us resolve a parking issue. She was helpful, cooperative, and friendly. She listens and does her very best to make our stay comfortable. The room was clean and very comfortable. I left an item behind and Marisa went over and above getting the item and holding it for later pick up Thank you Marisa Parking. The entrance is only 8'. I was driving a van that was higher so we were unable to use the lot. I would like to have seen that issue on the website. I had to park in the street which was ok, but I was not comfortable leaving it in the street. Once again Marisa said the employee on duty would watch out for any issues.

Hotel was quiet, could not hear other people through the walls. Area around hotel is nice. Bed was very comfortable. There wasn’t anything I disliked about the property but be prepared for no stairs.

Also the doors are very loud, got woken up at 330am by someone's door slamming. Anytime any of the neighboring rooms would open and close their door you could hear them slamming, shakes the room a little bit.

The AC made a weird noise night and I had to really block it out to sleep. It I had to go downstairs to deal with it, I would have driven away. The place is clean. Nothing special.

• Tanya (8/5): - It's a 3 story building which I didn't know until I called the hotel after I booked my stay. In the pictures in Expedia for the hotel, it looks like it's a 2 story building because of the angle of the picture but it's 3 stories and no elevator. Only stairs. There are only a couple rooms on 1st floor, the rest looks like storage or garages. (There is a ramp only for 1st floor handicaped room). They must have renovated the hotel because the building was blue and not the color expedia had which was a tan color. I enjoyed this hotel. Cute atmosphere. I love all the flowers and plants outside, it's in a great neighborhood. Restuarants are nearby. Also the area is a cute little town in Eagle Rock. The room has a microwave, electric tea pot, and coffee maker and small fridge. There is a beautiful mural on the ceiling which we enjoyed and added to the atmosphere. I wish the artist signed the painting on the ceiling. They did a a beautiful job. Also I recommend putting weather stripping on the door, the light shines through. We will definetly go back to this hotel. Like I said, we enjoyed it!!!
