• Corine (10/5): Hotel Mulberry was an excellent choice! - Loved the location! I am glad I booked early, as the rates almost doubled when I checked again. I feel I hit a great deal and I am very satisfied with my stay. I didn’t like how I could not control much of the room temperature. It got freezing cold when I tried to lower temp but was later explained if you go too low it becomes very cold. Other than that it was a great stay!

We needed another blanket at night. The comforter was too thin even though it was May. The water main was temporarily shut off for a few hours, but it was not communicated clearly enough.

• Joyce (7/5): A comfortable room with a nice view on a higher floor for an overnight stay. - The room had a nice view and was comfortable. The price for the overnight stay was acceptable. The door to the room should be painted. The closet door in the room should be painted.

The walk north from the hotel on Mulberry Street is lovely and safe -- we did it at least twice a day and appreciated seeing the many restaurants with outdoor seating. The hotel is good and our room was fine -- clean, quiet. I'm not sure how well the air conditioning works but it was cool when we visited so it was not an issue. We brought our own "pour-over" coffee to make from the hot water kettle in the room but they do have drip coffee in the lobby. The staff was very nice. Bed was comfortable. There is a cute park across the street which is a bonus. Still pretty pricey for what you get but that is NYC.
• Kai (9/5): Nettes Hotel in guter Lage - gute Ausgangsbasis für eine NYC-Tour! - Gute Lage in Chinatown in der Nähe einer U-Bahn Station. Einige Restaurants, Cafés und Bars in unmittelbarer Nähe, gefühlt sichere Gehend, kleiner Park direkt vor der Haustür. Zimmer ausreichend groß. Toller Blick aus dem Fenster, inkl. Blick auf die Skyline. Morgens steht gratis Kaffee zur Verfügung. Personal eher neutral, wirkte kühl und reserviert (aber nicht unfreundlich).

• Bruno (9/5): Super séjour en famille - La situation de l'hôtel est vraiment top et calme, nous avons même dormi avec la fenêtre ouverte sans aucun problème! La literie est super confortable. Je reviendrais sans hésiter. Le petit café du matin dans le hall avant de partir déjeuner aux alentours (par ex chez Tria Bakery Cafe Diner ou nous avons été 3 fois). Le système clim/chauffage est un peu défectueux, mais cela ne nous a pas gêné vu notre météo. Les rangements pourraient être mieux optimisés vu la chambre de quatre personnes.

Une machine à café dans la chambre serait la bienvenue. L'hôtel semble destiné à vous accueillir pour la nuit, ce qui est naturel. N'attendez pas vraiment autre chose (lobby, bar, cafetéria)

• Nicole (10/5): Great will do again - Location was great very clean. Hotel would definitely go there again. It was very surprised. Secretary front desk was very very nice but spoke way too fast and I heard other guests say the same exact thing otherwise she was great !!!!!

• Sapia (8/5): Great get away from it all weekend!!!! - Went for the San Gennaro festival location was great. Bed was comfortable. If you need complete quiet it’s probably not the place for you, I personally don’t mind the sounds of the city. I liked it here, clean, comfortable bed, hot shower what more do you need.
• Brad (9/5): Perfect location, great value. - We were never told about the breakfast, so I can’t really answer that. The room was great. The toilet would run occasionally and we’d need to jingle the handle, but aside from that we had no complaints. The staff was friendly and a manager even me to our room to make sure ur A/C was working properly after noticing we’d had it running all day. Well I’m a little curious about that breakfast now, but aside from that there wasn’t anything that we didn’t like.

• Naor (7/5): מלון טוב למי שמגיע להתחתן בניו יורק - אם אתם באים להתחתן ומחפשים מלון - זו בחירה מאוד סולידית. המלון הזה ממש שתי דקות ברגל מהעירייה ומבתי המשפט, איפה שעושים את טקס החתונה ואיפה שאחרי זה מאשררים את כל הטפסים. ככה שהמיקום מעולה בעיקר למתחתנים. המלון עצמו לא מפואר, מינימאלי. החדר ישן ויש טיפה ריח של ישן. מה שכן, האמבטיה משופצת וממש ממש סבבה. המיטה נוחה. השכונה עצמה, מעבר לקרבה לעירייה ולבתי המשפט, לא הכי טובה. בלילה ההליכה מתחנת המטרו למלון לא נעימה.

• Yevgen (5/5): Впечатления ниже среднего - Расположение в китайском квартале. Можно пешком дойти в СоХо и еще много куда. Не понравилось. Очень холодно. Обогрев не работает. Попросил разобраться, но конечно же ничего не поменялось. Душ только сверху без ручки, это неудобно. Звукоизоляции с коридором нет, дверь прямо возле кровати и слышно любой звук.

• Silvia (9/5): Molto consigliato! - Il personale è sempre stato gentilissimo fin da prima del nostro arrivo. Ho avuto dei problemi con il pagamento della camera tramite carta di credito e sono stati molto disponibili nell’aiutarmi a risolvere. Molto consigliato anche per la posizione, la grandezza della camera, la vista bellissima sulla città e la pulizia (ogni giorno la stanza veniva pulita con cambio asciugamani, refill di acqua, bicchieri e prodotti per il bagno)! Non c’è il bagno pubblico nella hall quindi l’ultimo giorno quando abbiamo lasciato la stanza abbiamo dovuto cercare un bar per andare in bagno.
• stephane (8/5): - J'ai bien aimé la propreté de la chambre, et la vue sur la ville. L'accès à la fontaine d'eau et au café le matin était très appréciable. Dans l'ensemble, je n'ai pas grand chose à dire. La porte de la chambre donnait directement sur l'ascenseur. Il y a beaucoup de passage la nuit, et avec des enfants, ça devient vite compliqué avec le bruit.

• Christiane (8/5): Freundliches Hotel in guter Lage - Gute Lage in Chinatown, nahe Little Italy, Subway Canal Street nahebei mit guter Anbindung zum Times Square, Empire State Building, etc. Freundlicher Empfang, konnten unsere Koffer vor dem Check-in und nach dem Check-out in einem separaten Raum neben der Rezeption abstellen. Zimmer einfach, sehr sauber, mit Wasserkocher, Kühlschrank und tollem Blick auf den Financial District und dem One World Observatory. Zimmerpreis noch ok, wenn man die New Yorker Preise berücksichtigt. Gegend sehr belebt mit vielen Restaurants und bunten Läden, dazu ein kleiner Park direkt gegenüber. Es war etwas kühl im Zimmer, die Heizung wurde zentral gesteuert und reichte nicht ganz, zudem zog es durch die Fenster. Aber es war auch sehr kalt und sehr windig

The patio just outside our room was a wonderful bonus. We also grabbed breakfast at Tria Bakery nearby, which turned out to be an excellent choice.

• Sheree (8/5): No frills/ good hotel - Coffee is not offered in the room. Only in the lobby at 7am. Bed was very comfortable and the shower was great. Staff very nice. No frills but a good hotel. Coffee in the room is essential to me. I'm not sure I would stay there again because of this.

Würdnen beim nächsten Mal in New York wieder kommen. Chinatown hat ein Müllproblem im Vergleich zum restlichen sehr sauberen Land.

• Sarah (8/5): Decent location close to Chinatown and little Italy. - Location is pretty good. Quite street. The room was cozy, and comfortable. Easy walk to Chinatown and little Italy. Although not right off a subway, you are within a 4 block walk to two different subway lines. We had noisy neighbors and the hallway can be loud if they were outside their room.

• Cyrus (8/5): solid, reliable - Paying between $200-250 was a far better value at this hotel than in other similarly-priced hotels I've experienced in NYC that were recommended to me through Booking.com. inability to control room temperature / thermostate; the room was 65 degrees on a cold night, with no ability to put on the heat. I slept fine, but I may have wanted to make the room a bit warmer.

• Madeleine (9/5): A great place to take a break from the bustle - Located in Chinatown, across from a park, this place is somewhat hidden but very well located if you enjoy the lower part of Manhattan like I do. Clean room, kettle and fridge, nice sized bathroom. Excellent bed. Bottled water, nice bath products. Low-key, but feels like we were very well taken care of. Everything was lovely, the only feedback I had I gave to the property (about the light in the hall being visible through the doorframe at night).
• Sarah (9/5): Excellent bolthole in great location. - Great location in Chinatown close to Little Italy and lots of restaurants and bars. Room had balcony with fantastic view of New York skyline. Reception area slightly odd decor but rooms are great.
