- Anna (8/5): - Сначала поселили в номер с общей кроватью, хотя бронь была с раздельными, и кондиционер не работал (на улице +35,критично). Судя по другим жильцам, проблемы с кондеем и кроватью были не только у нас. Всех переселяли, и у нас в следующем номере (видимо, с повышением категории с эконома до стандарта) все уже было хорошо. Но со второго раза, долго и т.д. При заселении взяли залог за минибар, которого даже не было в первом номере. Оказывается, у эконом-номеров окно выходит в коридор гостиницы, хотя на hotels не нашла информации об этом. Брала с собой из дома маленький бутылек (типа гостиничного) со своим перелитым проф. шампунем, после уборки я его уже не нашла, выкинули, видимо, хотя у этой гостиницы все расходники в пакетиках, а не в бутылочках. Мелочь, но неприятно. В остальном сам номер (стандарт) был хороший, комфортный, кондей уже работал, окно уже на улицу, тв, чайник в номере, бесплатная вода 0.5 на человека каждый день, утюг и гладильная доска в номере, полотенцесушитель тёплый в ванной. Но вода в душе самопроизвольно меняла температуру) В общем, самим номером, остались довольны, но изначальным заселением, не соответствующим запросу, не очень. Брали с завтраком - завтраки отличные, шведский стол с большим выбором, и очень вкусно.

- kean kee (2/5): A run down 2 or 3 star hotel - I was very disappointed with the hygiene and cleanliness of the entire hotel, rooms and restaurants. It is a very poorly managed and poor staff and at best it is a 2-3 starred run down hotel. When I checked in at 10.30 pm in the evening, my family and I was was hungry coming straight from airport.I ordered a sole fish.. when came was a very think 3 by 2.5 ins fillet with 2 cauliflower. That it!... with no bread, sauce, mash potatoes. Next morning, I went for breakfast and entered the only restaurant and they let me eat there... only to the end of my breakfast they advised me this is for tour group ( and the food quality and hygiene was poor) and I am to go to a hidden restaurant behind this tour group restaurant, as I paid for breakfast. Irrespective, the cutleries , plates and table of the restaurant is sticky and dirty. I was not comfortable with the hygiene and had to rinse all my food. The room carpet was very dirty with no sandals and the white towel has turned brownish with smoking smell(and we asked for non smoking room).... and our room, we asked for twin beds but they gave us double bed.Our trip back to Moscow about 10 days later we originally booked to stay in this same hotel. We decided to cancel and stayed in another hotel which is much better, clean, and cheaper. Inever stay in this hotel again as it is a run down hotel, dirty and poorly managed and the food quality and hygiene and restaurant is poor.

- Dina (8/5): - Schönes Hotel .Sehr zentral gelegen. Ich konnte mit der Metro (Krasnoselskaya) die Fußläufig nur ca.10 Minuten entfernt ist alles sehr zügig erreichen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und war sehr hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer wurde täglich gereinigt und auf Wunsch auch jedesmal das Bett frisch bezogen. Das Frühstück war sehr schön angerichtet und für jeden etwas dabei .Von süß bis herzhaft .Die Frühstückszeiten waren von 6-11 Uhr. Für mich optimal .Sowohl der check in ,wie auch beim ausschecken hat alles gut geklappt .Auch auf den Weckservice ist Verlass. Einziger Kritikpunkt ,dass manche Zimmer sehr hellhörig sind. Ansonsten kann ich das Hotel weiterempfehlen, da das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis perfekt war. Vielen Dank an das Mandarin Hotel für meinen tollen Aufenthalt.

- Verified traveler (4/5): - Абсолютно не соответствует заявленным фото.полное отсутствие звукоизоляции.номер заявлен как суперриор в отеле 4* - по факту стандарт в 3* намного лучше. Местоположение так же совсем неудобное. Это не 7-10 минут от метро .минимум 20.

- Tina (8/5): Nettes Hotel in Zentrumsnähe - Wir haben zwei Zimmer für zwei Nächte gebucht. Ausstattung ist etwas altbacken, aber die Zimmer waren gemütlich und vor allem sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet war vielfältig und lecker. Vom Hotel aus hat man sehr gute Anbindung an die ÖPNV. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt sehr angenehm und ich würde dieses Hotel für einen kurzen Aufenthalt empfehlen. P.S.: Für Paare: Das Bett ist nicht das leiseste.
- Alla (8/5): Не очень - В первом номере жутко гудел кондиционер, но поменяли ! В номерах очень душно., Посередине стоят не удобные колонны. В отеле живут одни азиаты......
- Natalia (10/5): Транспортная доступность и приятный персонал - Чистый, приятный отель. Регистрация прошла быстро. Номер просторный . Завтрак разнообразный, даже плов есть (впервые встречаю подобное)! Мебель не новая и не очень современная, но все цело, нареканий нет. Персонал вежливый. У района есть и плюсы и минусы. Неподалеку три вокзала и метро с автобусами/троллейбусами/трамваями, соответственно контингент смешанный, но можно легко добраться в любую часть Москвы и близлежайшие города очень быстро. Сам отель не шумный, у нас окна выходили во двор, так что, в этом плане, проживание было вообще прекрасным. В общем, рекомендую. Скрытых подводных камней не обнаружили.
- Натали (8/5): - Приехала в отель в 8.30 утра, номер который мне дали впоследствии был свободен....но заселить не смогли...мотивируя тем что нужно еще 50% стоимостм суток оплатить...понимаю если бы номеров не хватало...и необходимо было бы ждать выселения, но номер был свободен!!!! Просила утюг принести в номер но так и не дождалась, хотя на ресепшене сказали что в течении 30 минут принесут( и очень холодно, батареи холодные . Кондиционер поставила на 30 градусов но как дул холодом так и дул...даже намека на теплый воздух не было

But the Hilton hotel got soooo expensive and the room goes withOUT breakfast (plus unbelievable 20 € plus) that this hotel is an excellent option.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Positive Überraschung - Das Hotel liegt nicht weit von 2 U-Bahnstationen bzw. von 3 Moskauer Bahnhöfe. Ich bin immer zu Fuß ca. 10. Minuten von U-Bahn Krasnoselskaya gelaufen. Mein Zimmer lag in der 8. (russischen) Etage. Die zwei oberen Etagen (dazu gehörte auch meine) wurden vor kurzem in Betrieb genommen. Über Geschmack für Farben, Materialien und Design kann man unterschiedliche Meinung haben. Für mich war es wichtig, ein gut komfortables und ganz neues Zimmer zu benutzen. Alles war so, als ob ich der erste war, der alles (Bad, Bett etc) benutzt. Alles war sauber und in Richtung gehoben eingerichtet.

Качественные и обильные завтраки. В этот раз была новация в виде 3-х тысячного депозита при въезде и сдача номера на выезде. Немного странно.

В итоге, до заезда в отель уже списали с карты деньги за один номер и пытались (не хватило на карте денег) за другой. Никаких предупреждений. Когда приехали в отель, нам сказали что все номера заняты, даже тот за который списали деньги. Отправили в дгугой отель, который по расположению так и не подходил нам совсем. По выезду из другого отеля так и не дали документы по проживанию, хотя все три дня говорил администраторам решить этот вопрос. За второй номер до сих пор пытаются списать деньги с меня, не знаю как решится ситуация, но впечатление отрицательное

- Verified traveler (4/5): AC Not Working - They knew the AC wasn't working. One day was in the 90s. They sent a repairman, but he didn't fix it. The window open worked but there were no screens, so the mosquitos were bad. I was there a week. I wish they'd changed me to a room with functioning AC.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Hotel for a short stay next to 3 railway stations - This is hotel for a short stay if you arriving or departing from railway stations (3 of them a 10 min away). Rooms are small, but clean.
- Michael (2/5): I was upgraded to the Hostel - This was the worst hotel I have stayed in. I was supposed to have a Superior Twin/Double Room, which is what I paid for. The Hotel upgraded me to a single bed with a bathroom. Literally, there was a single bed, two chairs two lamps on stands and closet. I had to use the end of the bed as a desk because it was not in the room. The walls were so thin I could hear the guy throwing up in the room next to mine. The food in the hotel restaurant was great, but the service was bad. They gave my meal to another table. They realized it after the woman sitting at the table started eating it. The wait staff whisked it back into the kitchen, cleaned up the plat and brought it out to me. I could tell because some of the food was cut up. Plus I spoke to the woman who had half of my lunch. She liked the selection. I got to pay full price while she got to enjoy half of my meal. The Hotel claims to be close to a lot of interesting places and clubs. It is if you are interested in riding the Metro to get there. You will feel quite safe, there seems to be a police station right behind the hotel. Otherwise, go somewhere else.
- World Explorer (6/5): Not convenient located and staff don't speak Engli - I book through expedia unpublished rates as a 5 star hotel and this hotel can not be more than 3 stars. The mattress is so old and hard that you could feel all the springs. The bathroom was very dated, old and tiles need to be at least gutted, the bath towels were so cheap that the ones I use at my gym for free (NYSC) are better quality. The staff don't speak english. The location is not centrally as if you want to go out to eat there is nothing near by, your only option is the hotel restaurant. To be in the middle of the areas where is restaurants, bares and such you must take subway about 20 minutes ride + 10 minutes walk.

Sadly arrived back home with three quite nasty swollen bites so I'm hoping that these weren't caused by the dreaded bed-bugs... Breakfast was pretty good.

- Fiona (10/5): Good Hotel - Hassle free check in and wifi service is fast. Bed is comfy and breakfast spread is good. Hotel staff are friendly and polite. Just a 15 mins walk to Kazansky railway station and hotel is located in a quiet street.

- Lilit (4/5): ok hotel for everyone, - Poor Welcome, no body help with bags, room was small but cute, nice furniture. no complementary drinks like tea or coffee in the room and ones we were late for breakfast for 5 min we ask for complementary coffee and they charge as for that aprox 10$. over all is good, internet speed is good TV chanels est est. Service is poor.
- Natasha K. (10/5): Great value - Hotel is excellent value. It exceeded our expectations in terms of room comfort and amenities. The bathrom is comparable to American business hotel with double sinks, granite tops, towel warmer, bathtub/shower combo. Buffet breakfast offered large spread including smoked salmon, cold cuts, scrambled eggs, suasage, cereals, etc. Only downside is location on nearly deserted street and a 10 minute walk from Metro.

Good location between two different subway stops on different lines, not very nice, but quiet n-hood. Good service with very good breakfast, quiet and clean rooms equipped with ac. Will definitely get back again
- Marco (8/5): perfect if it wasn't for the smell of cigarettes. - The hotel is a very nice and confortable place , the only rather unpleasent experience at the hotel is the continuos smell of cigarette all over. Our room was a no smoking room , but for our suprise the smell was coming from the gaps underneath the door . Breakfast very well served and the staff in general was superb.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Nothing special but for the right price works - Stayed there for 4 days on a business trip. Location is not ideal. Prices are high but by Moscow standards OK. Overall clean and well maintained. I wouldn't stay there again for the same price.

- Leo (6/5): Hotel Mandarin Moscow is okay - Not very good neighborhood but okay and pretty close to the Krasnoselskaya and Baumanskaya metro stations. Okay services and clean rooms. Very good breakfast.
- Michael (8/5): A Very Nice Place - Located just outside of the Garden Ring, this hotel is a great value for the money. Only 5-10 minutes walk from a main street and a Metro station, on a quiet street. Room was small, but had almost everything needed - there were few hangers, but more were delivered upon request. WiFi and a very good breakfast buffet were included. I stayed during the peak season (end of Sept.) and the price was very reasonable for Moscow. Staff was nice and helpful. Not a dream vacation place, but works great as a business hotel - can't really say anything bad about it. Its all good.
