- Hamed (1/5): Séjour cauchemardesque que nous avons dû écourter - Le petit déjeuner était correct. Pour le reste, l'hôtel est très en dessous des standards 4 étoiles qu'il prône. Très déçu de cet hôtel. Lors de notre réservation, la piscine était censée être ouverte mais elle ne l'était pas à notre arrivée. L'hôtel nous dit que c'est la faute de Booking qui ne met pas a jours les informations. Bref, notre deception aurait pu s'arrêter là car ça n'est pas très grave en soit mais non, la chambre qui nous a été attribuée donnait sur la route, très passante, une deux fois deux voies. Nous sommes alors descendus demander si nous pouvions changer de chambre pour une de l'autre côté de l'immeuble. La personne à la réception nous a affirmé qu'il n'y avait plus de chambre de disponible alors nous sommes restés dans la même chambre. Problème la chambre était très mal insonorisées et le ballet de voiture n'a pas arrêté de la nuit. Résultat, impossible de dormir pour ma femme et moi. Non seulement, l'insonorisation était mauvaise mais la chambre était dans un très mauvais état; porte de la salle de bain dégradée, joints sales, meubles abîmés, pire encore, des files électriques qui pendaient non protégés. Bref, très loin du stranding 4 étoiles dont l'hôtel se vante. Le lendemain matin, nous avons décidé de changer d'hôtel malgré le fait que nous avions réservé pour 2 nuits. Nous nous sommes plaint pendant le check out. Leur Operational Manager est venu à notre rencontre et a admis, voyant les photos que nous avions prises, que cela était regrettable. Cerise sur le gâteau, nous avons appris qu'il y avait des chambres libres de l'autre côté de l'hôtel et que nous aurions pu changer de chambre la veille. Le Manager nous a même proposé une chambre rénovée et plus spacieuse que nous avons refusé car nous avions déjà réservé ailleurs et avions pris notre décision de ne pas rester. Après notre départ, nous avons écrit à l'hôtel sur les recommandations de leur Operational Manager. Devinez quoi, aucune réponse de leur part. Même pas une notification confirmant la bonne réception de notre...

- Dafne (1/5): - The commun areas This hotel does not meet 4-star standards. I stayed from May 2 to May 4. First room (322) had a bathroom water leak and had to be changed. Second room (422) had an extremely small bathroom (approx. 160x140 cm) with a 50x50 cm shower, which is practically unusable. Only after complaining, I was moved to a third room with a proper bathroom (approx. 180x190 cm), clearly showing the previous rooms were below acceptable standards. Most concerning, the staff stated that because I paid a lower price (120 €/night, without breakfast), I should not expect better quality. This is misleading, as star classification should guarantee minimum standards regardless of price. Be careful: the actual conditions do not match a 4-star hotel

This hotel is a complete disappointment and nowhere near a 4-star standard. The facilities are extremely old and poorly maintained—many things simply don’t work. The overall feeling is more like an abandoned Soviet-era building than a functioning hotel. The bed was extremely uncomfortable—I literally left with back pain after just a few nights. Housekeeping is unacceptable for a 4-star hotel; the room was cleaned only every second day. On the first night at 01:30 AM, a group of pupils staying at the hotel were running through the hallways, knocking on doors, and making excessive noise. There was no control or response from staff, making it impossible to rest. Overall, very poor experience from start to finish.

Gave us the opportunity to store our luggage some days before our arrival and on the day of departure we could use the pool and lounge until the end of the day afetr check out which really made a huge difference in our travel plans. We ended up not needing the airport transfer, but the staff was promptly ready to help us also with this issue. Amazing stay. nothing. all excellent.
