I have only one issue they have to consider, which is that they have to put water for cleaning in the toilet. There is no any water source to clean your body after finishing. - Frank (1/5): - Ausstattung, Lage und Frühstück waren angemessen. Ich hatte beim Check-in meinen Ausweis im Auto vergessen, ohne Ausweis wurde mir der Check-in verweigert. Ich legte meine Reservierungsbestätigung von Booking.com vor und erklärte, dass ich den Ausweis am nächsten Vormittag nachreichen würde und bot inzwischen meine Kreditkarte oder Bargeld als Pfand an. Leider zeigte sich das Personal inklusive dem Hotelmanager völlig unflexibel und der Umgangston wirkte herablassend und wenig gastfreundlich. Ich musste nach einer sowieso schon stressigen Anreise 30 Minuten zu Fuß zur Parkgarage und retour. Das Personal war sichtlich stolz darauf die Hotelvorschriften korrekt umgesetzt zu haben.

Le petit déjeuner est de bonne qualité et le personnel de service agréable. L'emplacement est idéalement situé. Nous avons pu nous rendre à pied sur la plupart des sites touristiques. Le personnel à la réception n'est pas très dynamique. La clé d'accès à la chambre s'est démagnétisée le jour du départ. Il a fallu plus de 30 minutes pour rouvrir la chambre et 5 aller-retours à la réception pour qu'une action soit engagée avec un résultat.

Las instalaciones son modernas, una gran pantalla en la habitación y muy buena insonorización. La habitación era muy amplia aunque la dicha es toda vidriada y está en el medio de la habitación, no te da privacidad. El desayuno es excelente, mucha variedad de panes, quesos, fiambres, granolas. Tenían además jamón crudo y salmón. La atención del personal muy bien!! El gym es pequeño, tiene pocos materiales. Quisimos cenar en el hotel pero sólo ofrecían cockteles.

- Zi (3/5): - Very disappointed with my stay at Flemings in Vienna. The staff was unfriendly and came across as rude throughout the stay. I specifically booked a room with a balcony, but when I checked in, the staff insisted that my booking was without one and repeatedly asked me to show proof. The whole interaction made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome. Even after I showed confirmation of my booking, they didn’t apologize at all. The room itself was also extremely noisy, making it difficult to relax or sleep properly. On top of that, housekeeping cleaned the room but didn’t even refill the complimentary water or coffee capsules. For the price they charge, the service and overall experience were far below expectations. Definitely not worth the money, and I would not stay here again.

First room was on the Main Street, tram vi rating through the whole room, noisy throughout the early hours. However, reception staff found us a quieter room without any issues.

The wellness and fitness facilities were also disappointing. The steam room was not working, and the gym was very small, with only a few machines. There were no stretching mats, and there was very limited space for stretching or floor exercises. When we arrived, some of the room amenities had not been refilled. We had to remind the staff several times before the missing products were provided, which was frustrating and should not be necessary at a hotel of this standard.
- Tarek (6/5): Good hotel facilities and location but with very poor management - Location is very good and reception staff are also very helpful Lea / Lina and Myriam. Many things: - Cleanliness is average. The gym is dusty and the rooms are only cleaned every other day. - Water bottles are only given to your room once and you are given sparkling water without asking for your preference. - No phones in the room. This is a joke. How can you call housekeeping or order a taxi. - Staff are very loud as of 7:30 am in the weekend they woke me up twice and it was a Saturday. Totally unacceptable

- Luke Blues (9/5): - - La posizione (a 15 minuti a piedi dalla Cattedrale di Santo Stefano, sul cui tragitto si trova il meraviglioso Volksgarden; stazione della metro poco distante; uno dei migliori pub tipici viennesi situato nella strada adiacente, il "Centimeter", e una deliziosa pasticceria in cui fare colazione); - La camera in generale (almeno la mia, era davvero grande e super confortevole: doppia finestra, letto a 2 piazze abbondanti, soffitto alto, macchina del caffè allestita con cialde e tisane, frigorifero, moquette pulitissima, tutto in generale pulitissimo e molto curato) - Lo staff (la ragazza alla reception gentilissima e cordialissima) - L'acqua del lavabo usciva dal rubinetto facendo un rumore fastidioso, bisognava regolare il flusso ad hoc - Il locale WC (inteso letteralmente uno stanzino con il solo water) fin troppo spartano, anche se comunque pulito; - La doccia, bellissima, ma... a vista letto... non proprio il massimo della privacy... Va bene il voler fare il locale doccia-lavabo in camera senza pareti di separazione secondo lo stile new age, ma almeno un vetro oscurante sarebbe stato meglio rispetto a quello classico del tutto trasparente...
- Adrian Pf. (8/5): Gutes Hotel mit Luft nach oben. - Zentrale Lage bei der U-Bahn Haltestelle RATHAUS und Strassenbahn Nr. 2. Ruhige Zimmer zum Innenhof. Keine Stange zum Aufhängen der feuchten Duschtücher. WC-Türe geht in die falsche Richtung auf, sodass der Schrank nicht mehr geöffnet werden kann. Billige und fummelige Kaffee-Kapsel-Maschine. Verstopfter Ablauf der Waschschüssel. Morgenessen mit EUR 28.- viel zu teuer - günstigere Möglichkeit z.B. im nahen Rest. Eiles.
- GLS (8/5): - Buena ubicación con transporte público muy cerca pero incluso caminando se llega muy bien al centro en unos 20 min. Buenos restaurantes y cafeterías en la zona. El hotel en general está muy bien El precio del desayuno, no lo cogimos y fue una buena idea porque justo al lado del hotel había varios sitios estupendos para desayunar.

Would suggest supplying more tea bags, sugar etc. They very quickly ran out

- Manuela (6/5): Selbst für eine Nacht würde ich nicht wieder buchen. - Die Lage (Nähe zum Eislaufen im Februar). Ich habe etwas im Zimmer vergessen, das wurde mir im Umschlag nachgesendet. Die Begrüßung und der Check in waren unprofessionell und unfreundlich- das erste was gesagt wurde, es gäbe keine Zimmer mehr, das Hotel sei ausgebucht und meine Reservierung würde man nicht finden. Nach einigem Hin und Her wurde sie doch gefunden. Wir bekamen ein Zimmer „im Durchgangsbereich“ gegenüber des Aufzugs mit Türenscheppern all Night long.

- Domiziana (8/5): In centro a Vienna - Posizione eccellente dell'hotel a pochi minuti dal Municipio e il centro città. Hotel molto grande, camera spaziosa e dotata di tutto il necessario per il soggiorno. Hotel abbastanza impersonale e freddo in termini di personale.
