The staff were professional, kind, and always willing to help with anything related to the hotel and even matters outside the hotel as well. I especially want to thank Melek from Guest Relations for her exceptional support and kindness. She was very helpful regarding my car rental issue and genuinely tried her best to assist me throughout the situation. Her professionalism and care made a big difference during my stay. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, welcoming atmosphere, and supportive staff.

Man wurde immer mit einem Lächeln empfangen und bei Fragen oder Wünschen sofort unterstützt. Besonders Frau Melek war sehr hilfsbereit, freundlich und professionell. Sie hat sich viel Mühe gegeben und dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt haben. Vielen Dank an das ganze Team für den tollen Service. Die Betten könnten etwas bequemer sein. Außerdem hat die Bettwäsche etwas geknistert, vermutlich lag es am Material.

- Emine (10/5): Einmal Titanic immer Titanic Hotel - Das Hotel ist im Zentrum von Bakirköy. Personal ist super, hilfsbereit, freundlich wie z. B. Melek, Simge, Ezgi, Dilara, Selçuk, Gökhan, Murat, Burak, Hüseyin, Beyza, Fatma, Erkan Ich empfehle jedem dieses Hotel zu besuchen. Die Lage ist sensationell. Neben Hotel zwei Einkaufszentrum, Klinik, Apotheken etc… Frühstück ist sehr reichlich. Abendessen sehr köstlich und ist nicht so teuer.

- Zeynep (10/5): - We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and were extremely satisfied with everything. The hospitality was outstanding, and all the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. Upon arrival, we were even given an upgrade to a room with a sea view, which was such a lovely surprise. The room was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Even though the hotel is located on a busy street near a shopping center, the room was very well soundproofed, so we were able to sleep peacefully. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back again!

La chambre que j’ai prise est moderne bien équipée juste un petite problème elle etait trop chauffer on ne pouvais pas regler la température et pas de climatisation. Pas de climatisation ou d’air frais . La chambre était trop chauffer impossible de baisser la température.

Breakfast was also very good, with plenty of options to choose from. The location is excellent, right in the center of Bakırköy, surrounded by shops, restaurants, and shopping centers just steps away, which made everything very convenient Pool temperature was cooler than expected, so we didn’t get to use it as much as we had hoped — especially since that was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. Also, the bed sheets were made of a material that made noise with every movement, which affected our comfort during the night

- Mutlu (10/5): Titanic Port Hotel is a great place to enjoy a stay and have relaxing holidays - I know this Hotel and it's the 5th time I return. The Staff is excellent and facilities are of high standard. I highly recommend the Spa for relaxing and massages. The mall next to the Hotel is a great place to change money and enjoy its restaurants and shops.

- Yamina (10/5): Voortreffelijk. - Gastvrijheid was geweldig. Personeel was vriendelijk, servicegericht en warm. Mijn broer is blind en ze hielpen hem waar nodig. Ze haalden hem op, en brachten hem weer terug naar de kamer. Mijn broer voelde zich op zijn gemak om vrij rond te lopen omdat hij wist dat er goed opgelet werd door personeel. Zie schieten direct te hulp nog voordat je het vraagt. Perfect voor hulpbehoevende reizigers. Mijn broer geeft genoten van het zwembad en hamam. En ik ook ☺️ we komen zeker nogmaals terug. Alles was perfect.

- Daria (10/5): A lovely stay - The room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast was incredible and the view from my room was beautiful. I was recovering during my stay and they delivered a breakfast to my room at no extra charge. Room service was always available and delicious. The shower was even perfect as it had the option just to use the hand wand, so I could easily shower without getting my face wet. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it. Even when turning the room heating system off, and leaving the window open, hot air was still blowing into the room and it was 22 or 23 C most of the time. This was too hot for me personally, but it also wasn’t so bad that I asked them for help with it.

- Mecide (10/5): Ein tolles Hotel, mit gastfreundlichem Personal. - Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Saubere Zimmer. Gutes Frühstück. Sehr aufmerksame Kellner. Gute Lage. Grossen Dank an Frau Merve an der Rezeption, Herr Fahim, unser Kellner am Morgen beim Frühstück und der junge Mann der jeden Morgen einen fantastischen Job gemacht hat und zuständig für die Sauberkeit der Zimmer war. Ihr seid junge, anständige und aufmerksame Mitarbeiter. Danke für diese positive und unvergessliche Momente.
