• ntalipis (5/5): Μέτρια προς κακή - Μου άρεσε η περιοχή όπου ήταν το ξενοδοχείο μου άρεσε πολύ το προσωπικό του ξενοδοχείου ήταν καλό σε γενικές γραμμές Δεν μου άρεσε η καθαριότητα στο ξενοδοχείο γιατί είχαμε βρεί τρίχες στο κρεβάτι επίσης το κληματιστικό και η τηλεόραση δεν δούλευαν με το ζόρι κοιμήθηκα στο κρεβάτι ειπάρχουν περισσότερα αρνιτικά πράγματα παρά θετικά.

• Mohammed (1/5): Nada que ver con lo que anuncian, ( No lo recomiendo para nada ) - Nada me ha gustado de este hotel. Las habitaciones están muy sucias, con paredes llenas de humedad y la pintura se cae como polvo, algo muy malo especialmente para personas alérgicas. Las sábanas están en muy mal estado, sucias y con manchas. Los colchones dan asco y hay mal olor de las tuberías. Todo el mundo que se alojaba allí se quejaba constantemente. El desayuno es una broma: siempre el mismo plato todos los días. Ojo, no hay buffet libre como dicen en las fotos. Y el personal 👎👎👎 muy maleducado, sobre todo el de la mañana que está en la cafetería. No responden bien y la comida es malísima. No me gustó la limpieza del hotel, las habitaciones estaban muy sucias y con humedad. Las sábanas y los colchones estaban en mal estado y había mal olor de las tuberías. El desayuno era muy pobre y siempre el mismo, además no hay buffet libre como anuncian. El personal fue poco profesional y bastante maleducado. En general, la experiencia fue muy negativa y no lo recomiendo.

• Ahmed (1/5): Hôtel sale, chambre mal entretenue avec fenêtre, climatisation et télévision cassées, et service très mauvais. - Très mauvaise expérience. L’hôtel est sale et les chambres ne sont pas correctement nettoyées. La fenêtre de la chambre est cassée, le climatiseur ne fonctionne pas et la télévision est également hors service. Le service laisse vraiment à désirer : le personnel n’est pas professionnel et ne répond pas aux problèmes signalés. Pour le prix payé, les prestations sont inacceptables. Je ne recommande pas cet établissement.

One thing definitely - I have been without any notification transferred to another hotel location. I came to hotel later (2 hours late because of airport delay) and my room which I booked just because of location (park star) was transferred about 10 minutes walk from there. Initially it looked but finally because my friends were close to park star running back and forth became very inconvenient. I think it is not appropriate to transfer and not notify transfer. If would have notified I would have a choice to review other hotels nearby.

Не работала лампа верхнего освещения - починили только через три дня. Неприятный запах в ванной. Уборка только по требованию. Скудный, а главное - не разнообразный завтрак.

Genelde gittiğim bu otel bu sefer beni istediğim ordanda memnun etmedi. 8 kag merdiven ayrı bir durum.

Desweiteren Sind die Bettwäschen Feucht und dreckig Matratze voller Schimmel Badezimmer genau so Schimmel beschädigt Spiegelglas beschädigt Föhn Stromkabel beschädigt das Hotel hat keine 3 Sterne sondern -3 habe das Hotel 1 eine Woche gebucht Bekommen jedoch nach einem Tag gezuwunger weise übernachtet. Mitarbeiter bzw der menager richtig unfreundlich versuchte Laut zu werden und zu bedrohen. Wo er sah dass er nicht weiter kommt hatt er Sein Ton geändert. Beschwerde Bei Expedia wurde eingereicht menager teilte mit dass das Hotel nicht uns gefallen hat und hat dabei gelogen. Daraufhin habe Ich mich mitbeteiligt am Telefon und habe dehn Sachverhalt geschildert. Desweiteren Internet kein Empfang. Fernseher ohne Funktion sehr schlechter Empfang. Im kurzen werde Rechtwege einleiten empfehle keinen das Hotel. Bitte fernhalten und Geld sparen.

When you want to reach to the hotel it may confuse you! They have multi language person in reception for example he could speak persian. The staff is very helpful and kind and responsible. Accessibility to the center of the city and bus stop and metro is perfect. You can easily reach to metro station or bus stop. You can reach Taxim square in just few minutes by walk. The room was clean. The place for eating breakfast is very small and breakfast bufet is brief. Rooms have safety box.
• BMMalik (6/5): Review - It's a good neat and clean hotel. It is close to Taksim square and istiklal street, Mr. Ehsan at reception is very good gentleman. Good Wi-Fi internet, good breakfast, house keeping staff clean the rooms on alternate days. The issues faced during my stay of one week are rooms are quite small, washrooms are small specially the shower place is very small. The hotel is situated in a street which is at a slope so you need to be fit enough to move in and out of hotel. The hotel staff asks for complete amount for stay at the time of your arrival. Language at Istanbul remained a big big problem, very few know to speak and understand English. It is advisable to go for some hotel across the Taksim square being better area with plain streets, shops available, restaurants available. At star hotel you cannot find any grocery store in near vicinity and hotel also cannot provide you even a water bottle as it has no bar or mart or shop inside.

• Verified traveler (4/5): Requires a lot of improvements. Not recommended. - Hotel exception st was rather nice, but reluctant to solve issues. Lobby smells bad - feels like something is wrong with sewerage or ventilation. Room was not clean - dusty and sheets had holes. And judging by water paths on the walls - it probably has fungus. When I asked receptionist about shoe cleaning machine - if it works - they were unable to make it work by connecting into socket. I am disappointed with this place. We moved to another hotel right after our reservation finished. I would suggest to hotel owners to pay more attention to the cleanliness of their property as well as motivation of their employees to pay attention to costumer's concerns.

Zimmer sehr klein und man hört alles was auf dem Korridor passiert. Rezeptionisten sind zwar freundlich sind aber auf einen Vorfall nicht wirklich eingegangen.

• 168samerz (8/5): Not bad - It is only a 3-star hotel so you cannot ask for much. The rooms are not big and floors are small. The great thing about the hotel is the location near Taksim square. Breakfast is fine. Staff were friendly but I faced some tiny problems with service. I had trouble with my room key more than once and had to recheck with reception. Same with wifi. Also the tv controller wasn't working and I formed the staff twice. Overall, if you are looking for low-budget hotel close to Taksim, this could be your best choice especially if you are not going to stay much in the hotel.

• Hisham (8/5): - J’ai passé une semaine dans cet hôtel Du 18au 25 octobre 2019 vraiment un bon choix l’hôtel est situé au centre de Taksim pas loin de toute les activités est surtout sur la rue İstiklal le personnel est sympa les chambres sont petites dont très calme et propre Le petit déjeuner est varié je conseil fortement cet hôtel.
• Guram_Sherozia (8/5): Don't make mistake - two hotels with almost the same name! - Yes, its not the best, breakfast is poor, sometimes water and wifi stop working, but rooms are clean and nice, stuff is more than average and the location - amazing! It's almost in the heart of Taksim square, very close to everything and if that's the most important thing for you - you'd better to book it. Don't make mistake, there are two almost similar name hotels: Taksim star hotel and star hotel Taksim, the other one is better, so read carefully!
• Verified traveler (2/5): - it was a very dirty hotel. the location is very remote. the breakfast was terrible, the same and hard bread every day. I would recommend anyone to stay at this hotel.
• Vininaspin (6/5): Not great - Hotel was perfectly placed near Taksim square and the metro and Site seeing bus tour, shops and cafes. However, the hotel itself was not that comfortable. 3 of us stayed there and the room was tiny with 3 single beds and tiny bathroom. Bedding had stains on it and my towel was that worn it had long holes in it. TV in the room only had one channel working which was in Turkish and so no choice. It is showing its age and requires modernisation. Breakfast was okay. Staff spoke very little English which made it a little more challenging considering it is the hospitality trade that they work in. Overall, it was just okay as we stayed 2 nights and spent the days and nights exploring Istanbul which was beautiful and vibrant.
• mathew354 (8/5): Great Location - If you want a nice big room with lovely views this is definitely not the place for you. The cleaner came in every day and did clean and brought clean towels but there were some very suspect stains on the bed clothes which we did not like the look of but I think they were just stained rather than dirty ( Well we hoped so anyway ). The breakfast was continental so was mostly bread, cheese, olives and tomatoes etc. Not great but ok for what we paid. In summary if your looking for a place to rest your head in Istanbul and want somewhere near Taksim Square this place could perfect for you. I would recommend this place for a budget city break but certainly not a romantic holiday for two but all that said it was good value for money.

• Murat (4/5): Wasat hostel kıvamında parasını haketmiyor - Otel konum itibari ile güzel olsada otopark yok ve dar bir sokaktan geçmek zorundasınız. Banyolar restore edilmiş idare eder. Temizlik eh işte. Odadaki telefon çalışmıyor ve sakız gibiydi. Televizyon ve klima kumandası yok odalarda. Hizmet vasat emanet arkadaş baksın diye birini bırakmışlar sanki resepsiyona. Mümkünse kalmayın. Benimde mecburi ilk ve son kalışım oldu. Eminim hosteller daha iyidir tek kalalım diye mecbur kaldık.

• Sandy (10/5): - Sadece bir gece kaldık ama gördüğüm kadarıyla temiz ve iyi bir otel. Taksim'e yakın ama pek sokak gürültüsü olmayan bir yerde. Odada her şey çok yeni olmayabilir ama temizdir.
• ujumilind (4/5): bad hotel - rooms are very tiny, its like enter and finish. no service charging for water also. we ask for spoon they didn't gave. breakfast is nice but daily same menu for breakfast. it 03 mins walk from main street near Taksim Square. my husband didn't like it at all.. tv was there but not working. need to ask 02-3 time to check. and they don't have restaurant so for lunch dinner you need to go out..
• Verified traveler (4/5): - The location was good, the staff were not nice at all. The room service dashed into my room at 10 am without even knocking, that was so terrible!! No slippers and no phone in the room. It was disappointing.
