The rate was good The room faced the road and was extremely noisy through the night. The shower was over a bath with quite high sides so wet floors. • Nicolae (1/5): Completely misleading hotel with dirty rooms, broken facilities, and photos that look nothing like reality - Nothing. DISAPPOINTED I arrived at this hotel at 11:30 PM after a 12-hour bus ride, exhausted, only to walk into a completely dark lobby. First impression already felt strange. Once I got to the room, I was honestly shocked — the hotel looks absolutely NOTHING like the photos on Booking.com. Not just the room, the entire property looks completely different from what’s advertised. The room smelled terrible, especially the bathroom, where the sewage smell seemed to come straight through the vents. The blinds were broken and couldn’t close, which meant people in the taller surrounding buildings could literally see directly into the room. The bed felt broken and unstable, the walls were covered in dirt marks and stains, the floor clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly, and there was hair in the sink and bathroom when I arrived. I went downstairs immediately to request another room because there was no way I was staying there for my final days in Vietnam. Staff told me the only available room would cost an additional 1.8 million VND basically forcing me to pay for an “upgrade” just to escape the disgusting first room. The second room was only slightly better. At least the blinds closed. But the bathtub wasn’t attached properly, so it literally shifted and tipped when sitting in it. The sink drain wasn’t connected correctly either, so water poured directly onto the floor and onto your feet every time you used it. The only decent part of this hotel was the breakfast. The biggest disappointment was the pool area, which was one of the main reasons I booked this place. The photos online are completely misleading. The pool looks abandoned and dilapidated, clearly not maintained or properly used in years. No bar, no atmosphere, no nice rooftop experience like the photos suggest. Those pictures must be over 10 years old. This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve had, and I’ve genuinely stayed in hostels cleaner and better maintained than this place.

• Patricia (1/5): Not happy with communication, support nor facility. - Staff were friendly until we encountered our problems No power when we arrived ( told after we had checked in!) then woke to no hot water! Told it would be seen to we went for breakfast( average) then still no hot water so we went out to allow the to be done~ we returned mid afternoon to no hot water at all! We were hot, uncomfortable and very dissatisfied. We spoke to reception who offered no resolution, then the manageress… still no resolve. This is now 24 hours after our check in! We moved to another hotel so we could relax shower n restart our holiday. Very disappointed. I requested a refund for the 2 nights we did not stay~ still waiting! Over a month ago and many messages to both Jovia and Booking.com not happy at all. I can tell more but I think you have the understanding- imagine no whitewater 24 hours after checking and no guarantee when it was to become available. After no power the night before. 🤔😟😣

There were no amenities in the bathroom, normally I do not use it , but this time I needed to shave the beard, and nothing was there. I needed to change money in the reception (not exchange) to give tips to the staff who were bringing the luggage , but the employees from the reception denied it , telling me , the money is for another purposes

• Karen (9/5): Comfy, central and friendly hotel. - This is a fab hotel in a very central location one block from Ben Thanh market and lots of other shops, cafes, restaurants, massage places. The staff were really helpful, especially their very kind doorman who looked after our bags after check out as our flight wasn’t until late afternoon. The family room was spacious with an updated bathroom. We were on the 9th floor and it wasn’t noisy at all. The rooftop pool was clean and a great spot to hang after checkout with handy shower to use pre-flight. Breakfast was good- a range of Western and Vietnamese buffet food or choose eggs your way. Only minor- but there was a little mould in our shower that needed a little bleach and scrubbing.

Die Hotelpagen waren super lieb, haben uns den Lift geholt,auf das Gepäck geschaut, geholfen beim Grab bestellen und das Gepäck über die Straße getragen. Sehr zentral, alles weitläufig. Frühstück war gut und alles wurde schnell nachgefüllt. Der Pool auf dem Dach , eine gute Erfrischung nach einem langen Tag. Pool am Dach gehört renoviert oder wenigstens einmal aufgeräumt. Da liegt so viel Zeug rum (Matratzen, Schläuche). Es gab viele kleine Sachen die man mit einem Handgriff verbessern konnte, aber irgendwie interessierst keinem. Im Luster an der Rezeption lag ein Pappbecher, der war 2 Tage dort. Unser Mistkübel war komplett verrostet. Ein 2 Mistkübel im Zimmer wäre toll , ein kleiner im Bad ist schon zu wenig. Man muss eine Hausordnung unterschreiben was man alles nicht machen oder beschädigen darf, aber im Gegenzug waren zB die Handtücher beim Pool komplett verfranzt und sehr viel war schon leicht beschädigt oder verrostet.

Piscine agréable après une journée de visite. Chambre spacieuse et bien insonorisée. 7 eleven juste en face Escaliers sans rampe pour accéder à l'hôtel.

• Amjad (6/5): Bed bugs ! - The staff and the location were both great! So easy to get around, the breakfast was good enough. Bed bugs! One of the nights we had bed bugs in the bedding that was freshly changed. The whole family got bitten, even though the hotel management changed our room for us in the middle of the night the damage had already been done. My wife was the worst affected with bites all over the body and itchy skin for the next few days, followed by my 3 year old and I some how only had a few bites on my leg. The hotel management tried to make it up by having a drop off arranged for us to the Airport which was good.They got my video that I took of the beg bugs crawling in the blankets, which they said they will pursue with their bedding contractors so this doesn't happen again. The overall stay was great but the bet bugs issue ruined it for us.

• Thomas (6/5): - Die Lage im ersten Distrikt war super. Alles ist fußläufig erreichbar oder eben via Grab. Das Personal war immer freundlich. Es mangelte ein wenig an Professionalität beim Personal. Der Pool auf dem Dach könnte ein Highlight sein, ist aber aktuell wenig einladend.

• Hernandez (10/5): - It was close to locations I wanted to go to. There was a 7-eleven right at the front. The room was very clean and spacious. The attendants at the front were really helpful and kind to me. They assisted me well since I had a knee injury. The pool was lowkey dirty when I went to use it.

Location was unreal, close to the Market, shops, restaurants, coffees, massage...All the staff was so friendly with us. Super nice and helpful people. Recommend this place 100%. If I come back to HCMC i will be back. Nothing

• Katharina (8/5): - Rigtig god beliggenhed og super sødt personale. Hotellet er dog en smule slidt. Fint rent værelse, det er bare ikke så nydt, som det ser ud på billederne. Men dejligt behageligt og rummeligt værelse.
• Yahia (6/5): - A part les portiers qui étaient gentils et l'emplacement en plein centre ville, le reste nul Déjà on me demande le visa alors que les autorités mêmes à l'aéroport ne l'ont pas fait. Ensuite je me fais débiter la veille de la moitié du montant pour des "garanties" alors que j'avais choisi l'option paiement sur place et la dame de l'accueil me dit que cest Booking qui a fait ça. Or booking ne fait jamais ça. Pour finir petit déjeuner infecte et moisissure dans la salle de bain.
