• Alarcón (9/5): Una buena estancia - Se veía cuidado y el personal fue muy amable en toda ocasión, además estaba muy céntrico y bien situado para moverte por Londres Justo fuimos en plena ola de calor y no tenían aire acondicionado, si había un pequeño ventilador pero era muy básico y como no giraba, para dos personas se quedaba corto

• Federica (7/5): - Per un we in cui sei sempre in giro a visitare la città è ottimo perché vicino a diversi mezzi di trasporto che ti permettono di andare ovunque. Accoglienza fantastica grazie a Irina che è stata super disponibile sia nel farci lasciare i bagagli prima del checkin e dopo il check out, sia perché da subito ha pensato solo alla nostra comodità e a come farci rendere la permanenza più confortevole possibile. Poi il fatto che lei parli perfettamente italiano è stata una piacevolissima sorpresa che ci ha sicuramente agevolato la permanenza. Consigliatissimo per visite brevi.

Quarto extremamente pequeno, com instalações ruins. O chuveiro estava com problemas sendo corrigido após 2 dias apenas.

• Nuria (7/5): Todo correcto - La ubicación es buena, está cerca del metro y Hyde Park. La habitación era pequeña y estaba limpia. Es sencillo y barato que era lo que buscábamos para una estancia corta.

Camera piccolissima e non evidenziata nelle foto proposte x 4 assolutamente non coerente con i costi posizionata in un locale seminterrato con un bagno piccolissimo ed assolutamente non comodo. Mancanza di tavolini e suppellettili o quant'altro idoneo a posizionare degli oggetti o caricare dispositivi in quanto lontani da tutti i letti.Trovandosi in locale sotto strada e visto che c'era molto caldo con la finestra aperta si sentivano molti rumori etc...wifi purtroppo non sempre funzionante in quanto secondo me giocava il discorso piano strada. Ma ho anche visto sicuramente delle belle stanze ai piani superiori ma sinceramente alla mia famiglia la nostra stanza non ha avuto gradimento.

• Debbie (5/5): Ok but not the best of places but you get what you pay for - Location staff and facilities were good. Beds reasonably comfortable and were clean. Kettle and tea/coffee making facilities good. Small room, very basic, cracked tiles and difficult to flush toilet in the bathroom. Bathroom door was difficult to open and close. Laminate flooring was peeling and no bedside lighting only main light .

• Emilie (3/5): Pas confortable et vieillot. - Propreté de la chambre et de la literie. Hôtel vieillot. Chambre pas en bonne état du tout. Lit pas du tout confortable, nous avons mal dormis. Équipement de salle de bain très bof. Simple vitrage aux fenêtres, on entend tout ce qui se passe dehors et même dans les autres chambres. Vu le prix des nuits, une bonne rénovation serait la bienvenue et non un passage vite fait de silicone en quantité pour combler/cacher les défauts. On peux également dire que les chambres ne sont pas vraiment sécurisé, n'importe qui peux rentrer dire le numéro de votre chambre et avoir la clef sans soucis. Les portes des chambres sont non sécuritaire également. Bref grande déception, nous ne reviendront plus.

The hotel looked like it had recently been decorated, tastefully. Very welcoming feel. The bathroom. It took ages to get hot water through. The sink was small so it was difficult to use.

• Becky and Greg (8/5): - The price is good, if you don't plan to be in your room except to sleep. The beds were comfortable enough and everything was clean and tidy. The twin room was too small. Bathroom too tiny. No room for bedside lights.

Proximité de beaux parcs : Regent's Park ou Hyde Park La fenêtre était en mauvais état; il y avait donc des fuites de chaleur. Le mobilier de salle de bain aurait besoin d'être renouvelé. Cependant nous avons bien dormi.

• Leonie (5/5): - Super Lage. Die U-Bahn ist fußläufig und hatte eine super Anbindung. Leider liegt das Hotel an einer lauten Hauptstrasse und nachts wird man auch mal von Polizeisirenen geweckt. Das Personal könnte freundlicher sein. Außerdem soll man seinen Zimmerschlüssel am Empfang abgeben. Hätte ich gerne vorher gewusst.

Had we known in advance that was room given would hv cancelled. At back of basement so only natural light was v limited, coming down tallw Week shaft created between buildings. For some reason two flat towels were on the ground out in the light shaft/tiny yard. They were wet and covered in bird poo. One of the party returned from having run the marathon only to find the shower did not produce hot water. Tiles in shower wall loose. Not able to locate contact number on website.

Otherwise a very good experience. There as a great bar just around the corner that I just learned about on our last night there. The Heron, awesome vibes. The fact that we smoke and didn't have an area to smoke in a comfortable area. Instead of just outside.
