• István (9/5): Kitűnő szállás kedves vendéglátókkal. - Nagyon meg voltunk elégedve a foglalt szállásunkkal. A szállásadók kedvesek, barátságosak voltak. A foglalt szoba tisztasága és felszereltsége kiváló volt. A reggeli bőséges, minden igényt kielégítő volt. A wellness rész tiszta, megfelelően nagy, jól elosztott helyiségekkel. A fürdőszobától külön elhelyezett WC-ben (ami komfortosabb, mint az egy légterű megoldás) egy kis sarok kézmosó jó lenne.

• Phi (8/5): Het was een heerlijk verblijf met vriendelijke eigenaren. - De kamer en badkamer waren schoon en netjes verzorgd, wat meteen een prettig gevoel gaf bij aankomst. Het ontbijt was goed en bood een fijne start van de dag. Daarnaast waren de eigenaren erg vriendelijk en gastvrij. Al met al een aangenaam verblijf. Mooie ligging, dichtbij de pistes. Het ontbijt was elke dag hetzelfde. Het was netjes verzorgd, maar wat meer variatie zou het nog beter maken.

• Limor (10/5): Amazing place and location - The hosts are very welcoming, helping and kind. It was a pleasure meeting you. The apartment suited us well- spacious rooms, very clean, with a small kitchen for cooking, and a balcony with an amazing view! We were lucky to stay on the upper floor, where one room even had a skylight. The front garden also great with lots of space and facilities for the kids. Breakfast included a wide variety of options. It truly felt like coming back to a vacation home after long days. The location is also excellent - Quiet, yet close enough to the center if you have a car. We couldnt ask for anything more. Everything was great.

• tomer (10/5): חוויה של ממש - שהינו בהוטל קריסטול בעיירה Altenmarkt im Pongau במשך 9 ימים, וזו הייתה חוויה פשוט נהדרת. כבר עם ההגעה קיבלנו שדרוג חינם מחדר אחד לסוויטה מרווחת עם שני חדרים – מחווה שהפכה את השהות שלנו לנוחה ומהנה במיוחד. בעלי המקום היו חמים, אדיבים ומסבירי פנים, ונתנו תחושה ביתית נעימה מהרגע הראשון. המלון ממוקם ממש ליד פלאכו, אבל במיקום הרבה יותר נעים לשהות – אזור כפרי ושקט, הרחק מהכביש הראשי, עם אווירה כפרית אוסטרית אותנטית ונופים עוצרי נשימה. הילדים נהנו מאוד מהמתקנים: שולחן כדורגל, פינג פונג ועוד פינות משחקים נחמדות, מה שהוסיף המון לחוויה המשפחתית. בנוסף, העיירה Altenmarkt im Pongau עצמה מומלצת מאוד כבסיס לטיול כוכב – כל האטרקציות המרכזיות נמצאות בעיירות ובכפרים הסמוכים, מה שהופך את המיקום לנוח ומושלם לטיולים יומיים בסביבה. אנחנו ממליצים בחום על הוטל קריסטול לכל מי שמחפש שילוב של מיקום מצוין, אווירה משפחתית, נוחות ופעילויות גם לילדים. אין ספק שנחזור שוב!

Let op bij appartement 26, het trapje voor het stapelbed is verwerkt in het bedframe het lukte onze beide (vrij atletische) dochters (11&13) niet om in en uit het bovenste bed te komen. Matras op grond was uiteindelijk de oplossing

• Frantisek (7/5): High expectations but felt like not welcomed in the end - Room was spacious and really clean. Kitchen was fully equipped and overall the room was comfortable and nice to stay in. We were really looking forward to this stay. The description and reviews promised friendly hotel with wellness and ski bus next to the hotel. Right on arrival I found out we cannot use the wellness as it's prohibited for the kids under 12. I totally acknowledge the right for the owner to set such rules. But why not state it in the description if it's advertised as a family friendly place? I have tried to propose to the owners in a very polite way that it would be fair to state it in the description. I have received 5 minutes stories about how this is legal rule and all they do is oblige to the Austrian laws of preventing kids enter the sauna. Why to try to give a feedback as a customer si all you get is set of lies. BTW: ski bus is really next to the hotel but goes only once a day and for the rest of the day you need to walk to the city - again something you don't want to do with kids. Having been there as adults the review would be more positive.

• Maghsood (9/5): Great stay at Aparthotel - We were 4, two couples, booked a junior room. The host upgraded our booking to a suite. I think the hotel was renovated recently. It was super clean. Breakfast was good enough in the morning and it was included in the price. The parking was free as well. I asked for a bike and they provided me a good one :) The owners were very friendly, trying to prepare our requests with smile.

• Andrzej (10/5): Perfect stay for fair amount of money. - The owners are extraordinary and put a lot of effort to keep this place perfect in every detail. There was nothing we didn’t like. We were given an upgraded room and the sauna area was much better than on pictures.

In fact the stylish decoration was everywhere, making the stay very pleasurable. Breakfast is rich and the owners are there making sure that everything is perfect.

• Gil (8/5): Nice hotel, clean and neat - Very clean and neat room. The room was large and confortable as expected. We got an upgrade to an appratment. The facilities are well kept. The entire hotel is VERY clean and nice. The yard is beutifull and includes a small play ground for the kids. The atmosphese outside in the yard and playgound is outstanding. Parking is convenient. the hotel location is excellent. The owners were attentive and helped us with a special request... thank you. Breakfast was less than my expectation compared to last year (in Tirol) in a 3-star hotel in Austria. The buffet was not always full. On few occasions there was a real shortage of basic offerings such as eggs, meat cold cuts and cheese. Unfortunately, the owners were not nice to us. They complained that the kids are leaving food on the plates, something that I personally accept but they are kids, and we are staying 8 nights in your property!! The owners also teased us more than once both the husband and wife for the extra boiled eggs we asked for my little daughter. I really wanted to pay them an extra 5€ for the eggs but didn’t want to ruin the atmosphere. We had a strong feeling that they are policing our plates during breakfast to see what and how much we ate. Was not comfortable to say the least and again, we stayed for 8 nights and 9 days… Might be a cultural difference but still 8 nights guests, kids, summer vacation are factors to consider in a hotel that accepts families...
• Vijay (8/5): One of the best places to stay near Altenmarkt in Austria - The hotel was really comfortable and beautifully maintained. The lady at the hotel was really pinpointing a lot of things. When we sat on couch outside she was coming again and again keeping the pillows in order. It was really like she was there keeping an eye. The man there was really complete opposite and funny and helpful always. I am sure because of him the hotel must be getting more ratings.

Saunas were included in room price. We have had very hood stay there. It os quite close to Altermarkt piste, storage for skis and boots was avalibe as well.
