• Taylor (7/5): Good value for a night in London - The location was very close to the a tube stop which was helpful. Plus the beds were fairly comfortable and most of the staff were friendly. The TV was disconnected not able to turn it on. There was noticeable dirt around the bathroom. Nothing major that was unbearable but it wasn’t exceptional.

Very good value for money Laminate flooring is not pleasant and meant you can hear every footstep from the room above. No power outlets by the bed for phone charging etc

• Cristina (8/5): Soggiorno piacevole e comodo, con qualche piccolo aspetto migliorabile. In un prossimo soggiorno a londra ci ritorneremo - Ho soggiornato in questo hotel e nel complesso l’esperienza è stata positiva. La struttura è ben collegata grazie alla presenza di due stazioni della metropolitana e diverse linee di autobus nelle vicinanze, il che rende gli spostamenti molto comodi. La zona è tranquilla e residenziale, ideale per chi cerca un po’ di relax dopo una giornata in città. Il personale si è dimostrato sempre molto gentile, accogliente e disponibile, contribuendo a rendere il soggiorno piacevole. La stanza, pur non essendo grande, è risultata funzionale e ben attrezzata: erano presenti bollitore, microonde, lavandino, mini frigo, ferro da stiro, cassaforte, asciugacapelli e anche una presa italiana, dettaglio davvero comodo. Inoltre, è disponibile il deposito bagagli e la cauzione è stata restituita dopo poche ore senza alcun problema. Per quanto riguarda gli aspetti negativi, lo scarico del lavandino e della doccia non funzionava perfettamente. Il bagno è molto piccolo, con lavandino e doccia di dimensioni ridotte. La stanza risultava inoltre piuttosto calda e in alcuni punti (come termosifoni e zona vicino al letto) era presente della polvere, che tendeva a rimanere nell’aria.

• Antonia (7/5): - - Kühlschrank, Föhn, Klimaanlage - ziemlich gute Lage mit einigen Busverbindungen - nachdem ich mein Zimmer bezogen hatte, bin ich duschen gegangen und danach ist mir aufgefallen, dass ich sehr viele ungebetene Gäste in meinem Zimmer zu Besuch hatte - Ameisen sind in meinem Hotelzimmer umhergelaufen, und natürlich hatte ich mein Gepäck bereits geöffnet gehabt. Nachdem ich es der Rezeption mitgeteilt hatte, bekam ich Gott sei Dank ein anderes Zimmer, aber kein "Vielen Dank fürs Bescheid geben" oder "Das tut uns leid." Hätte wirklich nicht sein müssen, im neuen Zimmer hatte sich die Sache dann geklärt. - Inneneinrichtung ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen, Toilettenspülung funktionierte nicht wirklich

• steve (7/5): Not the greatest place to stay - The place was located ideally for what we wanted. We were going to Olympia, so it was a 5 minute walk away, and it was only less than 10 minutes from the tube station. There were 2 nice cafe's nearby as well. The hotel was described as being very weĺ decorated with good facilities. It certainly is not. The air con is held together with gaffer tape, the bed was 2 pushed together with a ridge in the middle, the TV had very few channels, no mainstream ones, the kettle was filthy, the bathroom mirror was rusty. We had the window open and had flakes of paint come in. I went down to report it Friday evening but reception was closed. Not a place you would go back to. You also have to pay a £100 deposit which they take instantly and as yet we have not had it back.

• craig (7/5): A good stay ,close to large Tesco and was quite room - It’s approximately 15 minute walk to large Tesco store ,I was on the ground floor and as I was alone I got a double bed of decent price under £45 for the night ,tea ,coffee in the room - really would Advise to upgrade there tv as it’s old and not have all apps so only free view channel - could do with wifi TV in there and a plug socket next to the bed in room 3 as it’s by the door unless you have really long lead you end up leaving your phone on charge on the floor. Further away unfortunately from where I wanted to be but that was only due to my wife in hospital 50 months walk away - floorboards creaking

• Dediu (9/5): Good value, affordable stay in accesible city location - Well, for the location and the charge, it was pretty good. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean, they had a cotton feel, which I like, but then again I'm not extremley fussy. Clean towels, a very strong pressure hot water shower with gel and shampoo, en-suite room. The bed had a cushioned rest, well, all these things are worth a lot, when you are tired and need a rest. Simple TV, but I got the chance to watch a good program in the evening. I was in room 1, so I can only speak for that one. It's not luxuriant, but it was good for what it offered. The deposit was wired back fast. It was pretty quiet during my stay. In a few min you are out on the main street, 10-15 min away from Hammersmith station, give or take. It's not a very big room, but it was ok for me, I think it can even accomodate a couple for short, depends on your expectations. Not as a negative review, but it was a bit cool in the morning, they had an air conditioning, but honestly I was pretty tired, so I didn't bothered much to make it work.

Easy access for the city, there was a tesco and a decent place to have breakfast within 10 minutes The hall smelled like vinegar and when I wanted to use the kettle to make myself some tea I found old water in it which really upset me, god knows how long it’s been standing there. I did not know about the deposit policy so it was quite a surprise upon arrival, but they refunded me the same day so overall it was fine.
