• Christina (10/5): Top en mooi persoonlijk verblijf. Genieten. - De vriendelijkheid aan de receptie, ontbijtzaal en ontbijtbuffet, mooie stijl Kamers iets te klein en net iets te weinig kastruimte. De trap bij het binnenkomen leek helemaal geen probleem te zijn. Personeel zorgde voor de koffers tot op de kamers.

The staff are amazing, so friendly - especially reception ladies and Nicola is absolutely fantastic and he is the the best Campari Spritz maker in Venice! Such a clean hotel, so helpful with any questions and fantastic ladies serving breakfast and fabulous cappuccino in the mornings. Huge bath & lovely toiletries all complementary - We will be back!

Als je kamer aan straatkant ligt, is slapen met raam open onmogelijk (tenzij oordopjes)

Our room was immediately next to reception, convenient in many ways but it felt a little claustrophobic, small window with no view at all. That said, we didn’t go there for the views!

The bed, I’ve never slept on a bed so comfortable, same with the pillows. The room was very clean and we did not miss anything. One of the best experiences I’ve ever had. The hotel is placed in the best location from Venice, not too far from the train/bus station (10 min walk) and also close enough (20 min walk max) to the main landmarks.

O café da manhã parece muito bom, embora apenas meus pais tenham aproveitado. O quarto é pequeno. Quatro malas de viagem não cabem abertas em local nenhum. Achei um pouco caro o café da manhã adicional (20 euros). A janela do quarto só abria parcialmente, sem poder fechar a veneziana.

There was a selection and hot and cold drinks in the room. The staff on reception were great with tips and recommendations, and would follow up on any requests immediately - very welcoming 😀. Couldn't comment on the air conditioning as we didn't use it, although the heating was very effective. The room we had was right next to reception, and although it wasn't noisy we'd put in a request for a different one next time. The reviews about a lack of view from the windows are right for this room, but again it didn't matter to us as we were rarely there in the daylight! The fridge in the room was noisy.

• Anna (10/5): Świetne miejsce na spędzenie czasu w sercu Wenecji - Lokalizacja świetna, zależało mi żeby hotel był niedaleko dworca, żeby można było dotrzeć do niego pieszo. Z dworca kolejowego do hotelu można dotrzeć spacerem w ok. 10 minut, spokojna okolica, tuż przy wyjściu z hotelu jest kanał i wieczorem można spacerować, cicho i bezpiecznie nawet podczas spaceru późnym wieczorem. W bliskiej odległości mnóstwo kawiarni i restauracji z bardzo dobrym jedzeniem. Śniadanie w hotelu świetne, duży wybór potraw i pyszna kawa. Budynek jest bardzo klimatyczny, pokój pięknie urządzony i bardzo czysty, klimatyzacja działa super. W pokoju jest też czajnik można zrobić sobie kawę lub herbatę. Hotel nie ma windy ale mi to nie przeszkadzało. Wielki atut hotelu Arcadia to personel! Bardzo kulturalni, pomocni, życzliwi ludzie. Dzięki pracownikom hotelu nasz pobyt w Wenecji minął spokojnie i bez problemów. Na pewno jeszcze tam wrócę, hotel ma cudowny klimat i pracują w nim wspaniali ludzie! Dla mnie wszystko jest ok.

• Kirill (10/5): Das Hotel ist in Bezug auf das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis einfach genial - Die Lage ist perfekt, um Venedig zu erkunden. Auch das Viertel Cannaregio (wo sich das Hotel befindet) ist einfach zu empfehlen. Bei der Hotelsuche haben uns einige Kommentare zunächst verwirrt, aber davon war in Wirklichkeit nichts anzutreffen: Im Inneren ist das Hotel sehr stilvoll und schön eingerichtet, mit vielen Details als Anspielung auf den venezianischen Stil. Das Zimmer ist grundsätzlich geräumig, mit einem großen, bequemen Bett, einem Schrank mit Minibar und Safe sowie einem kleinen Fenster mit Blick auf eine schmale, kleine Gasse. Das Badezimmer ist gut ausgestattet: mit allen Badeutensilien wie Körperpflegeprodukten, Waschmittel, Bademänteln und Pantoffeln. Die Regendusche ist in der Duschkabine, und besonders positiv: ein sehr ordentlicher, leistungsstarker Föhn, was selten ist. Zur Hellhörigkeit: Das entspricht unserer Meinung nach dem Standard vieler italienischer Hotels. Im Hotel selbst wird vom Personal auf Ruhe geachtet und Straßenlärm war bei uns nicht zu hören. Natürlich waren wir im Winter und rund um die Weihnachtszeit dort, aber auch zu dieser Zeit waren die Straßen durchaus frequentiert. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit – das hat uns wirklich bezaubert. Wie es tatsächlich auf Italienisch heißt: "molto gentile". Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und lecker, mit einigen Specials: zum Beispiel ein interessantes, gefülltes Brot (frisch gebacken) oder sehr gute Pancakes. Der Kaffee war ebenfalls einer der besten, den wir in Venedig getrunken haben. Kleiner Tipp dazu: Auf dem Weg vom Bahnhof zum Hotel – auf der Rio Terà Lista di Spagna – gibt es das Caffè Dal Mas: sehr guter Kaffee und tolles, venezianisch angehauchtes Gebäck, absolut empfehlenswert. Im Großen und Ganzen ein perfektes Hotel mit bester Lage, sehr freundlichem Personal und einem tollen Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Uns hat alles gefallen.

• Anna (10/5): - My week-long stay at this hotel was exceptional in many ways, but what touched me most was the hospitality, genuine care, and empathy of the staff. Every interaction with each staff member was warm and authentic. Their thoughtful guidance—from choosing between a water bus shuttle or a taxi to the airport, to advice on payment methods and restaurant locations—made a real difference. Of course, I could have researched these details on my own, but the staff saved me considerable time and energy. Elena, in particular, was always ready to help, offering deeply local and practical insights on everything from transportation to dining. The staff in the breakfast area were equally warm and attentive, and the breakfast itself was excellent. Overall, the hotel felt welcoming and homey—true luxuries while traveling. I plan to return to Venice and will most certainly stay at the Arcadia again.
• Dieter (7/5): Aufenthalt in einem typisch venezianischen Haus - Die Lage ist super, 10 Min. com Bahnhof Santa Lucia, eine Brücke und schon ist man da. Gegenüber ein Lokal, in dem die Venezianer esse, kein Touristennepp. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit (beim Koffertragen) und auskunftsbereit. Das Doppelbett war bequem, das Zimmer geräumig, aber... bei der der Größe des Zimmers hätte gut ein Tisch oder Schreibtisch hineingepasst. Leider gab es weder noch. Das Frühstück war für den Zimmerpreis auch sehr mäßig.

Personnel accueillant et toujours prêt à vous aider ( ils nous conseillé et réservé une table au resto LA zucca...super bon plats italiens très abordables ...) , l'hôtel est très propres et très moderne avec le petit déjeuner très complet ! En plus la situation de l’arcadia boutique hotel est en plein centre à 14 minutes de la gare et des arrêts de bus ATVO ( aéroport--> venise : 15 min ), et a 25 min a pied de la place Saint-marc ,le palais des doges et la basiliques. Vraiment le sejour parfait dans cet hôtel que je recommande à tout ceux qui veulent visiter venise !!! Bravo à toute l'équipe de L’ARCADIA BOUTIQUE HOTEL 😁👌👌👋

• Cathomas (8/5): Sehr schöne Unterkunft im Zentrum von Venedig, gute Nähe zum Bahnhof - Tolles Frühstück, schönes Zimmer, sehr gute Lage, freundliches Personal Mein Zimmer war in der Nähe des Frühstücksbuffets, weshalb ich morgens vom Geschirrklirren wach wurde. Aber das leckere Frühstück macht das wieder wett.

• Francisco (8/5): - I booked the single room. Expectedly small, but the bathroom was a bit narrow. Maybe most of Venice hotels have limited space. The hotel was easy to get to from the train station. When you exit the station, turn left and walk about 5-8 minutes.

• michael (3/5): Not an experience I want to repeat - The location was the best part of the hotel. The night staff was nice. The rooms were very clean. If you’re looking for a very small hotel, with no need of assistance- this is your place. They were very helpful in finding me a water taxi and even helped bring out all my luggage. There was no elevator, steep stairs just to get to the reception. I booked 3 rooms- for every little extra charge they had to repeatedly ask me to pay, not waiting till I checked out. There was no eating in the rooms. No feeling welcome. No children- not even for a few minutes without the 3rd degree. I felt like they were doing us a favor to stay there. I would never recommend it to anyone.

• Vasileva (10/5): Отличный отель в хорошем месте недалеко от вокзала - Все превосходно! Отель расположен в 7 минутах от вокзала, очень быстро нашли. На оживленной улице, где полно ресторанов. Окна выходили во двор, поэтому в номере было тихо. Персонал очень хороший, доброжелательный. В номере есть халаты, холодильник, чайник, хорошие тапочки, шампунь, кондиционер и крем для тела. Завтрак хороший, очень вкусные круассаны. Обязательно остановлюсь здесь в следующий раз. Все было отлично
