• ELENA (5/5): - Great location, just a 2-minute walk from Paddington Station. The bed was not meant for two people at all, just because it has two pillows doesn't make it a double bed. It was extremely narrow and uncomfortable for two people.

We had a cleanliness issue but this was quickly resolved once we spoke to reception. It was like thunder every time a tube train ran under the hotel

• Anaick (6/5): - bonne literie, et bonne couette agréable. lits fait tous les jours. salle de bain petite mais propre. emplacement au top, à 3 minutes du métro, de la gare, et des bus. restaurants autour pour manger le soir. chambre très petite. petit déjeuner dans la chambre, pas pratique du tout, pas de table. et à 5 sur les lits, c'est pas terrible. petit déjeuner c'est que du sucré+++ capri sun (c'est pas un jus d'orange), barre de céréales type frosties, yaourts pas frais, café tt est dans la chambre c'est à toi de faire. pas de salle spéciale pour le petit déjeuner. vue sur une cour et un mur, remplie de matériaux cassé, abimé et pas rangé. fenêtre mal isolée. le métro passe sous tes pieds, les murs en tremblent.

• Kamil (7/5): Świetny obiekt dla miłośników zwiedzania. - Rewelacyjna lokalizacja oraz obsługa. Zawsze pomocni, sympatyczni oraz wyrozumiali, a umiejscowienie obiektu jest niesamowite. Zaledwie 5 minut spacerkiem do Hyde Park, podobnie do najbliższej stacji metra oraz dworca. Wokół wiele pubów, restauracji oraz mniejszych sklepików. Nie podobał mi się rozmiar pokoju, w którym dane nam było nocować oraz śniadania. Przylecieliśmy w 5 osób i dostaliśmy pokój z 5 łóżkami, gdzie trzeba było się przeciskać między nimi, żeby dostać się do okna lub łazienki. Dla ludzi dużo zwiedzających nie będzie to duży problem, jednak dla rodziny z dziećmi może być kłopotliwe. Uważam, że opis śniadania niestety nie jest zgodny z prawdą jeśli chodzi o ten obiekt. Dużą wygodą jest śniadanie przynoszone do pokoju, jednak przypomina ono bardziej wyprawkę na wycieczkę, ponieważ główne składniki to: 7 daysy, ciastka, soczki w kartonikach, jeśli chodzi o słone rzeczy to było Masło oraz małe serki. Mimo tych minusów, oceniam pokój pozytywnie, jednak gdybym był nastawiony na odrobinę odpoczynku to pewnie czułbym rozczarowanie.

• Anke (2/5): Mein Aufenthalt im Hotel hat sich nur auf die Übernachtung beschränkt. Für die Vermittlung durch Booking.com hatte ich - Eindeutig nur die Lage. Vielleicht noch der Preis. Das Zimmer war kein Hotelzimmer, sondern eher die Kategorie Hostel. Sehr, sehr klein. Bett, kleines Waschbecken und ein Bord mit Kleiderhaken war die ganze Einrichtung und winziges eigenes Bad mit Toilette und Dusche. Platz für den Koffer gab es eigentlich nicht. Das Frühstück war ein Witz. Kein Frühstücksraum, in einem Korb wurden Müsliriegel, kleine weiche Brötchen, Butter, Marmelade, 1 Joghurt und Kekse geliefert.

Okno wychodzące na bardzo zabałaganione i brudne"podwórze" (3m/3m). Śniadania składające się z batonów, słodkich bułek. słodkich soków, i słodkich jogurtów przynoszone do pokoju, w którym nie było nawet miejsca żeby to wygodnie zjeść.

• Stefania (6/5): - La posizione è sicuramente ottima, letteralmente a due passi da Paddington Station quindi comoda e ben servita per metro, stazione e autobus. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo considerando i prezzi di Londra. Colazione in camera abbondante anche se solo dolce. Gli host sono estremamente gentili nonostante in ritardo. Tutto sommato camere decenti e pulite, anche se piccole. L'assenza dell'ascensore in un hotel di quattro piani con scale strette e ripide. La puntualità della colazione: la colazione si consuma in camera, l'host porta nelle varie stanze un cestino ben servito di prodotti confezionati. Abbiamo concordato di riceverla alle 8. Alle 8:15 l'host iniziava a portarla nelle varie stanze e da noi è arrivato alle 8:30. Non mi piace che la mia tabella di marcia nella visita di una città venga ritardata e condizionata per il ritardo in hotel.

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel en pensant avoir une prestation correcte… ce n’est absolument pas le cas. * Réservation pour l’option 3 lits → seulement 2 à l’arrivée (pourquoi faire réserver des options dans ce cas) * Aucun ascenseur (très pénible quand la chambre se trouve au dernier étage avec des escaliers exigus) * Bruit permanent (ventilation + métro qui fait vibrer le bâtiment) * Chambre minuscule pour deux lits doubles * Salle de bain ridicule, difficultés à avoir de l’eau chaude * Literie très inconfortable et sommier d’un autre temps (manque d’hygiène) * Petit-déjeuner inexistant (quelques produits industriels ce n’est pas un service petit déjeuner) * Propreté très limite (mieux vaut ne pas regarder code trop prêt) Mais pour le tarif payé, c’est clairement inadmissible. On est très loin du niveau attendu. ❗️ Je déconseille fortement, sauf si vous êtes prêts à sacrifier confort, calme et qualité pour une localisation acceptable.
• Camille (9/5): Super! - l'emplacement parfait. En quittant le métro Paddington et prenant la sortie "Paddington Station", l'hôtel est à 7 minutes max. à pied. "Congierge" très aimable. Sur le site, en voyant la photo, j'avais pensé d'avoir réservé une chambre avec 1 lit double et 2 lit simples. Mais finalement c'étaient 2 lits doubles. Petit déjeuner simple, pas super. Mais je pense que pour le prix que nous avons payé, à Londres, on ne pouvait pas s'attendre à un "English Breakfast" non plus!!

• Tuesday (8/5): Ideal stopover with breakfast and shower - Clean, comfortable and budget friendly. Easy to find, close to all amenities and St Mary's Hospital. Check-in was simple, staff were friendly and helpful. The room (#4) has a tv, fridge, tea/coffee/kettle and an en-suite bathroom with shampoo, clean towels etc. Breakfast was simple and delivered to our door at the time we requested, this was a basket of various breakfast items. Our door was a struggle to open and not very sensitive to the key card but the guy on reception helped us out. The hotel is right above a tube line so if you are bothered by noise, maybe avoid as the trains start running around 4am - though we were downstairs, maybe an upstairs room would be unaffected.

La stanza per 2 era in realtà per una persona di piccola corporatura. il bagno era davvero minuscolo a tal punto xhe per lavarti i denti nel minuscolo lavabo, devi avere il water in mezzo alle gambe. Il matrimoniale era in realtà una piazza e mezza. La colazione fatta di merendine che ti portano in camera non sempre puntuali.

• Syed (1/5): Not good to stay - It was a very bad experience, we had been in different countries and hotels but to that was a shocking experience with Tony house, as when we reached from Ireland and London and see the room, we were shocked to see that no water was provided on the first day to drink and when we reached t out to reception we were told to buy water for drinking and water for tea as well, we were so thirsty with small kids but not provided any sort of water and we had to buy from outside, blanket/ quilts are very old and holes were on them, only sheet on them were charged, bath shower combination wee not good, water comes either cold or too hot, not easy to took shower too. Breakfast was also like yogurt and some buns with kids small Juice,. I will not recommend anyone to stay. Very very bed experience

Nada más llegar ya nos dices el recepcionista que la habitación es pequeña para 4, ¿Entonces porqué la venden para 4 personas? Nos llevan a un apartamento que daba asco. Paredes sucias, tapa del wáter rota, sofás asquerosos, colchones incómodos, almohadas deshechas, menaje de cocina inexistente, olor desagradable, y podría seguir diciendo cosas. Insisto, lugar asqueroso y muy mal Booking por no controlar este tipo de establecimiento.

• Relana (5/5): Wenn man nur zum Schlafen im Hotel ist, ist es okay - Die Lage ist super und das Personal sehr freundlich. Betten für angekündigte Doppelbetten sehr klein (1,20m breit) aber bequem. Sehr kleines Zimmer, man konnte sich kaum bewegen und zu viert ist es dann wirklich eng. Es gibt keinen Kleiderschrank. Ich kann jetzt natürlich nur von unserem Zimmer ausgehen, aber das hatte nicht viel mit den Fotos gemeinsam. Man bekommt „Frühstück“ aufs Zimmer, welches aus verpackten Süßigkeiten (Schokocroissants, Milchbrötchen, Kekse, Schokoriegeln und Caprisonne) besteht. Dann gibt es keine Möglichkeit dazu an einen Tisch zu sitzen. In meinen Augen, sollte man dann besser kein Frühstück als dieses anbieten. Wenn die U-Bahnen fahren fühlt es sich wie ein kleines Erdbeben an. Die Dusche ist unglaublich eng, das ganze Bad ist sehr eng. Sauberkeit war okay, aber definitiv Luft nach oben.

• solak (5/5): Sadece gece gidip uyumalık - Eğer sadece odaya gece gidip uyuyacağım diyorsanız tercih edilebilir, onun haricinde tekli odada hareket etmeye dahi yer yok. Su ısıtıcısı vardı. Eşyalarımı check in öncesinde ve check out sonrasnda bırakmama izin verdiler ve bu gezginler için oldukça önemli bence. Merkezi bir konumda metro ve otobüs duraklarına 2 dk yürüme mesafesinde. Eğer sadece odaya gece gidip uyuyacağım diyorsanız tercih edilebilir, onun haricinde tekli odada hareket etmeye dahi yer yok. Yatak çok rahatsız, yastık çok ince ve yok gibi. Oda soğuktu ve ekstra verilen ısıtıcı ile biraz ılık hale geldi ancak yine de yetersizdi. İmkanlar verilen fiyatı hak etmiyor bence.

• Oktawia (1/5): Nie polecam! - Lokalizacja super, przy samej stacji metra Paddington. Okolica spokojna. I to tyle z plusów. Po przybyciu na miejsce klucze wydawał nam młody chłopak, nie bardzo ogarniający, jakby był tam dorywczo. Płatność na miejscu kartą lub gotówką. Po wejściu do pokoju dostrzegłyśmy, że na stoliku i czajniku leży mnóstwo kurzu, jakby nie było tam sprzątane od dłuższego czasu. Zaczęłyśmy więc sprawdzać materace- w rogach i zagłębieniach widać było mnóstwo drobych czarnych śladów, co wzbudziło w nas niepokój. Czara goryczy przelała się, kiedy po jednym z łóżek przeszedł robak.. Nie miałyśmy już wątpliwości, że w materacach są pluskwy. Zgłosiłyśmy to do obsługi, dostałyśmy drugi pokój. W następnym pokoju materace wyglądały na czystsze, lecz na jednym z nich znalazłyśmy zaschniętą pluskwę. Zażądałyśmy zwrotu pieniędzy w gotówce, aby znaleźć od razu nowy nocleg (była już po 23..) Chłopak z obsługi stwierdził, ze może zrobić zwrot na kartę, bo nie mają gotówki.. a jednak na początku podobno można było gotówką zapłacić. Pieniądze na revolut wróciły juz po naszej podróży, zostałyśmy więc bez noclegu i pieniędzy. Udało nam się znaleźć nocleg niedaleko w hotelu Alexandra, który mogę polecić.

• Anna (7/5): Abbiamo pernottato al Tony’s House Hotel per 5 notti. Nel complesso non è stata una brutta esperienza, dalle foto però s - La posizione. Vicina alla metropolitana e ai ristoranti. La vista dalla camera era bellissima. La camera troppo piccola per 5 persone. Era al 5o piano senza ascensore. Bagno microscopico. Letti scomodi.
• Jon (6/5): - Las dos mejores cosas serían sin duda la ubicación y el personal que fue muy amable. No me gustó que teníamos desayuno incluido, el cual fue 6 zumos, un paquete de crepes, 4 cruasanes y 4 yogures......ni un triste café.

• Rita (10/5): Ottimo rapporto qualità /prezzo - Posizione perfetta a due passi dalla stazione di Paddington, zona ben fornita di tutto, camera pulita piccola ma ben fornita. Colazione in camera,tutto preconfezionato ma comunque abbondante per 2 adulti e due bambini, Scale scomode fino al 3 piano Senza ascensore, moquette scale sporca o comunque poco curata. Prese elettriche obsolete poco sicure.
• Magdalena (8/5): Citybreak - Hotelik w bardzo dobrym miejscu, stąd wszędzie można dojechać. Jest bardzo czysto, pościel zmieniana co 2 dzień, sprzedanie i wynoszenie śmieci codziennie. Personel bardzo miły i pomocny. Słychać niestety przejeżdżające metro, szczególnie uciążliwe jest to w nocy
• Eva (8/5): Ubicación perfecta. Buen trato. - Ubicación perfecta. Perfecto para familias con 3 hijos que quieran estar en la misma habitación. No tiene ascensor. Poco espacio para moverte en la habitación, aunque teniendo en cuenta que solo hemos ido a dormir, más que suficiente. El desayuno es muy básico, yogures, bollería, zumos y galletas. Te lo llevan a la habitación y hay poco sitio para tomarlo. Nosotros nos lo hemos llevado para almuerzo de media mañana, ya que era abundante.

• Maritza (4/5): Viele Kilometer für viele aufregende Highlights und historische Sehenswürdigkeiten. - Sehr gute Lage, vielen Möglichkeiten für essen und sehr nah der U-Bahn Das Zimmer war sehr klein und die Tür zum Balkon war defekt.Klo-dusche nicht sauber und die Gläser waren sehr staubig.
