- Vidhi (5/5): - Good location (although far and you will be stuck in Nihombashi) with easy access to metro, nice staff, nice coffee Extremely enticing price until you realise the several deep design flaws in the rooms - the bathroom is absolutely enormous for the size of the room, leaving no space to even walk in the room. No hooks for clothes or towels so you do have to throw your towel on the ground everyday contrary to their environmental policy - unheard of anywhere to not have hooks, but especially in Tokyo. Terrible internet across the board.

The thickest towels we’ve ever had at a hotel and absolutely loved the soap and shampoo! The sustainability factor was a huge tick for us. Nothing was not up to par, it was such a vibe staying here.

- Luna (9/5): Great stay - Super well located near asakusabashi station and in a neighbourhood with different restaurants and convenience stores. The room was cute, well cleaned and well equipped. We tried the cafe and it was great for the lunch with dishes and good quality coffee plus vegetal milks options. The free WiFi had really bad connection. The room is quite small for two persons. I am 5’7 and my husband is 5’11 and the bed was a bit small for us.

Habitación pequeña, pocos servicios en el hotel, restaurante un poco caro para ser Japón. En gran medida parecía un hotel europeo antes que uno japonés.

- Daria (1/5): - New renovation. That’s all. I had stayed at this hotel before. I didn’t like it, but since I had no other option, I decided to book it again. On paper, the room seems spacious, but in reality it is so poorly designed that you can’t even open a suitcase. Not even one suitcase, even though the room is advertised as around 20 square meters. The windows don’t open, the ceilings are low, and overall it feels like some kind of suffocating box. It is also very dark. The staff are extremely unhelpful. In the end, we wanted to change our dates, but they refused to accommodate us, so we booked a five-star hotel instead — and it was cheaper than this one. It is definitely not worth the money. $100–150 would be the absolute maximum price for it. It is no better than an APA-level hotel. The location is also supposedly central, but in reality it is far from everything. In short, I absolutely do not recommend it. The breakfast is very poor as well.

- Elif (8/5): A stylish, well-located hotel and genuinely attentive staff. - The location is excellent, just a short walk from the metro station, which made getting around Tokyo very easy. The hotel is beautifully designed and the beds are incredibly comfortable. Breakfast was very good and the coffee was outstanding. The cafe turned into a bar in the evenings which was a lovely bonus, with delicious cocktails that made for a perfect way to wind down in the evenings. The staff were genuinely helpful throughout our stay, including when we needed to send our luggage to the airport. When our first room had a slight smell upon arrival, they immediately moved us to another one without any fuss. The twin room layout makes the space feel a bit compact, which is worth keeping in mind if you’re travelling with multiple luggages. Also, there were no forks at the breakfast buffet, which was a small but puzzling oversight.

Почти из всех разеток вываливались зарядки - так они были расшатаны. Все стены общарпаны чемоданами. Из-за размеров номера в нем невероятно душно вдвоем, не спасал даже кондиционер. Абсолютно не рекомендую этот пафосный отель с претензией на люкс по факту являющийся общежитием.

- sacha (10/5): - Siamo stati 2 volte in questo albergo , al inizio e alla fine del nostro viaggio il posto è pulito il personale sempre gentile e disponibile, camera piccola ma confortevole , pulizia giornaliera con cambio asciugamani. la metro è letteralmente a due passi dal albergo. Insomma tutto perfetto ! Niente
