• Objective5 (6/5): Mixed feelings - We stayed three nights at Hotel Beaux Arts Autograph Collection in Miami with our family during our vacation, and overall the experience was quite mixed. On the positive side, the location is excellent—very central and convenient for exploring the city. The beds were also very comfortable, which made for a good night’s sleep after long days out. However, there were several downsides that impacted our stay. The hotel is located on the 38th floor, and the elevator wait times were extremely long, which quickly became frustrating. Our room had no real view, as it faced an office building, which was disappointing given the price point. Additionally, even though this hotel is significantly more expensive than the Marriott in the same building, there were no added benefits such as priority access to shared facilities like the gym or pool. In conclusion, we found the hotel to be overpriced for what it offers. It didn’t feel particularly special, and we expected more given the premium price.

The room was not available until 5pm and was poorly equipped. One coffee capsule each, one hand towel each (I found bath towels eventually), one tiny bar of soap. We’d have expected more. But my goodness, the staff were above and beyond when I walked into a glass door at the entrance. Apparently it happens a lot so they really need to fix the problem there.

• jaybarak (10/5): Deft Hotelier Wins Over Irate Senior Who Made Stupid Mistake Reserving A Room - This is one of the finest hotels I've ever stayed in. What makes it so exceptional are multiple considerations. But for this stay, what this hotel did for my wife and I is so beyond the pale it is difficult to describe. I made my reservation six weeks in advance, but I screwed it up. Not space for details, but suffice to say when we arrived and confronted my mistake, the hotel bent over backwards to accommodate us. Then, when we faced an electrical problem, they sent us to another even nicer room. I did not necessarily deserve this incredible treatment in either instance. But they reacted with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. What a class outfit. The best.

• Coco_80countries (8/5): Good but could be better - The rooms are great. The pool is almost always in the shade so it's pointless. No bar to sit & have a cocktail. It's nice that activities such as bowling & pool are included but disappointing that you have to pay 75 dollars if you want to play basketball. That whole games area is freezing so you need to wear a winter jacket to enjoy any of these games!!! Breakfast is ok but could be better, doesn't feel like a 5 star hotel breakfast. Liked the fresh berries though.

Wish I could give it 6 stars - facility, staff and location could not have been better. Pool, restaurant and room service were perfect. Walked along waterfront in the evening, area was vibrant and picturesque and felt very safe. Highly recommend.

• 458ezrac (8/5): A good place, a few minor disappointments - Overall a good property but it felt like the forgotten step-child of the larger JW in which the hotel occupies a few floors. The advantages of being in the JW is that you get access to the gym and, with Bonvoy status, the lounge which are both excellent. The hotel also provides $10 each day for food and beverages at the cafe. The room was neat and spacious. The layout was strange and inconvenient with the bathroom being off on its own. That may have been just the suite layout. It was also August in Miami so hot and humid but the AC was having trouble keeping up. Also, no slippers! Location is close to many Miami attractions and shopping.

• kcollett67 (6/5): Could be nice with attention and maintenance - The hotel occupies three floors above the JW Marriott, with most amenities located within the JW itself. Check-in and arrival were smooth and efficient. The room featured a lot of chrome, lacquer, and leather finishes. It was spacious but felt a bit outdated. Power outlets were limited. The bed was comfortable, but the sheets and towels were sub par. Only one caffeinated coffee pod was provided! The so-called “enhanced” internet service was slow. The video camera on door does not work. The tablet's firmware needs to be updated and had old info on it. On the plus side, there was ample storage space. The bathroom was very large. On arriving, the bathroom TV was on and couldn’t be turned off—we had to call maintenance to replace the remote battery. The shower had issues - the handheld option didn’t work at all. I didn’t try the jacuzzi tub. There was no accessible outlet for a hair dryer in the bathroom, and the only light switch was located just outside the door. The pool area was overcrowded in afternoon. Went in AM and there is availability. Lounge chairs are stained and there was a shortage of towels in late AM. As Bonvoy Elite members, we received a late checkout, two complimentary coffees, and 30 minutes of activity center access. The concierge lounge breakfast was adequate with excellent coffee. The room offered beautiful views. For a 1-2 night business trip, this hotel would be sufficient. The happy hour at restaurant near lobby is really good!

• Stephen Jaskaran (10/5): Amazingly Excellent Hotel - This is the second consecutive year I started at Hotel Beaux Arts Miami. The staff here really treats you like family. They go above an beyond to ensure all guests are comfortable and satisfied. Thank You Medoley who checked us in and give us that family welcome and also Gabriella & Loida. The staff and management is very hard working and they Will go to moon and stars to ensure your stay is satisfying. The pleasant smiles from both the young lady in the Arabic wear and the managers and the breakfast buffet. Around my stay I bump into the managers in the elevator and they as well was very pleasant to ask how are you and if you are enjoying your stay. Valet Parking is 100% effective and efficent. The guys who help you with your luggage also cool and friendly. House Keeping Ladies are a gem, they do an marvelous job in cleaning your suite and also they are trustworthy, i left all of my electronic devices; laptop camera go pro etc on the table and they did not even moved it. • kellizink (10/5): A Lux Gem In The Center Of The Action - All the chaos of Miami disappears the moment you arrive on the 39th floor check-in. The process was seamless and the fastest we’ve ever received. Our suite was GIANT with a wonderful view and even though it was close to the elevator, we heard zero noise. With a Whole Foods across the street and the fact it’s within walking distance to many venues, this hotel is a no brainer to continue to book.

• patrickdna (10/5): A Private Escape with Five-Star Perks - Tucked atop the JW Marriott Marquis like a stylish secret, Hotel Beaux Arts Miami delivers the kind of high-rise indulgence that shouts Miami Vice in the best possible way. Check-in is more boutique art gallery than hotel lobby: sparkling water, champagne, and a one-on-one consultation across sleek desks. Just know that personal attention takes time — peak hour arrivals may wish they’d brought a book (or a second glass of champagne). Chrome and white-leather-clad rooms are enormous, even at entry level, and suites are frankly ridiculous — think penthouse-sized palaces with enough room to both host a cocktail party and have a dramatic exit. The bathrooms alone deserve their own reality show: soaking tub, endless vanity, marble everywhere, and a teeny TV in case you want to second-screen while washing your hands. Technology in-room is mostly Miami chic — massive TVs, Illy coffee station, and a camera system to vet your door visitors, though the latter could use a firmware update. Still, the bed is perfect, the mood lighting does its job, and the in-room dining (courtesy of the JW kitchen) performs heroically well, even at ungodly hours. Elite Bonvoy members are rewarded with executive lounge access at the JW (since the Beaux Arts’ own breakfast nook is no more), and a couple of coffee vouchers, redeemable for some (delicious) barista-made beverages. Breakfast at the lounge is solid but not opulent, but the adjacent JW café turns out outstanding casual fare. The signature on-site restaurant, Boulud Sud, comes friend-recommended. Service is a standout — seamless, consistent, and human. From the bellhop who was waiting behind me the second I finished check-in, to the staff who apologized with conviction for a single dirty spoon. When things go wrong, they go right. The pool is nothing to write home about, but with access to a basketball court, bowling alley, and luxury dining and shopping within easy reach, you may not notice. Or care. Art graces the public spaces. Views will make your inner Instagrammer weep. And while there were one or two maintenance hiccups, compensation arrived instantly and without even having to ask. Bottom line: This is the worst-kept secret in Miami. Suites vanish quickly. Book now, or spend your next trip across the street wondering why your room doesn’t have a skyline view and a bathroom worthy of a Grammy winner.

• Stephanie1453c (10/5): Luxurious - We stayed in Miami for a night prior to our cruise, and the Hotel Beaux Arts was our choice. Keep in mind that this Autograph Collection is a boutique hotel within the JW Marriott Marquis. The Beaux Arts is located on the top floors - 39-41. There is a great rooftop pool and indoor lounge area complete with bowling lanes, air hockey and foosball and even a golf shop/golf education swing simulator! This hotel really has it all. The rooms are very modern and have many advanced tech features, and the bathrooms are really amazing with full tub, and a separate shower with a waterfall shower head. • Centurytraveller2015 (6/5): Needs Improvement - Overall, the stay at your hotel was pleasant, but there are significant areas for improvement, especially considering the intense luxury competition in the Brickell neighborhood. The following points highlight areas that need immediate attention to ensure the hotel remains competitive in its category: 1. Elevator Noise: The elevator beep on every floor is excessively loud and intrusive. Given the height of the building, this feature becomes stressful and detracts from the guest experience. Adjusting or silencing the beeping would significantly improve comfort. 2. Gym Facilities: The gym facilities are outdated, particularly the spinning bikes, which are completely deteriorated. For a hotel in this price and luxury category, maintaining state-of-the-art fitness equipment is essential. 3. Pool Area: The pool lacks harmony and fails to provide the luxury amenities expected in this competitive market. The bartenders displayed arrogance, which negatively impacts the guest experience. Additionally, the pool area does not offer innovative facilities, such as cold plunges, which are standard in other nearby luxury properties. A renovation to modernize and cater to newer generations is strongly recommended. 4. In-Room Offerings: • The coffee service in the room is inadequate. Guests are only provided one red Illy capsule and one blue capsule, which feels cheap for a hotel of this caliber. Upgrading to Nespresso machines with a broader selection of coffee options would greatly enhance the in-room experience. • The complementary water is also disappointing. It is treated water rather than premium spring water. Offering a more appropriate brand, such as Evian, would reflect the luxury status the hotel aims to convey. 5. Common Area Utilization: The common areas on floors 19 and 20 feel empty and poorly utilized. These spaces present an opportunity to introduce additional facilities or amenities that appeal to a modern, discerning audience. 6. Pricing vs. Experience: At over $800 per night, the guest experience does not align with the price point. Many of the shortcomings mentioned above, from outdated facilities to lackluster in-room offerings, give the impression of cost-cutting rather than delivering value and luxury. While the hotel has potential and offers a pleasant stay, it is falling behind its competitors in Brickell. Addressing these areas would elevate the guest experience and justify the premium price charged.

• Victor (5/5): Great location…swanky suite..but not worth the money as you get Holiday Inn service. - Location is great. Suite was large and well laid out. AC was so noisy I could not sleep w.o shutting it off. Then room was to warm. Bed was not comfortable…way to firm…great for heavy people but not regular weight people. No instructions for auto blinds….it took lots of time to figure it all out. Warhol art was not very interesting….room did not feel like a Warhol suite. Espresso machine had only one reg and one decaf coffee pods….and only two sugars and two creams. I guess they assumed only one person drinks reg and the other must drink decaf. When I bought this up with the manager on floor 39..they delivered about 40 pods in a plastic bag and left it on the counter..very rude display from staff. I also pointed out that there was no ice….so they left a clear plastic bag full of ice in the bar sink….again…what was that about…all they had to do if fill the ice bucket. TV did not work first night. Only two towels in a huge suite with jacuzzi tub…and only one hand towel between the sinks….with only one towel ring….as if this is only a suite for one person. The bath towels were like sand paper, old, and frayed at the ends…. Why have Netflix displayed on the TV if it requires a subscription…at this level of suite it should be included….
• P6039CHsl (6/5): You need to clean house and get a new staff - Although the suite was spacious and lovely the service was HORRIBLE! PLEASE check rooms before your clients check in!!!!!!!!!! Nobody should have to go to the desk on 39 to get ice or whatever. And really no NETFLIX!?? Bogus! Not that we were there to watch movies but come on...............the rooms were clean but I ran into the marble edge stepping out of the master toilet and injured my ankle. Bad design! Also the hand towel on the hook in front of the sinks! Trying to injure someone guys? Towels were coarse and not plentiful. I could go on and on. It just has to be managed and tweaked CORRECTLY to bring it up to the level it should be. Such a great space and views but your staff is horrible .
• strongarm18 (10/5): Stunning room and experience - This hotel includes the top floors of the JW Marquis so navigate there. The front desk will escort you to the elevators for your private arrival desk on the top floors. Arrival was smooth and effortless, they knew I was coming and had everything waiting. The room was spectacular and well outfitted for price paid (used points but dollar amount and points amount were very low for room offered IMO). Large soaking tub with jets that filled quickly and came with some tub salts and a TV in the mirror, nice! Mini bar is well equipped but uses sensors so explore carefully. Comes with a $35 destination fee which was easily used for dinner as one of the perks is a $35 F&B credit at Met Cafe/Bar on the 2nd floor which was tasty. Comes with other perks too, see pictures. Elite status with Marriott gave you access to their lounge which was also nice and appreciated. Will be back!

The room Service ladies are very honest they do not touch your personal device but they do an excellent job by cleaning. The Valet boys were also excellent. The rooms are baby and toddler friendly. • MyBlueZone (10/5): Marriott Bonvoy Lifetime Platinum Member APPROVED! - A lot has changed since Covid and I was delighted to return to the JW Marquis / Beaux Arts Hotel in Miami only to see some things the same like the incredible CONSISTENT support and service provided by Andres Meneses, Head Concierge, but the big call out this time aside from the beautiful clean room, a new Concierge Lounge on the 2nd floor goes to Yonathan Gonzalez at the Beaux Arts Reception that went way above and beyond assisting me with a extraordinary request. Thanks Yonathan for being exceptional! I would also like to point out to anyone considering this property that is pays to be loyal to Marriott. With the Destination Fee applied to the standard daily rate it is worth every penny. I encourage you to use the daily food and beverage credit extended at Boulsud Restaurant and Bar. And lastly the complimentary head and shoulders massage by Gensis was the prefect way to end my stay and start a long journey to Asia. I’ve been at this hotel pre covid, during covid, and now post covid and I assure you I will be back soon before long!

• JamesNCFL (8/5): Nice, but expensive - This is a cool little boutique hotel within the JW Mariott Marqueis. They have a daily resort fee that has some nice amenities such as a food credit and massage though it would be better if the fee wasn't there. They recently did some mild renovations, but it is in need of some heavier things to be done in the bathrooms as they are showing their age. One review complained about the towels being stored in a closet outside the bathroom (note: that closet has a relatively concealed door within the bathroom) Property is expensive and the "exclusive" bar is crazy expensive for what it is. Most things are shared with the JW and the loose connection doesn't fully work. With so many "shared" things (restaurants, gym, business center, etc), the lounge for high status members is not one of them.

Rooms have a spectacular view and are very well appointed and kept. This is not a huge property yet realize it is on the top floors of the JW Marriott.

The staff were very friendly, and we were thankful they were working that day. Hannah at the JW front desk was very kind. The bellhop, Mirko, was very helpful with our luggage, our check in experience, and giving us some tips where to check out around the property. Brady at our checkin for Hotel Beaux provided a great check in experience for us. I wish I could remember our room service attendant’s name too; she also provided a great service experience. Thank you for helping kick off our quick vacation weekend with a great experience. We would definitely stay at Hotel Beaux Arts again!

• 339kasht (2/5): Unprofessional mgmt - Stayed at the Beau D’arts which is supposed to be JW’s elite hotel. My wife was so excited to book the room. First night there was an “incident” in the room next to ours and 15 cops were swarming the hallways and we were not allowed to our room. The mgr and assistant mgr told us nothing to worry about and that the gentleman didn’t check out at noon so was being removed….really?? My wife did not want to stay on the room next to this. The mgr decided we could change room’s albeit when we could actually get into our room to get our items since there was no access by the police. For all the trouble the mgr said they would give us 10,000 pts for our ‘inconvenience’ as md would not offer any discount. Really? I understand the “incident” may have not been under their control however how they handled other guests was absolutely within their control. The staff was rude and disrespectful and very unapologetic about the inconvenience. Was a long time loyal member of Marriott however after this stay, no more.
• Getoutandtravel00 (10/5): VIP Exclusive and Elevated Services - The hotel, property and room exceeded all expectations. The private check in on the 39th floor felt very exclusive. Zhanna checked us in and she was very thorough and knowledgeable. Check in was a breeze. The room was spotless and offered some amazing view of the Miami cityscape. Aldo made us great drinks in the lounge area and was very delightful to chat with. The hotels elevated services and amenities were well worth the price. My only complaint was the basketball court had to be rented at a very high fee. I wish guests were allowed to get a light shoot around in without such a high fee.

I contacted them at-least five times by phone and multiple times by email. Hotel staff promised that i should see a refund in my credit card but i never did. Its been 20 days since i returned from trip and i have not seen a refund in my credit card. I have emailed the hotel manager and email i d which was provided to me by hotel staff, no response whatsoever. I have stayed in many hotels but never had an experience of this sort. Please review your credit card charges after your visit

• krishna (4/5): - We stayed at the Warhol corner suite with our 2 year old. It was quite expensive. The staff was friendly and for the most part, helpful. However, given the amount we paid, we were disappointed in the small details that would have been available at other 4/5 star properties. These are not deal breakers, but some examples that would make life easier: - Breakfast not included - Pool towels not allowed to be taken to the room - Limited towels inside the room - Limited in-room dining options - No formal relationship with a nanny/babysitting service. We don't expect the hotel to offer nanny services, but they should at least have a relationship with some options. The area is nice, there is a park with a playground close by. But if you are going to spend this much money on a suite with a baby, you are better off staying in Coconut grove, Mr. C.
• J8719WCjuliak (2/5): DONT COME - Pretty disappointed. Came with my husband and my daughter and we stayed in a suite. Check in took a long time, room wasn’t ready until 3pm and my poor daughter was exhausted and cranky. Everything is an extra charge- internet, breakfast etc. You can’t even take a towel from the pool to the room, even if you are running right back. I was stopped and told to change back into my clothes even though I just wanted to get a book from the room. Room keys didn’t work and had to keep getting them reset (picture is of the unmanned pool desk waiting for them to help let me in after key stopped working for 3rd time). Suite was dingy and furniture stained. Mini bar charges you if you even touch the items so you can’t just use as a regular fridge because there’s no place to put your own water etc. Just a miserable experience. Don’t come.
• mickey1991 (8/5): Better than average hotel in Miami - Made a reservation at the JW Marriott, and we were upgraded to this hotel, which I’m still trying to figure out. The hotel room was better than average and was very comfortable, clean and had a large bathroom. The hotel serves a limited breakfast, but if you’re a platinum Marriott member you can eat at the JW morning buffet, which is much better. All in all a better than average hotel in the Miami area.

• Robert (9/5): This was a lovely hotel. We spend a splendid Christmas holiday there. - We enjoyed the breakfast restaurant and bar which were conveniently located on our floor. We liked the spacious corner room with views in all directions. The automatic sheer and blackout curtains worked well. The TV was not very easy to operate, but we found a way. We had to request a bulb replacement upon check-in because the desk lamp was out. Facilities responded quickly. We did not mind that there was no available ice machine, once we realized that housekeeping would deliver ice.
• Lia (10/5): Love this hotel. - I was left stranded in Miami for 2 days, due to american airlines, with no bags. I randomly selected the hotel beaux arts as i had been awake for 24 hours and had no luggage. How fortunate I was. It is a beautiful hotel with a warm welcoming staff. Five days later, I still do not have my bags and have been hung up on by AA more times than I care to mention. If you have to be alone on Thanksgiving with no bags. i highly recommend the Hotel Beaux Arts.

And we had a blast using the play area (with Billard table,bowling,soccer table etc.)great fun for rainy times That the pool was very shady,only In the afternoon it had sun for sunbathing,but that’s not the hotels fault.

Upon checking in there was no one at the front desk and it took over an hour for someone to return. there was 6 other ppl trying to check in and no one to help them. Obviously, a safety hazard because if there were an emergency no one to call. Room was dirty, missing linens and amenities. Worst part was that the day we checked in we had a very important event to attend and needed to be ready by 6. this was a black tie event and i ended having to go with my hair wet because of the little time i had to get ready. We did not get our room till 5 pm and had arrived at 4 I have stayed in this hotel before and its always been an amazing experience. We did learn over our stay that the hotel is extremely short staff.

• Corey (2/5): - The property was beautiful and the suite was excellent. However, the service was extremely poor. This is the first time I have ever provided a hotel review but one is called for. I called for housekeeping multiple times to no avail and was forced to sleep on dirty linen. I was repeatedly promised that it would be changed but that did not happen until the 3d day of my stay. In room dining got my order wrong and then challenged that I did not make the orders that I had. And when they attempted to correct it, they still got it wrong again. The place is too classy not to pay attention to detail. I don't know if I would stay again.
