Everything is within walking distance, and the Blue Mosque is visible directly from the hotel room The room was quite small once I placed my suitcase, there was very little space left to move around. The bathroom was also very compact.

• Natalia (7/5): За свої гроші варіант цілком хороший - Сподобалося розташування готелю, оскільки поруч можна було дуже багато гуляти, замовляти екскурсії та у пішій доступності справді є що подивитися. У кімнаті було завжди чисто, щодня пропонували прибрати та міняти білизну за потребою - це чудово! У перший день тільки при заїзді не було чистих рушників у номері. Персонал привітний, нас пригощали чаєм і давали рекомендації, де взяти екскурсії. Виявляється готель міг замовити трансфер шатл до аеропорту всього за 15 євро, нам лише назвали стандартну ціну 55 євро в одну сторону, тобто ми про шатл вже дізналися після того як приїхали в готель і замовили таксі назад, дуже шкода. Наш номер позиціонувався як номер для некурців. Три дні нашого перебування якийсь сусід палив у номері, причому серед ночі, і це було дуже неприємно, оскільки через витяжку та через хол дим потрапляв прямо нам в кімнату. Поскаржитись вночі не було ні сил ні можливості, та і скарги не сильно діяли :( доводилося спати з відчиненим вікном. Несподівано в останній день нашого перебування у готелі відключили воду з самого ранку, обіцяли включити о 21, але воду так і не дали, а нам вранці рано треба було вже у аеропорт. З приємного: нас того ранку смачно погодували сніданком у сусідньому готелі - вибачення за незручності прийняті, дякую за гостинність.

• Pavel (2/5): Наихудший отель за более чем десяти поездок в Стамбул! - Очень удобное расположение в Старом городе: до площади Султанахмет чуть больше минуты пешком, все ключевые достопримечательности рядом, прекрасный вид из окна на море, Голубую мечеть, Собор Айя София (но только в одном единственном номере на самом верху). Радушный управляющий на ресепшене. Номера убитые просто в дрова. Мебели в номере кроме кровати толком нет: стол, два стула, тумбочка, шкаф (который занят холодильником и сейфом). Всё. Даже вещи из чемодана выложить некуда. Места в номере почти нет, ходишь боком вокруг кровати. Ремонт очевидно не делали с момента постройки отеля. Стены обшарпанные, везде кровавые смазанные следы и прилипшие раздавленные комары, окна не закрывались плотно, вся фурнитура разломана, черная плесень от протечек на потолке, стенах, у изголовья кровани, в ванной, в душевой кабинет - везде. Вместо вешалок в ванной - просто вкрученные в стену саморезы. Побелка с потолка сыплется. Под кроватью - комья грязи, накопленные не за один год. По углам также грязь. Везде черные длинные женские волосы. Постельное меняли и прибирались через день, но свежее постельное - с пятнами, приборка не включала в себя мытьё полов, потому что за неделю проживания грязь и волосы так и лежали по всему полу. Ну и вишенка на торте - комары. Откуда они, непонятно, так как окна были закрыты круглосуточно. Но в 3-4 часа утра они откуда-то брались и по одному начинали вылетать и кусать. Прихлопнешь одного, через минут 20-30 прилетал следующий, и так до утра. Ни одной ночи не удалось поспать нормально. Резюме: никакое удобное расположение и вид из окна не стоят такого ада. Лучше чуть доплатить, но выбрать любой другой отель. Никогда больше!

• Piotr (7/5): - Obsługa była wyjątkowo pomocna. Panowie starali się uczynić nasz pobyt udanym i miłym. Zawsze mieli dla nas czas i widać było, że zależy im na naszym zadowoleniu. Codziennie rano dostawaliśmy herbatkę, a pościel w pokoju była układana. Świeże ręczniki dostawaliśmy bez dodatkowych opłat. Pokój był bardzo mały i wymaga remontu. Łazienka była niedomyta, a kabina prysznicowa nosiła duże ilości śladów pleśni.

• carolynej862 (2/5): Poor hotel and online photos not reality - Its very cheap, location good, staff nice BUT hotel is poor. Photos online not the reality at all. It’s not clean and so many things defective in our room. Sea view was a massive tree covering the window. A lot of damage and disrepair and some things not safe like dodgy wiring on hairdryer and built up tiles at threshold of bathroom door broken and loose. We left after one night and checked in elsewhere. We don’t mind basic but places need to be clean and safe and not falling apart

The staff was very helpful. Akif gave me the rigjt info to arrive to the airport and Atinc that helped me to picked up my clothes on the laundry when I was far. There was another guy on the reception that gave me info about restaurants and offered me tea everyday. Thank you very much.

Despite clearing my payments, I have been repeatedly contacted with false accusations about unpaid charges. This has been stressful and completely unacceptable. Guests should not have to deal with such unprofessionalism after leaving the hotel. I do not recommend staying here unless you want unnecessary harassment after your stay.

We had a view of the Bosphorus, a delight! I recommend with all my heart and I will return at the first opportunity.

• Alan (1/5): Never ever recommend to anyone. - It is very close main tourist attractions such as Blue mosque, Ayasofya, grand bazaar, spice bazaar, ferry to Bosphorous, Topkapı museum. It was unbelievably dirty, food spillages on the walls. Very dirty bathroom (all mouldy around the bottom corners) . Not value for money. I wouldn't recommend to anyone. Really shocked/disappointed.

The furniture very old and the beautiful surroundings of the photos did not correspond to reality. The cleanliness and maintenance of the room is terribly lacking. The room is relatively small but this is not unknown because we know that the buildings in this amazing area are all like that everywhere. As much as the staff was very nice I would not go again

• Uzunovic (4/5): Disappointing - I liked the location. The hotel is 2 mins from Sultanahmet meydanı. Near tram station and suitable for sightseeing. If you are searching just bed to sleep, bathroom to shower when needed and no other commodities...then you are at the right place. These pictures you see on booking are not the right picture you will get when you come to the hotel. Everything on booking is a bit nicer than you will see there. You might be dissappointed when you see it. Personel was kind and polite.

Hotel rooms are nicely quiet and with great view which made satisfying my holiday to Istanbul. Rooms prices are perfect. I’m going to visit it soon again.

• Lesley (9/5): Superb - The staff were so friendly and helpful without seeming phoney or creepy. We were welcome to hang out in the shady garden area and drink Turkish tea. All the essentials like the shower, WiFi, elevator, comfort of bed, were great. And I like the fact that we weren't paying for " luxury" stuff that we didn't need. It was very hot when we were in Istanbul. Our visit was during the record breaking heat wave. The air conditioning in the room was fine for ordinary levels of heat but when it was really hot the room was too warm. It wasn't dangerously hot, but a bit uncomfortable. I would have also liked some of the room lights to be less bright.

• Giggs (1/5): Not comfortable, Location is Good, fulfilled my purpose but the injury due to no maintenance spoilt - Bedsheets never changed, towels not changed, bathroom shower inside left empty gel bottles never taken away, bin not emptied, door handle unable to lock, very loose, same for the bath, door handle came of whilst closing and bruised my arm, no first aid, was bleeding in the arm, I have a photo of the loose handle and bruise, they said the technician fixed it, but I found it was same, my bruise is still healing and my skin is very sensitive, I think the hotel should compensate for my injuries sustained which made my holiday break miserable, not happy at all, Booking.com should check the authenticity before marketing the hotel on your websites
