• Olesya TRAVKINA (9/5): La gemma nel cuore di Praga - La posizione è ottima per chi vuole vedere il centro. Nonostante che sono nel palazzo antico, c'è l'ascensore. Lo staff è gentilissimo. Hanno nelle camera e nel minibar soft drinks, caffe, te, alcuni snack FOC. In generale mi è piaciuto molto lo stile delle camere, travi a vista, tutto un puo stile rustico. Colazione basilare ma molto fresca e buona. Accappatoio e le ciabatte, come il ferro da stiro disponibili in camera sono molto apprezzati WiFi aveva la password che non funzionava. Per fare la doccia, devi tenere con una mano il soffione che è scomodissimo, nel box doccia non c'è il gancio per tenerlo fermo verso di te.

Pocas veces te reciben con prosecco, y mucho menos se tiene el privilegio de tener una catedral al lado de la ventana de la cama! Tiene todo lo que necesitas además de ser una estancia muy coqueta y decorada al detalle, manteniendo ese estilo característico de la Europa medieval, a 2 minutos de una de las atracciones estrella de la ciudad, comodidades por todas partes. Agradecer que te obsequien con la nevera con detallitos, incluidos en el precio!

• Angelika Raven (10/5): - Úžasné místo v srdci historické Prahy, genium loci, vstřícnost, ochota personálu, velmi dobře vytvořené a zařízené prostory, skvělá snídaně ( vyhovuje mi i neobvyklý systém, kdy je snídaně k dispozici formou bufetu na chodbě a vy si ji v klidu sníte ve vlastním pokoji). Ráda se vrátím . Vstřícná atmosféra, příjemné prostředí. Jediná nevýhoda pro mě: je pružinová postel na kterou nejsem zvyklá.

• Ralph Wahlen (10/5): Aanrader op een geweldige centrale locatie. - De locatie was geweldig, je loopt binnen een paar minuten de Karelsbrug op. Ondanks de centrale ligging weinig geluidsoverlast. Ruime, sfeervolle kamer met eigen tafeltje waar je in alle rust kunt ontbijten. Heg ontbijt was erg oed em behoorlijk uitgebreid. We moesten even zoeken waar de ingang van was, dit stond niet duidelijk aangegeven, waarschijnlijk vanwege het feit dat deze kant in de steigers stond (waar we overigens helemaal geen last van hadden).

Sehr ungewöhnlich: es gab ein reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet, aber gefrühstückt hat man im Zimmer, weil es keinen Platz mehr im Haus gab . Das Personal war sehr nett und freundlich und aufmerksam Vielleicht die Beschilderung, wir haben es erst nicht gefunden
• Judit (9/5): Agradable y cómoda sobretodo para famílias con adolescentes - La ubicación es excelente. Se encuentra a un paso del puente de Carlos y a 15-20 minutos andando a la plaza del reloj y de Rudolfinum, que es dónde salen algunos de los tours gratuitos de la ciudad. El desayuno es variado y que te lo puedas comer en el apartamento es un punto a favor. Tienen atención 24 horas. Lo que no nos gustó cuando llegamos es que estaban reparando la fachada y el edificio se encontraba lleno de andamios. Como estuvimos por Semana Santa 2026 y era festivo, no había trabajadores, pero imagino que depende de las fechas, sí que habrá y esto puede hacer que la estancia no sea del todo buena (ruidos, etc.),

• Jolanta (10/5): Pobyt bardzo udany, chętnie tu wrócimy🩷 - Mieliśmy bardzo udany pobyt w Miss Sophie's Charles Bridge. Hotel ma świetną lokalizację, blisko najważniejszych atrakcji Pragi. Pokój był czysty, komfortowy i bardzo klimatyczny. Personel był uprzejmy, pomocny i zawsze uśmiechnięty. Czuliśmy się naprawdę mile widziani. Zdecydowanie polecam ten hotel każdemu, kto chce spędzić wyjątkowy czas w Pradze.

• Ľubica (9/5): absolútne centrum, ideálne bývanie ak ste v meste len na víkend, lebo odtiaľto stihnete všetko - - poloha hotela je absolútne úžasná, pár metrov od Karlovho mosta a krátka vychádzka na hrad druhým smerom, toto predčilo naše očakávania - raňajky úplne v super, vezmete si podľa chuti a najete sa v pohodlí svojej izby, nemusíte chodiť niekam ďaleko do hotelovej reštaurácie, jedlo máte doslova predo dvermi - fasáda hotela bola počas nášho pobytu v rekonštrukcií, takže všade bolo lešenie, čo zamedzilo výhľad z okna a izba bola pomerne tmavá - zle označený exteriér, museli sme sa spýtať personálu vo vedľajšej kaviarni, kde vlastne nájdeme vstup do ubytovania - v kuchynke by sme privítali viac riadu, pre 4 osoby nebolo dosť príboru
• Megan (10/5): A perfect, charming Prague experience - The location was perfectly centralized. I loved the loft bed in the room which created a separate space to sleep and to relax and eat. A fan was provided in the room for us already, and it created great air circulation. They also provided robes and slippers. We felt very taken care of. I was pleasantly surprised to learn they offered snacks and drinks in the room as complementary. We were very pleased by this. In a time where it seems like places try to nickel and dime you for everything, this was a wonderful relief. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious and featured a lot of variety. The way it was served worked really well. To go steps from our room to get a plate, then return to our room with a beautiful view to eat breakfast and have coffee with my husband was part of the charming experience of visiting Prague. We loved this place and would definitely return. Our stay was wonderful and we have no complaints.

• Annasofija (10/5): - We felt at home! A wonderful hotel in the city centre, very near Charles Bridge, yet it still felt so cozy. From the window, you have a beautiful view of the houses of Prague and a Baroque church. The staff are extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The breakfast concept is outstanding - collecting the food from the corridor and enjoying it in your room. The room is like a little flat, with everything you could possibly need. We didn’t want to leave and our experience at this hotel was unforgettable! Thank you very much! The nearby church rang every hour, even at night. There is nothing the hotel can do about it, but it’s something to bear in mind if you are a light sleeper. The only thing we would suggest is that not everyone likes capsule coffee, so it would be good to offer other options at breakfast, regular filtered coffee would work well.

Leider war zu dem Zeitpunkt unserer Reise das Hotel eingerüstet und die Bauarbeiter haben um 7 Uhr morgens begonnen, den Putz abzuschlagen. Sicher nur vorübergehend, aber diese Zeit vielleicht vermeiden, wenn man gerne länger schläft. Zudem hatten wir den Eindruck, dass das Frühstücksbuffet nicht aufgefüllt wird im Verlauf.

• JDID (10/5): Stylové ubytování v samém srdci Prahy - Ubytování v samém srdci Prahy, vybrali jsme si jej pro skvělý styl. Byli jsme ubytováni v zimě, takže o klimatizaci nebudu říkat nic, my jsme měli příjemné teplo :) Originální způsob snídaně nám vyhovoval, neměli jsme problém vůbec s ničím.

• Kata (9/5): Hervorragende Lage - Die Unterkunft hat eine hervorragende Lage. Bahn Anschluss, Restaurants, Sehenswürdigkeiten, 3 Gehminuten zur Karlsbrücke. Das Frühstück war such sehr lecker und eine gute Auswahl. 24/7 Rezeption SUPER! Die Badewanne ist komischerweise sehr hoch. Bein einsteigen und aussteigen ist es wirklich unangenehm. Für kleinere Menschen (ich bin 1.63cm) kann es schwierig sein, sowie für Leute mit Mobilitätseinschränkung und Senioren. Ein Böckchen oder so würde sehr helfen. Die Lichtschalter sind sehr verwirrend aber ist ok wenn mans mal geschnallt hat. Der Fernseher hatte Probleme und auch wenn wir zb den TV mit dem Wifi verbunden haben, brach die verbindung ständig ab.

• Marko (10/5): Best stay just next to Charles Bridge and to reach all the main attractions - Very cozy and quite interesting ambient. Great view from all the windows, awesome breakfast. Every important city attractions is either nearby or directly reachable by the tram stopping just in a front of apartments. I would highly recommend this property and would for sure stay there in case I plan another travel back to Prague. Everything was just great

• Ekaterina (7/5): - Nice location, a lift in the old center is rare, free mini bar is a good marketing idea, nice design, equipped bathroom I chose this hotel because of the view to relax with a glass of wine in the evening but... disappointed 100% because there wasn't any view, all façade covered with a net and workers walking around (no info about that during booking). Temporarily of course but until summer for sure! Probably in other period the view could be fantastic but anyway noisy because of a tram stop just down the window.windows weren't clean but probably effect of the dust from the road too. Breakfast is a good idea but not so much choice actually and at 9am (breakfast is until 10.30 by the way), there's less food left ... there's kitchenette but it's not for cooking, there aren't many pans, all are really small, just to heat smth maybe...

• Oscar (10/5): Bonita estancia en el centro de Malá Strana - Magnífica estancia en este precioso hotel con amplios apartamentos abuhardillados y con techos de madera, que te transporta a otra época en el centro histórico del barrio de Malá Strana. Con todo lo necesario para pasar una bonita estancia, con cocina-comedor, baño espacioso y bonito dormitorio abuhardillado. Original forma de desayunar en la misma planta de las habitaciones, donde puedes cogerlo y tomarlo tranquilamente en el apartamento. Estaba todo perfecto, lo único que mejoraría es un pequeño sofá en el salón-comedor para los ratos de relax en el apartamento.
• Javad (10/5): - The accommodation was perfect. Everything was very good. The only problem was a lady that on the last day by checkout had a very, very unfriendly behavior with us. She had a name she had an Arabic name. I don’t exactly remember something like Nora or NWRA something like that with a covering on the hair(Hijab), she her behavior was really really really unfriendly and if she hadn’t been there, the accommodation would’ve been very good, but she ruined the whole experience. Her behavior by checkout was very bad, unfriendly and unprofessional. The unprofessional behavior of one of the coworkers there who was responsible for checking us out
