- Escasa (5/5): - The location is near a mall. Some views are pleasant to see. There's a kids club. The staff are nice especially the staff from the breakfast buffet. There's a lot of facilities. It's a 5 ⭐ hotel, we expected much. There was construction going on at the lobby. The sounds were a bit off. The room was big & nice but the towels had some dirt marks. There are some areas & furniture where the hotel looks old already. The pool is okay but not child-friendly as it's a pool bar. The front desk at night was not answering us to request something, we let it be. The most uncomfortable part, we requested a non-smoking room but out of the room the hallway has a strong cigarette smell like we are in line with smoking rooms. We stayed for relaxation but we didn't feel it. I tried to raise the concern online but didn't get any action since we are half way we let it be again.

Unfortunately, we didn't get a chance to visit the Oaks Ibn Battuta Gate Hotel because we caught a cold and couldn't attend a journey. But we definitely can say that the reservation team was very helpful and patient, and helped us to resolve our case and get a total refund! We hope to get a chance soon to visit Dubai and finally stay at this hotel. But we highly recommend the team <3. Thanks a lot and all the best for you :)

В первую очередь полное отсутствие доброжелательности со стороны персонала, с учетом что мы оказались тут во время военных действий с ребенком - ничего не изменилось. Даже наигранной улыбки не было. Мы застряли в стране с ребенком, сидели в холле и искали новое жилье, попросили стакан воды чтобы запить таблетку, принесли платную воду за 45 дирхам. Спасибо ребят)) Официант исправляет тебе Английский, говорит не хот латте, а хат латте. Ну спасибо еще раз)) Когда мы пытались узнать можем ли продлить номер, если ли какие то скидки, с учетом что мы застряли в стране, идут военные действия, мы с ребенком, нам великодушно сказали да, ровно за ту же сумму вы можете остаться)) спасибо ребят конечно, но оставаться у вас уже вообще нет интереса за такие деньги)) Отель не стоит своих денег и в мирное время - окна грязнючие, через них не посмотришь на улицу. Вода в душе по температуре прыгает от кипятка до ледяной. В немирное время, в котором мы оказались случайно, отель будет равнодушен и небезопасно. Мы ночью бегали спрашивали где убежище, как нам с 5 этажа добраться до ресепшена, какие действия вообще наши когда за немытым окном буквально видно ракеты, над нами насмехались. Никогда сюда не приедем, и хочу всех предупредить заранее - если вам важно гостеприимство, тут его нет.

- Jean-Jacques (8/5): Excellent séjour, nous reviendrons quand la rénovation sera terminée - L'architecture est très belle, les chambres sont grandes et confortables, le personnel est charmant et les restaurants plutôt bons. De plus il est très bien situé pour aller à la fois à la marina de Dubai et à Abu Dhabi. Egalement le centre commercial Ibn Battuta, qui est magnifique est situé à 100 mètres. L'hotel est en rénovation ce qui entraine de la poussière et du bruit. De plus, il y a des travaux publiques sous les fenêtres de l'hotel, ce qui est bruyant , surtout la nuit. L'autre souci était le self parking, la carte de la chambre qui devait ouvrir la porte du garage n'a jamais fonctionné, il faut aller demander que l'on vous ouvre la barrière ou attendre qu'une voiture pénêtre et la suivre, pas pratique. Le valet parking est gratuit, mais je n'aime pas ce service qui vous fait perdre du temps à chaque fois que vous voulez utiliser votre voiture;

The bed was very comfortable, room service was exceptional, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, with Ibn Battuta Mall just steps away. I did not try the hotel’s food during my stay. The main issue was the noise from McGettigan’s pub. Loud music starts around 8:00 pm and continues until around 1:30 am. If you want to sleep early, it is almost impossible due to the noise.

- MAI (9/5): 値段のわりには豪華なホテル - バスタブがありゆっくりできました。また海外ホテルでは珍しくスリッパ、バスローブ、歯ブラシもありました。部屋の鍵を開けてすぐ部屋かと思いきや廊下がありそしてまた鍵をかざして部屋という作りでちょっと変わってるなと思いました。水は500mIのペットボトル2本あります。ショッピングモールもすぐそばで、お土産やゴハンの調達には困りません。 大きい荷物を持ってるとメトロの駅まで徒歩10分ぐらいかかるかもですが許容範囲内です。モールの中からもメトロの駅までいけます。

- Franz (9/5): ein sehr positives Erlebnis - Die Zimmer sind geräumig, ebenso das Bad, das Frühstück war großartig, sehr vielfältig, das Küchentermin von Herrn Singh leistet sehr gute Arbeit, der Speiseraum ist extrem schön; leider soll der orientalische Dekor modenem Dekor weichen. Der Pool im achten Stock ist wunderbar, getrübt nur von sinnlosem Technolärm, nach versuchten Bitten zwar leiser gedreht, aber völlig unnötig und sehr störend - das Einzige was es zu bemängeln gab. Der Reisebüroservice im Hotel ist ausgezeichnet, haben unsere gebuchten Touren sehr genossen, alles sehr verlässlich und von guter Qualität. Nur die Lärmbegleitung am Pool war negativ.
- Sameeya (9/5): Exceptional stay. Highly recommend - Fabulous hotel in an amazing location, ibn batutta mall was a stone throws away , which made being with a family truly easy. The apartment was spacious, luxurious and the cleanliness was on point. The pool and spa are amazing, you can lounge around that pool the whole day. The breakfast , in true middle eastern fashion, was a feast and the hall it is served in is a delight to look at. I love those tall lanterns hanging from the 8 floor high ceiling.
