- Goodtimike (9/5): A perfect location for a short vacation or business trip without the crowds around MBS - Our Bay View room had an awesome view of the Marina Bay Sands and Convention Center, as well as a view of the famous Merlion fountain north of the hotel. The breakfast buffet in La Brasserie was wonderful with so many Asian and western options. Freshly made espresso coffer was very good--order a cappucino for a nice visual treat. Despite the amazing views and festive vibe from The Lantern bar on the rooftop, I found the quality of cocktails and diversity of wines and beers to be quite lacking. Perhaps there is an issue with offering better options from an outdoor venue like The Lantern, but I suspect it is a management issue. Under proper bar curation, there's no reason that The Lantern couldn't be one of the top bars in all of Asia if not the world. It surely has the location and views to be incredible "urban beach" bar.

My bed was decorated beautifully with flowers 🌹, gave me a teddy bear and had balloons all over the bedroom. They gave me a beautiful and delicious chocolate cake and fresh fruits. The staff pays attention to detail and they were very attentive. They have an amazing pool facing the Marina Bay Sands hotel. The bathtub was clogged, but they were able to fix it. They didn’t leave the room until the issue was resolved.

We initially went to the wrong hotel within the same chain, and the staff immediately arranged and paid for a taxi to take us to the correct property—an incredible gesture that set the tone for our stay. Arriving at The Fullerton Bay Hotel Singapore was simply breathtaking. The views overlooking the bay are stunning, and the hotel itself is elegant and welcoming. What truly made our stay unforgettable were the thoughtful details. Our room was beautifully decorated with rose petals and balloons to celebrate our anniversary and my husband’s birthday, along with a lovely fruit arrangement and wine. It felt incredibly personal and special. In the evening, we enjoyed the famous light show directly from our balcony—an unforgettable moment. The service is exceptional—warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. The hotel offers a peaceful and intimate atmosphere while still allowing you to fully experience Singapore. It's conveniently located within walking distance to many attractions. The rooms are fantastic. Extremely comfortable, spacious, tastefully decorated, lots of natural light. And the staff was outstanding. Morning breakfast at La Brasserie was excellent and offered a very wide range of food options spanning Western and SE Asian choices. The rooftop (whether lounging in the pool or grabbing an evening drink) provides beautiful views of the Singapore Bay including the Marina Sands, Special shout out to Diana at the front desk. She provided us a warm welcome during check-in, and greeted us by name when we saw her daily and asked us about our plans for the day and how was everything going. It was a very nice personal touch to our stay.

At the reception you are welcomed by people who you remember and greet you by name. The guest rooms are generous and the view to the Marina Bay Sands Hotel is amazing. House cleaning is doing a great job. Invisible, you don’t hear or see them often. But the rooms are always spotless clean. Breakfast, cakes and pool service is top notch. The pool and its water temperature is superb especially in the afternoon after a day of sun. Everything is clean and the music is super relaxing. We usually spend the evenings in the Lantern Bar. Especially the „Mad about Yuzu Cocktail“ stays in my memory. Thanks to the bartender Prathip. A special thanks to Agnes, Win, Velan and Loges from the bar, also to Lucy from the reception and the Concierge Nesh. We will soon return again. We had the buffet lunch with a sumptuous spread : lobster, roast beef and lamb rack and spread of cheeses and cold cuts. The local spread was very well done : Hainanese chicken rice, chicken and beef satay and Indian butter curry. All very true to local taste but with French finesse. The spread was thoughtful and not overwhelming. The ambience is something that’s unforgettable: quiet yet luxurious and not pretentious as the staff were very attentive and considerate. Highly recommended for any special occasions as it will be truly memorable!

- Travel613248 (8/5): Strong hard product; weaker F&B - The Fullerton Bay (not to be confused with its larger and more touristy sister The Fullerton) is ideally situated in Singapore and is arguably the city's best business hotel given the combination of its overall quality and its proximity to the business district, with stunning Marina views as a bonus. The hard product is very strong and is well-maintained. The service is willing and enthusiastic but sometimes lacking in execution. The F&B offerings are weak. The decision to turn Collyer Quay into purely an events space has deprived the hotel of an important and distinctive offering. Now, what's left is a rather soulless "bistro" for all meals on the main floor, augmented by a main floor bar and a top floor outdoor terrace; the latter is pleasant and has lovely views but given Singapore's heat is not a full solution for business travelers.
