• Homero (9/5): BUENA EXPERIENCIA - Tuve la suerte de compartir la habitación con un armenio y un turco, aunque no hablábamos el mismo idioma, pero fue una buena experiencia para comunicarnos en señas. Tenía que salir del alojamiento desde temprano para ir al aeropuerto, pero estaba cerrado.

• Valentina (9/5): Comfortable and affordable stay in a convenient location. - Awesome place to stay while in Venice, the location makes it great so you can take a break during the day while keeping a busy sightseeing schedule or as a safe place to stay even if you are out late.The staff was lovely and they offer free baggage check in. The locks were very simple (fairly unsafe specially for a solo traveler) and sometimes did not work, everything else was good though.

• Ilia (6/5): It’s a good stay with some wonderful facilities and a good view, but be wary of the noise and the curfew. - Good location, hospitable front desk staff, affordable, and there was an AC and a sink in my private room. The main complaint is the noise. The building is very old, the doors are extremely noisy, and the cleaning staff make a lot of noise while cleaning the bathrooms. If your room is close to the elevator, like mine was (number 42), you’ll hear the elevator door bashing constantly, the same goes for the bathrooms. I’m sure that the elevator noise could easily be prevented with some protective padding inside the elevator cabin. The noise from the bathrooms faded around 1 AM, but the cleaner started cleaning the bathrooms and slamming doors around 7 AM, which left me with 6 hours of sleep. There is also a curfew that I expected to help with the possible noise, but it turned out to be a nuisance, rather than an advantage. If you come for the Film Festival in Lido di Venezia, it’s quite restrictive since you have to start going back around 10:30 PM to make it back. But I knew about the curfew so it’s really not that big of deal. I only wanted to warn other travelers.

• Alíz (7/5): Ár-érték arányban kiváló, kicsit jobb is volt, mint amire számítottam. - Nagyon tetszett, hogy közel volt a belvároshoz. Nagyon tetszett, hogy bár közös volt a fürdő és wc használata, de mindig, folyamatosan takarították, így mindig tiszta és felszerelt volt! Jó volt nagyon, hogy volt klíma a szobában. Ami jó lett volna, ha van egy hűtő a szobában.

Убедитесь в том, что ознакомились с графиком работы данного хостела - он закрывается на ночь. Было очень шумно ночью, разговоры-хлопанье дверьми в коридоре, а под утро было ощущение, что двигали мебель

• Emilie (10/5): Très appréciable de se sentir en sécurité tout le long ; je dirais même + : comme à la Maison !! - L'accueil très bien, j'ai apprécié les échanges avec les personnes de l'accueil ! (de très bons conseils et très accueillantes) La chambre était très bien, et un accès au balcon direct (étant au même étage) De plus exposé Est (le balcon également), donc levé de Soleil dans la chambre pour voir le levé de Soleil et se réveiller naturellement <3 le kiff total ! Devoir laisser mon sac sans surveillance entre deux escales, et en réalité cette Auberge est sûre, car tous sommes en toute confiance, donc aucun soucis sur ce point ! Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés !

• Rosalie (8/5): Schöne Zimmer in guter Lage - Schöne Zimmer in sehr guter Lage, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, vor allem die Reinigunsfachkräfte waren nett und haben alles sehr sauber gemacht. Es ist leider ein bisschen laut, man hört alle Türen auf dem Gang und die Fenster sind nicht schalldicht, somit würde ich empfehlen Ohrstöpsel mitzubringen.
• Monica (9/5): I extended my stay twice! - I really enjoyed my stay here. The hostel is in the perfect location - a 10 minute walk to the train station and very accessible to the rest of Venice. The building is set up very well for the guests. There's a kitchen, a rooftop terrace and a living room / study room. I stayed in a 3 bed (without air conditioning) and the room was very comfortable. The ceiling fan was powerful enough to keep us cool at night. Plus my room had views of a canal! Finally, the staff here were so lovely and very helpful. I have recommended this hostel to multiple people already! Nothing!

• Maria (10/5): It's a gemstone in Venice for this price! - Personal foarte amabil - au raspuns promt la toate solicitarile mele. In ziua cand am facut check out, am lasat bagajul pentru cateva ore, iar l-a intoarcere mi-au spus ca pot sa fac si un dus daca am nevoie. Bucatarie echipata. Am gasit chiar si condimente, ulei, otet,zahar, etc. pentru a putea gati. Dimineata a fost destul de zgomotos pe culoare, avand in vedere ca majoritatea mergeau la baie sau faceau check out.

• Francisco Xose (10/5): Great hostel to feel like a local. - Fantastic hostel. I really enjoyed my stay in Venice there. The staff was the best. The fact that is a student dorm that is reused for tourism in summer makes it a unique experience. I will definetely come back here. Having to be back before 12:00 is a bit limiting. But I knew it in advance, and I understand why they do it. It makes it a better hostel if you are willing to compromise that, since it is a quiet one.

You have bars/cafes nearby. The elevator is sometimes not working. The amenities are basic, but decent for a hostel.

• Kristina (10/5): Adorable - I only stayed one night at Ostello. I had seen the good reviews, and they were not only confirmed but even surpassed. The staff were very friendly, answered all my questions, and provided clear instructions. The hotel is located in a quiet area, yet very close to the train station, which makes it convenient to reach the city center on foot in about 20 minutes. I was pleasantly surprised to receive an upgrade at check-in, and the bed was extremely comfortable. I would also like to highlight the cleanliness of the bathrooms and showers. For me, this is a very important factor, with the trash being emptied in the evening. I truly recommend this place and will definitely come back. It has great charm and a genuine Venetian spirit🫶 Kristina
• Anna (8/5): - в целом неплохой типичный хостел, я останавливалась на 2 ночи в "женском общежитии". в комнате 3 кровати, раковина, тумбочки, стол и большой шкаф. душ и туалеты общие на этаже, убирали их 2-3 раза в день (это то, что я замечала, возможно было чаще). расположение тоже неплохое, 25 мин пешком до вокзала трончетто, 30 мин пешком до основных достопримечательностей острова. в августе в италии нереальная жара и духота, поэтому днем я возвращалась в номер с кондиционером. персонал прекрасный, очень общительный и улыбчивый. кого-то смущает, что хостел на ночь закрывают, но я не любитель тусоваться по ночам, поэтому для меня это не проблема. также каждый раз нужно сдавать ключ на ресепшен и забирать, когда возвращаетесь (не очень поняла зачем, но ладно). стоило это счастье 45 евро за ночь, одно из самых приличных и недорогих мест на старом острове венеции. дорого это или дешево решайте сами. стены в номере были не очень чистые, моя кровать была у стены и я прямо боялась к ней прикасаться. плюс на постельном белье было пятно, поэтому спала просто на простыне.

• Eva (9/5): - Der Schlafraum war sehr klein für drei Betten, war für einen kurzen Aufenthalt aber völlig ausreichend. Es gibt pro Etage 2 kleine Bäder und 2 separate Duschen und WCs und wir hatten zusätzlich ein Waschbecken in unserem Zimmer. Der Schlafraum und auch die Bäder waren sauber (außer teilweise nasser Boden, da bodentiefe Duschen). Das Personal war sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit und es war überhaupt kein Problem das Gepäck bei der An- oder Abreise abzustellen (kostenlos). Die Lage war super, man braucht sowohl zur Ponte di Rialto als auch zur Ponte dell'Accademia nur knappe 20 Minuten zu Fuß.

• Caio Felipe (8/5): Great place to stay for its location, atmosphere, and friendly vibe, just expect the usual hostel - The hostel has a perfect location, right next to the train and bus stations, making it super convenient for travelers. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the building itself has a lot of historic charm. The beds weren’t the most comfortable, but that’s pretty standard for a youth hostel, nothing unexpected.

• Paula Vitória (10/5): Maravilhosa - A localização é perfeita, tinha ar condicionado (e como fui no verão isso foi incrível). A temperatura mínima não era tão baixa, mas foi suficiente para uma temperatura agradável. Todas as funcionárias eram muito gente boas, me ajudaram, deram dicas, e me explicaram várias coisas. Amei minha estadia, voltarei! Se pudesse ter uma temperatura um pouquinho mais baixa do AC seria perfeito.

• Jennifer (8/5): A decent place to stay in Venice. - There are people to help with anything you need in the lobby. The rooms were clean. So were the shared bathrooms. The property has shared fridges and laundry facilities on site. They allow you to store your luggage for free. A decent location, not too far from the sites. It was a college dorm room so it was sparse, no TV, but it still has everything you need. The bed wasn't very comfortable and the area and people coming in and out made it noisy.
• Jessica Bachega (6/5): Boa localização, mas a cama parecia que iria desmontar - A localização é perfeita, muito perto da estacão de trem e do canal principal. Havia restaurantes e lojinhas perto. Fácil de achar e equipe atenciosa, além de cederem depósito de bagagem. A tolha de banho cedida com a diária era minuscula e parecia de rosto. O beliche em que ficamos estava muito mole e parecia que iria desmontar.

People sit in the yard and talk by the morning, also there is a restaurant next to it and it is so noisy I couldn't sleep because of the noises, smell, and mosquitoes. • Karen Daiana (7/5): - La ubicación, está muy cerca de la estación y podés caminar tranquilo. En general el personal es muy amable. Los colchones necesitan un cambio, en mi caso me tocó una cama con dos colchones muy finos uno encima del otro, imposible dormir cómoda. Al principio choca el tema de que cierren las puertas a partir de la medianoche, pero la verdad es que en Venecia no hay mucho para hacer, no es una ciudad con mucha actividad nocturna. Yo tenía que salir muy temprano para la estación, lo informe y me indicaron como salir remarcando que no debía hacer ruido cuando lo haga. Tambien cancelan el uso del ascensor durante la noche, argumentando que el ruido "molesta a los huéspedes", sin importar en que piso estés alojado. En mi caso, la noche antes de viajar, la recepcionista estaba a los gritos en el pasillo del 4to piso la madrugada, seguramente fue porque hubo algún problema, pero resultó un poco contradictorio después de que ella misma me remarcara que no debía hacer ruido cuando bajara la mañana siguiente.

• Manuel (5/5): Al final es una residencia de estudiantes, pero por más de 50€ la noche creo que deberían mejorar - El sitio donde está situado es inmejorable, cerca de todo pero no estás en el centro Las camas son de muelles y malas, solo 1 enchufe y la lampara no iba bien.
