• Claudio Jr (5/5): - posizione televisione di 20 anni fa, tende che non si chiudono il vero problema, ci siamo svegliati domenica alle 7 per colpa del sole. Ultimo problema il letto, molto scomodo, capisco la necessità di dividerlo per farne due singoli, ma era troppo.

• Miet (1/5): ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE: Abandoned Building, No Staff, No Breakfast - Nothing The Good: Absolutely nothing. The Bad: • Total Lack of Management: We arrived for our stay only to find the property completely unstaffed. There was no one at reception and no way to contact management for hours. • Abandoned Services: We specifically paid extra for "Breakfast Included," but the building was deserted. There was no food provided, and no staff present to explain why. We had to leave the property and pay out-of-pocket elsewhere just to eat. • Hostile Confrontation: After waiting for over TWO HOURS for someone to show up, the manager finally arrived and was incredibly aggressive and argumentative rather than apologetic for the service failure. • Safety Concern: Leaving a hotel unstaffed and unreachable is a major safety risk. We felt completely abandoned in an unmanaged building. • Avoid at all costs: Booking.com support has been unhelpful, claiming they are "just a mediator" while the hotel refuses to refund for services they factually did not provide. Verdict: Do not book here. This property is a "ghost hotel" that takes your money and provides zero service. Save your money and your sanity—stay elsewhere.

• Irnaharro (8/5): No era una cama de matrimonio, y el desayuno en otro hotel. - Estaba muy limpio, sábanas y toallas en condiciones. El buffet del desayuno, que estaba en nuestro precio incluido, era en otro hotel a 6 minutos, eso era algo incómodo. Solicitamos cama doble y nos pusieron dos camas individuales pegadas, lo cuál no es cómodo.

• Riccardo (5/5): Bella Roma, - Pulita Appartamento al 5 piano, quando siamo arrivati e per tutto il primo giorno non è stato in funzione. Ho dovuto portare le valige su in camera, salendo per due volte i cinque piani di scale. La colazione compresa era servita in un altra struttura al termine di via Piave a 300 metri dall appartamento, ambiente carino e curato ma richiedeva uno spostamento che avrei preferito evitare e NON ERA SEGNALATO. Il parcheggio come al solito c’era in strada … una pratica che Booking dovrebbe contrastare per non rendere vane le segnalazioni degli esercizi che concedono veramente il parcheggio in sede.

• Pitschen (7/5): Angenehm nur kurze Start Schwierigkeiten - Sauber war das nötigste vorhanden. Der Check in hat nicht funktioniert bessere Option suchen da wir nicht die einzigen waren mit diesem Problem.

Prenotato con un'offerta, ottimo rapporto qualità e prezzo. Indicazioni chiare da parte dei gestori per l'accesso in autonomia. L'insonorizzazione tra le camere é da rivedere.

• Bruno (4/5): Mi aspettavo qualcosa di più, onestamente sono rimasto deluso. - Il letto comodo ed una discreta pulizia della stanza Non funzionava la tv. Non c’era nella scheda (come da indicazioni sul foglio nella camera) e mancava il telecomando. Inoltre mancavano i flaconcini doccia shampoo e dentifricio, per me essenziali in una struttura.

Vi troede, at det var et hotel, men det var værelset tilknyttet et nærtliggende hotel, som bestyrede værelserne. Køleskabet på vores børns værelse kølede ikke (var tændt). På vores værelse manglende håndklæder til den ene af os (der var kun til én person). Der var ingen kaffe/te-faciliteter, før vi bad om det (men heller ikke plads til det kunne stå nogen steder).

• Masterkane001 (9/5): - Umístění ubytování v dochozí vzdálenosti od centra! Vše se dá zvládnout pěšky nebo přiblížit Busem. Dostali jsme pokoj s výhledem do dvora ... ani ne do dvora, ale přímo proti oknu máte další zeď ...
• Ana (4/5): - La ubicación y que la habitación es amplia. La nevera no funcionaba, lo comentamos y no la arreglaron ni cambiaron. Se supone que había una sala con microondas y menaje de cocina para poder desayunar o calentar algo de comer pero esa sala estaba desmantelada y no pudimos usarla, lo que podían habernos dicho para saber qué nos íbamos a encontrar. Por lo visto el hotel ha cambiado de propietarios desde nuestra reserva y estaba como sin poner en marcha y con un poco de dejadez. El baño muy anticuado y la sujección de la ducha estaba rota y no se podía subir el cabezal por la barra quedando a una altura ridícula para ducharse. Además un día se atascó sin más aunque eso sí lo arreglaron enseguida. Sólo daban unas pequeñas pastillas de jabón sólido, sin gel para la ducha.

• Noelia (8/5): Recomendable. - Ubicación muy buena a 15’ de las estación. Y de la plaza España. Para poder ir a pie a todos los sitios. Persona muy agradable ,tanto Alex como Pietro.?y la señora. Recomendable para alojarse allí y en otro hotel que disponen llamado Lilium Hotel donde se desayuna.

• María (7/5): Alojamiento económico, bien conectado y con todo lo imprescindible - La ubicación, se puede llegar al centro andando y bien conectado con el bus 62. La cama cómoda. El alojamiento es tranquilo para descansar. El desayuno está muy bien Todo está bien, tiene lo básico y suficiente. En todo caso incluir algún hervidor de agua en la habitaciones e infusiones o café para no tener que salir al espacio común por la noche y molestar haciendo ruido.

• Ziyu (1/5): 不推荐！！！一定不要住！！！ - 没有觉得好的地方，房间非常小，而且不隔音，卫生间门对着床，中间过道只有50公分，非常小。而且还收了巨贵的城市税，而且我特地查了房费低于100欧一晚的，每天只需要收5欧的城市税。我们住了五天一共收了60欧。你凭什么收这么高？你是五星级？你连一星的环境都不算。我在whatsapp上面追问要城市税收据，直接不回消息 房价需要改进，太贵了。环境很差，吃早餐还需要步行200米左右去别的餐厅吃，不好吃，吃早餐的服务员丧着脸，好像我欠钱。非常冷漠，体验非常差。乱收城市税，我们没经验，当时没有问为什么？后面几家住的都没有收这么贵

• Radosław (9/5): Super pobyt i świetne miejsce miejsce dla osób, które chcą dużo zwiedzać. - Świetna lokalizacja - można do najważniejszych atrakcji w Rzymie dojść pieszo. Bardzo blisko znajduje się metro i kilka przystanków autobusowych, którymi szybko można dojechać do bardziej oddalonych miejsc. Super kontakt z gospodarzem, bardzo pomocny, przyjazny. Byliśmy w kontakcie telefonicznym przed przyjazdem i w trakcie pobytu. W okolicy też jest dużo kawiarni, gdzie można tanio zjeść śniadanie. Łatwo też znaleźć w pobliżu bardzo dobre restauracje/trattorie. Bardzo dziękujemy! W pokoju słychać sąsiadów za ścianą i to, co dzieje się na korytarzu, co powodowało, że czasami może brakować prywatności. Nie jest to duży problem jeśli większość czasu spędza się na zwiedzaniu poza hotelem. Możemy być problematyczne w nocy.

• assunta (8/5): nel complesso assolutamente consigliato - Posizione molto favorevole, centrale, vicina ai mezzi pubblici. L'accoglienza è stata top, massima disponibilità e cortesia. Ottimo il servizio di deposito bagagli gratuito, veramente utile. E' possibile rientrare a qualunque ora del giorno e della notte. Uno dei letti era talmente scomodo da provocare un fastidioso dolore alla schiena, l'altro andava benissimo. Il cambio delle asciugamani non avviene quotidianamente.

• Pletos (7/5): - Posizione centrale, a piedi riesci ad arrivare ai principali punti turistici.. ma è connessa bene anche dal punto di vista dei mezzi di trasporto. Camera spaziosa. l’unica pecca per noi personalmente è stato il materasso.. purtroppo dopo 3 notti sia io che mio marito abbiamo la schiena a pezzi. Ho avuto qualche problemino con l’acqua calda che per come sono abituata io non è mai stata abbastanza calda ma forse lì appunto è questione di abitudine.

• AIKATERINI (10/5): Υπέροχα - Πολύ ευγενικός ο οικοδεσπότης, μας έδειξε πώς μπορούμε να πάμε στους δημοφιλείς προορισμούς και μας καθοδήγησε άψογα. Το δωμάτιο ήταν ζεστό με τις βασικές παροχές του. Η τοποθεσία εξαιρετική. Αν επισκεφθώ ξανά την Ρώμη, θα το επιλέξω ξανά!! Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα.
