• Hüseyin Cagri (10/5): - My stay at Hotel Quentin Arrive was very pleasant overall. First of all, Ibrahim at the reception welcomed us in an excellent way. He was very friendly, professional, and helpful with everything we needed, which made us feel right at home. WE appriciated top much to İbrahim. We also appreciate all the support from Robe. The hotel is in a great central location, within walking distance to almost everywhere in the city. The breakfast was quite good, and our room was also comfortable and suitable for our stay. The room walls were a bit thin, so it was possible to hear the neighboring room at times, but this was not a major issue for us and did not affect our stay significantly. Of course, if you are expecting a luxury hotel, this may not be the right choice, but if you are visiting the city and mainly need a clean place to sleep and shower, this is exactly the right spot. I would definitely recommend it for city trips.

Everything walking distance away. Facilities. It is literally the place just to sleep. Everything is in very sad shape. But enough just for one-two nighta stay & sleep

• mirlbia (1/5): I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone - Staff was friendly The bathroom was disgusting smelled like pee and just utterly nasty and there was socks with blood in the shower and shower smelled worse than the bathroom We left literally 8 hours later parked the car where the receptions told us to and woke up to it being broken and our stuff being stolen had to cut the trip short and we couldn’t even get a refund since we didn’t even stay the next day.

Es tut mir leid das sagen zu müssen,aber ich war beim Betreten des Hotels schon geschockt.Überhaupt kein Komfort,trostlos,Treppen eng,schmutzig,eine richtige Baracke,einfach alles eng,zu klein.Das Zimmer war auch katastrophal klein für 2 Personen,das WC im Flur,Wände hellhörig,ganz ehrlich,das Hotel ist völlig altbacken,wir haben uns kaputt gelacht,ich dachte nur,okay,es ist nur 1 Übernachtung.Gottseidank.Nie wieder.Für den Preis hab ich auch nichts dolles erwartet,aber das is schon heftig. ABER: Das Personal war sehr freundlich und ein Lächeln auf den Lippen.....

Schandalig voor dit soort hotels 4 heel de nacht maar echt heel de nacht vanaf 12.00 Tot 6 uur smorgens geboenk roepe tiere alles er op leuk voor zo een rustige nacht te ondergaan na en vlucht van 14 uur ! 5 en zen gestole zak…. Waar ze niet aan konden doen … en vermeld word eige risico bij diefstar maar ze geve gewoon los weg de sleutel mee aan iedereen die er binne loopt ! Ik vind dit achandalig dat ik al veel heb mote betalen voor iets dat niet eens een beetje inorde was !! • Victor Manuel (1/5): Habitaciones con chinches // bed bugs everywhere - Nada, hotel horrible El peor hotel en el que me alojado en toda mi vida; En mi habitación habían chinches que paseaban por encima de la cama, ni siquiera cambian las sábanas entre huéspedes. Llegue como a la una de la mañana al hotel en mi segunda noche y mi tarjeta para entrar en mi habitación no funcionaba, no había nadie en recepción solo un letrero con unos números de teléfono a los que llamar en casa de emergencia, llame pero no quisieron venir a ayudarme ya que decían que ni había nadie disponible, así que tuve que pasar la noche durmiendo en un sofá del lobby. Encima se niegan a devolverme el dinero de esa noche. Y ya para colmo en mi último día alguien entró en mi habitación a robar, menos mal mis cosas de valor las tenía dentro de maleta pero me robaron unas artesanías que compré en Egipto, que no valen mucho dinero pero me molesto bastante. Yo reservé este hotel por la ubicación, pensaba usarlo solo para dormir, pero ni para eso sirve, dormirán entre chinches, de verdad no vale la pena. No se ni como sigue abierto con la plaga de chinches que tienen, es realmente asqueroso. Más de 500 euros por tres noches en esta basura de hotel. Al dueño se le debería de caer la cara de vergüenza. Repugnante.

• Sharon (7/5): - Locatie is erg goed, in het centrum dicht bij Centraal. Medewerkers zijn erg vriendelijke en behulpzaam. Geschikt voor kort verblijf met weinig baggage. Omdat douche/toilet gedeeld zijn, is het fijn dat de kamer wel een eigen wasbak heeft. Er is geen lift, alleen steile trappen. Eenpersoonskamers zijn aan de straatkant en dat is erg gehorig, eigenlijk niet te doen met die isolatie. Ik ben van 1e naar de 4e verdieping verhuisd om minder last van het geluid te hebben. Dat scheelde enorm.

• Cathy (1/5): Tout simplement catastrophique - Rien, c’est une honte que cette établissement soit encore ouvert DÉSASTREUX, Malheureusement, nous n’avons pas pu aller au terme de notre séjour. La chambre qui nous a été attribuée présentait de graves problèmes d’hygiène et de salubrité. Nous avons notamment constaté la présence de punaises de lit, ainsi que des conditions d’hygiène déplorables : un pommeau de douche fortement rouillé, des traces importantes de moisissure manifestement anciennes et jamais nettoyées, des trous un peu partout dans la pièce, et un état général de la chambre laissant clairement à désirer. L’état des lits était également catastrophique. Les matelas semblaient ne jamais avoir été nettoyés et présentaient des traces visibles particulièrement inquiétantes. Ces éléments sont inacceptables et incompatibles avec les standards minimaux d’hygiène attendus dans un établissement accueillant du public. Le rapport qualité prix n’y était pas du tout, cela était extrêmement chère pour la prestation, c’est inacceptable

Nous avons eu super chaud et étant donné le manque d’air c’était vraiment désagréable ! Nous nous sentions vraiment étouffer dans la chambre nous n’avons pas du tout apprécier !
• Leda (2/5): I will never go back to stay in this property. - The location is the only good in this hotel, next to the staff which are helpful. They put us in the basement room that looks like a storage without ventilation, oops there is a very tiny window that is on top of the wall and it’s on the street level, we can hear everything from outside even if that tiny window is close. It’s dusty and smelly, you won’t be able to sleep. Good thing that we only stay there for 1 night then we moved to a different hotel.

• Arjun (10/5): Outstanding. - Beautiful lobby, a brilliant guy at the reception - he was super warm. The location, and all the coffee I was served while I was at the lobby waiting for my check in time. Given an early check-in when it was possible. The hotel's nothing beyond the usual - infra wise - at Amsterdam but there surely was something different about this place. Loved it. And the music that was played at the lobby was amazing too - every single time I was out there. Nothing at all.

• GOSSELIN (3/5): Rapport qualité prix déséquilibré. Chambres pas en état pour une location. Question de respect. - Chambre sale et en mauvais état. Plafond de salle d’eau moisi et effrité, trous rebouchés grossièrement dans la porte, plinthes arrachées, ampoule d’applique cassée, tv non fonctionnelle, WC sale, tablettes de table de nuit et de bureau sales, chaises très sales. Heureusement, lit propre et comfortable mais aucune insonorisation et beaucoup d’allées et venues nocturnes.Le personnel, très gentil nous a expliqué qu’une grosse rénovation était planifiée en août 2026... L’état de la chambre était digne d’une veille d’halloween...

• Jáchym (1/5): Terrible! - Nothing really. The room was mouldy and hard to breathe in. I have stayed in low cost hostels before and it’s never been this bad and this is a hotel. Also the hotel asks for a deposit that hasn’t been returned for more than a month!
• Joyeux (1/5): Inacceptable - Rien mis a part l'accueil Locaux insalubre, je déconseille fortement, matelas sale (voir photo), l'isolation est nulle, nous entendons tout, la fenêtre extérieure n'avait aucune étanchéité, le froid et le bruit passaient. La television ne fonctionnait pas. Les ampoules fonctionnaient 2 sur 3. Miroir cassé. Douche sans syphon. Nous nous serions crus dans une prison. Nous sentions les odeurs de fumeur de drogue fumant en bas de l'hôtel. le prix est excessivement chères pour la prestation qui pour moi est inacceptable. La caution de 100€, a quoi sert elle ? au vue de l'état des locaux.
