- F4002ZXmustafas (2/5): Serious Feedback - Dear Team, This was my second stay at your property. Unfortunately, both experiences were disappointing. • First stay (last year): Terrible check-in. Night manager refused to check us in without a physical Explore form, despite me traveling with my wife and infant. Still haven’t received my stay points. • Second stay: Chose to return only due to the location. Avoided Explore rate this time to prevent issues. Check-in was smooth, and most staff were great—especially Ahmed (back of house), Mohammad Khan, and the breakfast team. However, the stay was ruined by cockroach sightings in two separate rooms. My wife was distressed, and we had to change rooms multiple times. The final upgrade helped, but the stress and sleepless nights overshadowed our trip. No compensation was offered. To make matters worse, we were charged extra for internet we never used, and no feedback survey was sent after checkout, which seems intentional. I hope management reviews this seriously. I’m open to discussing it further—my email is on file.

The location is incredibly convenient, just a minute's walk from the metro station, which made exploring the city so much easier. The room we stayed in had been recently renovated, and it was spotless and comfortable – everything felt fresh and modern. The gym exceeded our expectations, offering a fantastic range of equipment, which is not always the case at hotels of this level. It was a great way to stay on top of our fitness routine while traveling. The only minor downside was the breakfast – it was a bit chaotic at times, especially during peak hours. However, we always managed to find a quiet corner to enjoy our meal, so it didn't take away from the overall experience. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Dubai, especially if you're looking for a comfortable, well-equipped place with an unbeatable location!

The room was exceptionally clean and updated with a modern but warm feel. The free breakfast was delicious and was more like a proper buffet compared to what is served at the Residence Inn in the USA. The coffee drink machine and the watermelon juice were two standouts for me. This will be my go to hotel when visiting Dubai.

They were extremely awesome and always showed a wonderful smile.

- San1977jay (6/5): Location and Room Quality Can’t Make Up for Poor Operations - While this hotel has some positives, such as a convenient location, clean and spacious rooms, and decent housekeeping, the operational issues make it a frustrating experience overall. I would only recommend staying here if you have a lot of patience for waiting—for breakfast and the elevators. Breakfast Chaos The breakfast spread is extensive and well-curated, but the hotel is severely understaffed during peak hours (8:30–10:30 AM). Expect long queues for everything: omelets, coffee, even bread toasters. Clean plates and spoons are often unavailable, with replacements taking 10–15 minutes to arrive. To make matters worse, if you decide to take a croissant to your room, waiters object, which feels unwelcoming and overly restrictive. Elevator Nightmare The elevator system is poorly managed and severely inadequate for a hotel of this size. They use a pre-assigned system where you press your floor number before entering, but this often leads to absurd wait times—up to 30 minutes just to catch an elevator. Many of the external floor displays don’t work, leaving you clueless about whether your elevator is coming. I personally had a terrible experience: • I waited nearly 15 minutes for a packed elevator, only to be crammed in so tightly it felt unsafe for anyone claustrophobic. • After just a few floors, the elevator displayed an “overload” warning and stopped at a random floor, where I had to get out • I had to wait for a housekeeping staff member to assist me as my room key didn’t work at that floor • It took another 15 minutes for an elevator supposedly assigned to my floor, only for it to skip my floor entirely. • In total, I spent 45 minutes trying to get back to my room. To summarise, This hotel is good, but its operational inefficiencies make it a nightmare for anyone in a hurry or expecting basic convenience. Book here only if you can spare extra time for breakfast and getting in and out of the hotel.

The hotel's location is excellent, with a metro station just a minute's walk away, making it incredibly convenient. The staff were exceptionally courteous and always ready to assist, adding to the overall pleasant experience. Both the check-in and check-out processes were seamless, and the breakfast spread offered a variety of delicious options. I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to friends and family planning a visit to Dubai

- Verified traveler (6/5): Great location, mixed experience. - Great location and love the fact there is a washer/dryer, included breakfast, and TVs that are capable of Netflix etc. Elevators in the building are a COMPLETE disaster. Sometimes takes 10 mins to go up or down. Hotel unnecessarily takes a large deposit at check in, despite room already being paid for.

- Asuncion (10/5): - The property is just accessible to transportation and also to the nearby attractions. Staff were professionals and well-mannered . The Manager very accommodating as we had a late check out around 1:30pm instead of 12noon: Shout out to the following great staff: Mr. Molham, Jatin, David, Mario and Hary. Also it was my birthday and I had a surprised cake that was initiated by the female night staff I can’t recall her name , but thanks to her efforts and creativity I luv my surprise birthday cake. Awesome hotel and is highly recommended. Aside from Burj Al Arab where we also had the chance to stay I will recommend your hotel as well.

We waited extra long times for elevators due to the poor system. That's not enough to not recommend this property. I would stay here again.

- Jan Willem (10/5): - Een hele ervaring om hier te mogen verblijven. Alles was echt uitmuntend. De kamer, het zwembad…helaas was de whirlpool defect…het personeel en ook omtrent het parkeren van de auto. Deze werd geparkeerd en weer bij verzoek voorgereden.

It has a very distinctive smell, closet doors did not close properly, so the lights in the closet were on at all times. No hairdryer. Water in the sink did not drain. We stay only one night, so we didn't make any complaints. Breakfast was good
