• Marcela (9/5): - El personal super amable y dispuesto a ayudar en todo. El desayuno super completo y si tienes alguna restricción alimentaria te ayudan a resolverlo. La mucama limpiaba fuera del horario. Recepción también super amables Sábado de noche no pudimos dormir estábamos en el block del fondo que da a una discoteca en la vereda del frente. Ruido intensamente fuerte hasta las 6am non stop.

• jasonwW2687WH (8/5): Near perfect but not - This is a near luxury property. The bed was one of the best I've ever slept in. The room was spotless. The pool is beautiful. The breakfast is impressive. However, you have to be buzzed into the hotel from the front desk. They will buzz anyone in who approaches the main door. You do not need to show your key or other credentials to be let in. This lack of real security was alarming. Management is argumentative instead of being gracious. When you are told your room is second best, not one of their best, you know you have an untrained staff for an aspirational luxury property. Highly recommended but not if you want a true luxury experience.

O hotel é muito bem localizado, tem quarto espaçoso e confortável. O único detalhe que impediu o hotel de tirar dez foi a vedação do box do banheiro, que não estava boa e deixava a água molhar o banheiro. Se o conseguir consertar, será excelente.

Special kudos to Matthias at the front desk for his warm, friendly, 5 STAR service. The rooms, the pool, the location, the breakfast and the hospitality here are second to none. This is a must stay if you are in BA and staying in Palermo!

• TracyS483 (10/5): Lovely hotel in the heart of the city! - We were lucky to stay here whilst in Buenos Aires whilst travelling around Argentina. Check in was quick and easy and our room was ready on arrival despite arriving early. Reception staff were super helpful and friendly. There was a large variety of food to choose from at breakfast, all of high quality. Beds were very comfortable and so we had no problems sleeping. The hotel itself is very centrally located for lots of great cafes and restaurants and also within walking distance to some beautiful parks. After checking out, we received a message from hotel staff to say my husband had left behind some shirts. They offered to help post them to us, however as luck would have it we were having to fly back into Buenos Aires en route to our next destination and had time to go back and collect before our flight. Thank you for a lovely stay and would highly recommend to anyone looking considering a stay in Buenos Aires

I traveled all my life (more than 4 000 000 miles) and slept in hundreds of hotels and Ilum Experience Home was almost a unique experience. The personnel, mainly Analia, Denise and Milena at the reception desk and Lorena at the restaurant are extraordinary and loveable and offer an incredible service. You really feel as you are at home. It was a really excellent HOME EXPERIENCE that we will remember for a long time. So thank you to this terrific personnel and do not hesitate to reserve at this hotel. It is incredible

• Culture48138235021 (10/5): Awesome Ilum - Excellent hotel in the nice area of Palermo Hollywood. Reception and check in were outstanding. Great service from Analina. Our room wasn't ready (arrived 10am) so she showed us to a dressing room where we could shower and change. We waited in the lounge area on a comfortable sofa and then were able to go to our room by noon. We had a deluxe suite which was huge, had 2 separate full bathrooms, 2 outdoor balconies with lounge area and hot tub. Did not use the fitness center but it had everything (bike, treadmill, elliptical, and weights). Pool area was very nice and breakfast was good. Great service all around by everyone. Felt very welcomed and appreciated by all the staff. Highly recommend.

• MJC3468 (10/5): An oasis of tranquility, cool design and super freindly / helpful staff in Buenos Aires - We had the pleasure of staying at the Ilum Experience for 5 days. It was a fantastic place to enjoy all that the neighbourhood of Palermo has to offer and Buenos Aires in general. In addition to the hotel's cool/modern design, spacious rooms and wonderful common spaces, what really stood out for us was the staff. Without exception, they were super friendly and helpful whenever we asked for advice on anything related to our visit. The front desk staff were great, as were the team working in the restaurant. One particular standout was Lorena, who went out of her way to help us and was so fun to engage with. She ended up being my Spanish language coach during our stay. We could not recommend this hotel more highly. If you come to Buenos Aires, this boutique hotel has it all and then some. If we come back again to BA to visit from Australia at some point, we wouldn't stay anywhere else.

Personnel très serviable, professionnel et très sympathique. Chambre très propre et très bien insonorisée malgré qu'elle se soit trouvée côté rue. Je séjourne dans ce quartier de Buenos Aires 2-3 fois/an et cet hotel est dans mon Top 3. Pas de service de lavage/pressing (laundry)..... Plutôt pénalisant quant on y séjourne 5 nuit en déplacement professionnel. Il y a bien un prestataire pour le lavage tout près mais il faut y déposer le linge et il n'est pas repassé.... L'Ilum pourrait être mon hotel favori si ce problème était réglé.

Il personale fa davvero la differenza: si è sempre dimostrato disponibile e pronto ad aiutare. Hanno cambiato stanza a una persona del gruppo quando è stato richiesto e hanno inoltre custodito le nostre valigie nel deposito bagagli per due giorni. La struttura può risultare poco accogliente e la stanza un po’ rumorosa, a causa dell’affaccio diretto sulla strada. La colazione rimane il punto debole: i prodotti non sono sempre freschi e alcune bevande calde non sono incluse, ma disponibili a pagamento.

• heavensent0516 (10/5): A really lovely hotel in a great location with superb service! - We had such a wonderful stay at this great hotel. It deserves all of its 5* ratings. The location is in the lovely Palermo district which is full of restaurants, shops and bars. It’s easy to get around the city using Uber, which is so cheap here. The room was spacious, clean and overlooked the lovely pool. We were served delicious poolside caipirinhas by the attentive ladies in the restaurant. Breakfast was enjoyable. But what sets this hotel apart, is the warm, engaging and professional staff. Everyone we met went above and beyond to make our stay special and we would like to recognise and thank in particular, Analia and Martina on Reception, and the really helpful Milena, who very generously allowed us to return to the hotel a few days after leaving to store our luggage when our flight plans changed. It was a lifesaver. We wouldn’t hesitate in recommending you stay at this great hotel!

Dans la soirée du samedi, des voisins trop bruyants avec deux chiens qui ont continuellement aboyé jusqu’à minuit, insupportable et agaçant. Le personnel de l’hôtel aurait dû intervenir.

• pphSanFrancisco (10/5): Great service at a nice Palermo hotel - We had a very quick stay at the Ilum Experience and were very impressed by the experience. Our room was comfortable with everything we needed. And the hotel was centrally located in Palermo Hollywood (a few blocks from where we'd stayed the previous week) We only stayed at the hotel one night, before an early morning flight, and the welcoming staff very nicely insisted on preparing a to-go bag with some breakfast items for our trip. Very thoughtful! The breakfast room and pool looked nice but we didn't get a chance to use them. Next time perhaps!

• Elena (8/5): - Buena ubicación en una zona tranquila Que te cobren un extra por un café si es express es ridículo. En el Lobby había una nespresso con cápsulas y te lo cobraban. En el desayuno si pides un café express te lo cobran aparte. Los hoteles de esta categoría no solo no los cobran, sino que también los ofrecen como cortesía en las habitaciones. Me pareció un poco cutre, con lo que pagas la noche. La verdad. Un secador de pelo en el baño de mujeres del gimnasio también sería un detalle.

• Ari (10/5): Good location, better staff - The staff was amazing and went out of their way to make sure I had a great time in Buenos Aires! Particular credit to Jose, who secured multiple nice reservations for my coworkers and I during our time there. But everyone there was super friendly and always had a recommendation ready for a place to eat or visit. Also the breakfast spread had great variety and was tasty! My bathroom drain was somewhat clogged and my bathroom flooded when I took a bath. That said, the front desk was quick to send a maid to mop up the water and by the next day they had sent a mechanic in to unclog the drain.

Fomos à pé a vários restaurantes em caminhadas muito agradáveis. - Café da manhã delicioso, com grande variedade principalmente de doces, e as decorações eram uma delicadeza à parte. Vou sentir falta do doce de leite! - Há uma academia relativamente bem equipada. Um extra positivo para queimar algumas calorias das carnes e doces de leite :) - Staff incrível, muito atencioso, simpático e prestativo a qualquer momento. • E9708VCstuartb (10/5): Perfect respite in a beautiful city - We stayed at Ilum after a trip to Antarctica. Great choice. We wanted to stay in the Palermo Hollywood/Soho area of BA and this hotel is perfectly located to experience all that there is in this very cool city. Ilum is a modern build in a traditional neighborhood. The common areas are lovely and the rooms are large and well appointed. The beds were superb and the daily breakfast was varied and delicious. Finally, the staff could not have been more helpful and kind. Reservations at wonderful restaurants were handled by the front desk and our transportation to the main airport was taken care of on our behalf. Either direction out the front door takes you to cool galleries, shops and local folks gathering at empenada places and watering holes. Buenos Aires has the best parks anywhere and we enjoyed many of them which were very close. You will love Ilum and the nice people that work there.

Palermo is the place to be and Ilum turned out to be an excellent hotel - Perfectly located in Palermo area of BA with great markets, galleries and restaurants all around. Very modern interiors with beautiful rooms and top quality bedding. The breakfast was excellent and varied and the entire staff very cordial and welcoming. We loved the place

• clairemachard (10/5): Great stay and great staff. - I really enjoyed the hotel as their rooms are very spacious and clean . The staff was nice to let us check in at noon. The location is great as it’s close to the main area but in a quiet neighborhood. We had issues with the tv and it was resolved fast and we were gifted a bottle of wine and nuts for our trouble . Martina from reception was very helpful with that issue and with helping us with our taxi driver as we wanted to pay on USD. The staff was lovely and I was very impressed with the hotel as a whole. Breakfast was nice and the pool area was great. I highly recommend this hotel .

• ABM-Reviews (8/5): Nice hotel but don’t bother with balcony room - This is a very clean nice hotel in Polermo. Reception provided a lot of information prior to our arrival and where very happy to help. The balcony rooms are at the front of the hotel overlooking the road. Although shielded they don’t offer much to the experience. There is a small swimming pool at the back of the hotel with lounges. The breakfast is very good and runs from 7 to 11 Very close to local buses but it’s a good 45 mins to central Buenos Aries. Clean and comfortable. Very good for a short stay

• Traveler227 (10/5): Very Enjoyable Stay - We had a great time at Ilum Experience! The deluxe suite with hot tub was more spacious than expected and the room was very nicely equipped. We had requested extra beds for our kids and everything was set up perfectly for us upon arrival. We enjoyed the large private balcony and hot tub in the evenings and the outdoor pool was great for midday relaxing. Service was excellent all around (although drinks do take a bit of time from the small bar) and the front desk staff were very helpful with local suggestions. I thought the breakfast was just ok and wish specialty coffee drinks were not an extra charge. The location was great and very convenient to many shops and restaurants. We would happily return!

• MarianDSilva (10/5): Great option for the Palermo area - Excellent option in the Palermo Hollywood area. Our room was well-appointed and spacious, and came with a small kitchenette. Nice and quiet lobby and reception area with a zen-like vibe. Bright and airy restaurant with a high-quality (although not extensive) selection of items for breakfast. Most of all, great staff and service. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this property and would definitely stay here again if we were to visit Buenos Aires.
• XXXPRXXX (6/5): Hotel in Buenos Aires - This is a nice enough hotel but it’s not boutique, it’s more old hotel had a cheap glow up. You can’t just stick a couple of Buddha pictures up and scatter a few pebbles and suddenly you’re a boutique hotel. Location is great but lacked the details. Shower is over the bath, towels are cheap, air on and tv didn’t work in our room. Fixtures eg taps wonky and cheap. Waist height make up mirror?! Cheap toiletries. Lumpiest mattress I’ve ever suffered insomnia on. Very noisy due to traffic. Largely pleasant staff except for young guy without glasses who is quite rude.
