- Jeannette (3/5): - The area is perfect for a weekend trip The price is very high for onlY a clean room. It was not possible to book breakfast for the next day in the late afternoon when I arrive. I would have needed to do so in the booking...although the next morning the breakfast area was almost empty. The parking was blocked, I was recommended a parking around the corner which would have cost 60 Euro per day. I found out that there is a 24 hours parking place less than 10 minutes walk that was just 12 Euro per 24h

- Jacek (1/5): Masakra! - W niedzielę musiałem wyjść z hotelu o 7.15. Nie było możliwe, abym mógł zjeść wcześniej namiastkę śniadania. W Bergamo, gdzie z konieczności, mając opłacony pobyt w Hotel di Porta Romana musiałem nocować (a powodem był fakt, że strajk na lotnisku w Bergamo spowodował opóźnienie o 40 min wylotu z Warszawy-Modlina; przez to opóźnienie nie zdążyłbym dojechać do Hotelu di Porta Romana przed godz. 23. - tylko do tej godziny miałem szansę otrzymać klucz do pokoju; po 23. recepcja nieczynna!) w niższej klasie hotelu było w miarę porządne śniadanie... Brak możliwości pójścia na rękę gościa, który nie z własnej winy nie może dotrzeć na czas do hotelu, który już nie jest dostępny po godz. 23. Fakt, iż wybierając hotel nie zwróciłem uwagi, że można się w nim zameldować wyłącznie do godz. 23. Pewnie poszukałbym innego... Wielkie szczęście, że ostatnio zabrałem się za starty w maratonach i dzięki temu jeszcze mogłem się przecisnąć przez wejście do kabiny prysznicowej. Osoby z większą nadwagą przestrzegam, że mogą nie skorzystać z prysznica (o ile we wszystkich pokojach są takie same kabiny oczywiście)

Pulizie giornaliere della camera un po' superficiali, pavimenti non spazzati e han lasciato la pattumiera. Al momento del check-out, c'è stata veramente poca cortesia da parte della signora addetta. Ho premuto su un dispositivo su cui scritto "suonare" messo da loro appositamente sul bancone per richiamare l'attenzione, la signora si è lamentata, con un bel broncio di prima mattina accusandomi di voler svegliare tutto l'albergo. Insomma.... poca cortesia.

Nulla, forse l’unica cosa è che il letto matrimoniale era formato da due materassi singoli e si formava il buco nel mezzo

- LOREDANA (5/5): Solo se non ci sono alternative in zona - La posizione L'obbligo del check in non prima delle 14 e la chiusura della struttura alle 23 chiaramente per ridurre i costi di gestione. Sembra gestito da stranieri. L'hotel e' classificato 3 stelle ma non ha le caratteristiche. Hotel consigliato solo se si e' di passaggio e non piu' di una notte anche se conveniente essendo a Milano e in zona Porta Romana. Di buono che intorno ci sono diversi bar e ristoranti e il quartiere e' tranquillo.

- Marina (10/5): Soggiorno perfetto! - L’hotel si trova a Porta Romana, quartiere ben servito da ristoranti e servizi, ben collegato con la metro a tutta la città. La stanza ampia, letti comodi, arredata con gusto e con due balconcini deliziosi su un viale alberato e sui tetti milanesi. Colazione da scegliere la sera precedente e servita in modo impeccabile nel piacevole spazio sopra la hall. Staff premuroso e attento, pronto a soddisfare ogni richiesta! L’insegna dell’hotel che non lo valorizza abbastanza.

- Simona (2/5): - The hotel is very clean, which we truly appreciated. The location is also great, with many different restaurants nearby and close to the metro, making it easy to get around. Unfortunately, our first impression — shaped by an extremely unfriendly lady who welcomed us — strongly affected our overall experience. Her behavior was very rude and inappropriate. For example, she had just mopped the floor, and we decided to leave the hotel around 10 a.m. We had no way of knowing the floor had just been cleaned, especially considering that check-out is until 10 a.m., so it is reasonable to expect guests to be moving around at that time. Her reaction was completely unnecessary. Not to mention the situation upon arrival, when she got offended because we briefly placed our phone and handbag on a table (which we later realized is used for breakfast). It is reasonable to expect that tables are cleaned before breakfast anyway. Additionally, it was our first time there and there were no signs indicating that the table was reserved for that purpose. Another downside is the breakfast system. You are required to choose your breakfast the day before, and you can select only one sweet and one savory item. This means, for example, that ordering two savory items (such as two toasts) is not possible, which feels unnecessarily restrictive. We believe that a hotel like this has the potential to achieve a much higher rating, but only with staff who genuinely understand and care about hospitality, as this is a service-oriented industry.

- Silvia (5/5): - La pulizia. Purtroppo la prima notte non siamo riusciti a dormire a causa di musica a tutto volume proveniente da un'altra camera fino alle 3 circa del mattino. Il problema è che alle 23 chiude la reception e purtroppo, anche avendo provato a chiamare al numero di cellulare della struttura alle 23:10 per provare a risolvere il problema, non ha risposto nessuno! Il che per un albergo, soprattutto viste le tariffe, non è una buona cosa. Inoltre, mai successo in tanti anni di viaggi, il mattino del check-out mi è stato fatto notare, nonostante il problema della notte precedente, che ho lasciato la camera con un quarto d'ora di ritardo.

L'albergo occupa tre piani di un edificio di 6 complessivi, il che non è un problema, tuttavia il vano scale andrebbe rinfrescato un attimo. La colazione molto spartana, potrebbe essere migliorata anche a scapito di un pò di spazio della hall di ingresso.

- ENZO (10/5): Da 2 anni è diventato la nostra " comfort zone" nei nostri soggiorni a Milano - La posizione è centrale, zona vivace, colta, ben servita di negozi, locali di ristorazione di ogni tipo, a 10 min a piedi dalla metro. Camere tutte nuove, ben arredate, completamente ristrutturate, balconate, pulitissime, silenziose e con affaccio aperto sulla città. Personale molto cortese, efficiente e disponibile. Colazione più che valida su una gradevole saletta rialzata. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Che volere di più? Aumenterei la visibilità con adeguata insegna luminosa e bandiere sulla facciata
