Renee (10/5): I absolutely loved the location and the helpfulness of the staff. - The breakfast had an abundance of choices and having the convenience of eating in your room was nice. The staff was incredibly helpful in organizing the taxis when needed and reduced the stress of having an early departure to the airport. They also oriented us to all the main places to see in relation to hotel. I was grateful for the AC and not sure it can be helped being in an older building, but the sounds it makes made it difficult to sleep.

Christina (10/5): Great, clean, and friendly hotel within easy walking distance of everything you want to see in Rome. - The location is wonderful for tourists; every major site in Rome is within 15-20 minutes' walking distance. The staff is friendly, thoughtful, and speaks perfect English. The room is clean, well-appointed, and spacious. Breakfast (included) is served directly in the room, which is nice. We even forgot to fill out our breakfast request form one time, and the staff brought us breakfast anyway, which was greatly appreciated. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would recommend it/would book there again. The location, while ideal for tourists, is very loud and busy at all times. You have to fight through the mobs of people on the sidewalks most of the time. However, since the hotel is so centrally located to everything you want to see in Rome, I think it's worth it, especially for the great price. The street just outside the hotel (and the restaurant below the hotel) is busy and noisy, even at night. BUT, the windows, once closed, are wonderfully soundproof. We had no trouble with sound coming through and were able to sleep very well each night. I was pleasantly surprised about this. However, if you're a light sleeper, this might not be the best place for you.

Timothy (10/5): Fantastic service at a well managed luxury BnB. - Service was fantastic, rooms were clean and large. The location is great, just a few blocks from Trevi Fountain. Breakfasts were delivered to our room each morning and there was a table in the room. The manager booked a van to drive us to the airport, and carried our bags down to the van. The entire staff is exceptional. There is a half flight of stairs to get to the elevator. There was a rumble at night.

Jeffrey (9/5): Terrific Guest house in Prime location! - Terrific staff- Nicole and Daria and others were extremely helpful at all times. A very good breakfast was served each day in our room. The property location, halfway between the Pantheon and Trevi fountain can’t be beat. Room was spacious as was bathroom. Walkable safe location to many popular sites! No elevator from street but staff helped with the bags.
CHANTAL (8/5): - Le personnel à l'accueil absolument charmant et efficace. La chambre spacieuse et très propre. L'emplacement idéal pour visiter Rome. Le petit déjeuner, assez copieux, mais de qualité médiocre : pain grillé et croissants qui semblent sortis d'un sachet plastique, fruits très fades ou pas mûrs, jus de fruits chimique, etc. Le matelas épais mais creusé au milieu, la douche au jet très inégal (fort/faible, froid/chaud), l'accès à l'hôtel un peu difficile (au 2ème étage correspondant à 4 étages d'escaliers, ascenseur à étage intermédiaire) mais peut-être est-ce le cas pour beaucoup d'établissements de ce type à Rome. La qualification de "Luxury" Guest House est cependant assez surfaite.
YOUNGJIN (10/5): - 위치 - 트레비 분수, 판테온 5분거리 최고예요 👍 조식 - 원하는 메뉴를 방까지 직접 가져다 주셔요 메뉴도 다양하고 외부에서 먹으려면 1인 최소 15-20 유로이상은 지불해야 할거 같은 퀄리티 직원 - 무엇보다 최고인건 친절한 직원들입니다 🙏 카카오톡으로 소통이 되어서 좋았고 원하는 서비스를 제때에 제공해 주었습니다 마지막 귀국길에 택시를 직접 호출해 짐까지 내려주는 부분 역시 감동🥳 1층 레스토랑이 좀 시끄러워요 ㅎ 창문을 닫으면 소음이 좀 덜하긴 하지만 꽤나 소란스러운 것은 사실입니다 하지만 관광지에서 들뜬 기분에 충분히 용납될 정도의 소음이네요

Beatriz (9/5): ESTANCIA PERFECTA - La ubicación del hotel es excepcional, lo único que está tan bien situado que el local de debajo puede provocar ruido en algunas ocasiones. EL desayuno de 10! Tengo una bebé de 2 años y había mucha variedad lo cual facilitó nuestra estancia enormemente. Lo recomendaría sin duda alguna, y, si vuelvo a Roma, volveré a este hotel. A destacar la amabilidad del personal del hotel. Un día hubo algo de ruido por el local de abajo pero se puede dormir sin problema que yo soy muy maniatica para los ruidos y dormí sin problema.

Muhammed Burak (8/5): Merkeze Yakın Konaklama - Temiz, Merkezi noktalara yakın, İlk etapta Daria ile iletişim kurduğumuz için onun çalıştığı günlerde ihtiyaçlarımızı kolayca halledebildik(örneğin çocuğumuzdan dolayı ekstra çarşaf takımı gerekti ve kısa sürede elimize ulaştı.) Resepsiyon görevlisi değiştikten sonra maalesef isteklerimize yanıt almakta zorlandık. Kahvaltıda çocuğumuz için sandalye yoktu ve talep ettikten 1 gün sonra ancak odamıza geldi. 2. gün kahvaltı saatini ve içeriğini güncellemek için mesaj attık ama maalesef bu dikkate alınmadı. 3. gün bizzat resepsiyona gidip talep ettiğimizde kahvaltı saati güncellendi.

Dhillon (8/5): - The location is amazing in the heart of Rome, less than 10 mins walk to the Pantheon and Trevi Fountain. The rooms were clean and house keeping was impressive. They only do cold breakfast. You select items from a list in advance and food is served to the room. For the price, I had expected a buffet system like most places. It can get little bit noisy due to the restaurant downstairs which is open late night.

Huw (8/5): Fantastic location with comfortable beds, but the lift access wasn’t great. - We had two rooms as my husband and I were traveling with my elderly mum. Fabulous location and the rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed. The staff were friendly and helpful and we loved the fresh pastries that were available to help yourself each morning. My mum has mobility issues so one of the non negotiable of any accommodation is lift access. There is lift access here but to reach the lift there is a flight of steps and then unfortunately the lift didn’t stop at the floors our rooms were on so we took the lift to the floor above and then had to come down a flight of steps to reach our floor. We took our time and managed but it wasn’t easy after a day of sightseeing! To leave the building we had to do this in reverse or come down two flights of stairs.

We could not have asked for a better place to stay Rome is a lively place and has street noise -I expected it and the hotel tries to mitigate it but you always know you are in a busy city
Michael (5/5): There are many reviews that describe the accommodations very well. I would just add that despite reading all the reviews - The location is excellent. It is walking distance to everything. It is very loud. There is a restaurant outside the windows that is loud until about one or two in the morning every night of the week it seems. It is a very old antique field. They don’t hide that from the description, but it’s a little older than expected. The bathroom is fairly remodeled, but the rest of the room is very old. Others have mentioned the door is just a standard key lock that opens up into the little welcome area. There is no insulation around the door so you can hear every word. It literally feels like they are in your room. Luckily it’s not a very busy lobby area, however, expect to feel no privacy. Internet was spotty and our TV worked only one day out of four. Access is there a small hallway up steps through a door that enters into a small lobby where all the rooms are accessible. It is a very small accommodation. The elevator to go up to one floor is very small and if you have any claustrophobia, you will not want to ride.

Murat (10/5): Beautiful hotel in beautiful Rome - Staff, location, cleanliness, breakfast.. Everything was great. Some guests mentioned about the noise from the restaurant below in the comments, but the windows' sound isolation was very good and we weren't disturbed at all. All in all it was a great stay with our 4 year old son. "Grazie" to the firendly staff :)

Nicole (10/5): - I stayed here for 4 nights in February with my two children and husband. I absolutely loved the location of this property. We walked to almost all the historical sites and took a bus (there's a stop directly across the street) if needed. Our room was spacious, very safe, and clean. I loved the window and balcony for lots of light and fresh air. The bathroom was large with plenty of space for toiletries. The breakfast delivered to the room each morning was delicious and included pastries, hard boiled eggs, meats, cheeses, yogurt, hot chocolate, salad, and cappuccino. I would stay here again if ever in Rome. Nothing! I loved everything!

Accommodation is really nice , the furniture inside the bedroom and the vibe are minimal and quite luxurious .You feel you travel some centuries ago . The blankets are old , they need to change asap . Maybe some more options for breakfast.
Emily (10/5): Wonderful location - Nicoletta and the front desk team were excellent. Always very helpful and responsive. They gave us a great overview of the city and highlighted what to see, and provided many tips on logistics. We felt like they were part of our Roman family by the time we left.
Stephanie (8/5): - Die Lage der Unterkunft zwischen Trevi-Brunnen und Pantheon ist ideal, um die Stadt zu Fuß zu erkunden. Das Zimmer ist ausreichend groß und das Frühstück wirklich sehr gut. Es ist unheimlich laut, da unter dem Zimmer ein Restaurant ist und bis spät in die Nacht laute Musik spielt. Ab 4 Uhr kommt dann die Müllabfuhr... Aber wenn man mitten in der Stadt wohnen möchte, wird es wahrscheinlich überall so sein.

Justeen (10/5): Great location. - The staff and the room was incredible! I highly recommend for those reasons alone, but the location was also very central. I stayed here over a 24-hour layover and was able to walk around the central area and see all the main sights in one evening. It was also surprisingly quiet at night. For me, it was a little difficult to find. The entrance looks like you're going into an apartment building, and there is minimal signage. Luckily, the hotel staff messaged me, and all was well!

They went to such an effort to ensure our stay was as comfortable as ever! The location, four minutes from the Trevi Fountain and very central for all the sights. Our room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The breakfast room delivery was superb! Nothing really!
