- Lívia (10/5): Perfeito!!! - Eu amei absolutamente tudo! Limpeza, comodidade, a localização, a cordialidade dos funcionários.. Única coisa que é algo normal em Tóquio: o tamanho do quarto. Mesmo nossa cama sendo queen e deliciosa, falta um pouquinho mais de espaço para circular e para as malas. Mas isso não diminuiu o quanto amamos!

They charge ¥1000 for keeping luggage if couldn’t pick up before 2pm. Never had such experience at any other hotels if only keeping luggage for the day. there is no bathroom door in single room.

- Cynthia (6/5): Good location and room size, good service and facility - Good location. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. 7-11 literally just downstairs. English of staff is good. They can store your luggage up to 7 days in advance of check in for free, you can courier them or bring them over yourself. They can also sign for your Amazon parcels. Great Skytree view. Good size of room. Shower and bath are great. Parking is cheaper than outside and fairly easy to park, although it’s an elevator style of parking. Gym is a professional one, good for bodybuilders, 24 hours. Found hair on bedsheet, not clean enough. Parking is inaccessible at 11pm-7am, but should be enough for most people. Lift takes quite long to wait although there are 2. Long wait at washing and drying machines, so the hotel should place more of them (only 2 of each now). Overall older and more worn down than I thought.

Breakfast was okay, no one was there to greet us when we walked in. We were then rushed out to be checked in for breakfast, that was kinda embarrassing.

The shower head and bathtub were covered with mold, which was very unpleasant. What concerned us most was an incident involving cleanliness. We accidentally dropped a toothbrush on the bathroom floor and threw it into the bin before going out. When we returned later that evening, the room had been made up, and the toothbrush was placed back in the cup. We strongly suspect it was taken from the bin, which is extremely unhygienic and unacceptable.

- Haoying (9/5): 晴空塔景色非常棒，飯店好像是整修過非常乾淨。入住期間有許多迎賓食物與飲品可以使用。冰淇淋與酒類會提供硬幣讓房客品嚐。非常棒 - 地鐵上方就是住宿，景色非常美 可惜退房時只能免費寄放行李到14點，超過可以付費寄放（一件1000日幣）

- Loo (9/5): A Pleasant Stay - I like that there's a big window to see the day and night landscape of the city from a high floor. They provide three tokens in exchange for liquor and ice cream. There is free flow of soft drinks and tea for the guests. The room is clean but not exactly clean. If I have to really name something, it's the sanitary bag that got stuck to the wall overtime and has mold growing on it. Other than that, the room is clean. The hair dryer releases hair from a small spout and doesn't help with drying hair efficiently.

- Tanja (8/5): - Bett und Dusche war sehr gut. Direkt am Bahnhof Wenn man beim check-out seine Koffer länger als bis 14 Uhr dort lassen möchte, dann kostet es je Koffer 1000¥.

- Tan (7/5): I get what I pay for. - Location is near train station, staff are friendly and can converse in English adequately. Facilities are cleaner than expected :) Quite like the view, can see planes flying through Smaller than expected, shower area is small, can’t lift both elbows comfortably when shower curtain is pulled.
- コウイチ (6/5): ベスト - 駅に近く、外食するにも周辺環境は良かった。都心への移動にも便利な位置であった。 部屋の広さがもう少しあればと感じた。（ダブルの部屋を二人で使うのには）
