- Kristina (7/5): we hadden het wel erg naar onze zin in dit charmant hotel en prijs-kwaliteit zijn we tevreden hoor! - Personeel was top! we werden warm onthaald aan de receptie :-) de locatie was vanzelfsprekend ook echt top! De kamer groot genoeg voor 3 en de bedden en het beddengoed in de kamers waren ook prima. de badkamer viel een beetje tegen (niet in alle hoekjes even netjes...) maar ok voor 1 nacht het ontbijt was sober maar uiteindelijk ook best wel ok

- Diana P (3/5): Tétrico - Su ubicación Te cobran un depósito de 100 euros así que se debe estar atento, la habitación es poco iluminada, el baño tenía copitos en el piso o sea su limpieza no era óptima porque acababa de recibir la habitación, la tetera tenía agua …la recepción queda en otro edificio así que si pasaba algo no había cómo informarlo como en mi caso personas de otras habitaciones fumando marihuana a las 10 pm el olor se entraba a mi habitación, se escucha mucho ruido la gente entraba y salía durante la madrugada y parecía que estuvieran dentro de la habitación .. pasamos junto con mi mamá una noche fatal !

- Chiara (9/5): Consiglio vivamente questo posto per il proprio soggiorno, oltre ad essere in una bella zona è collegato bene a tutti i - Posizione più che ottima, zona stupenda e staff cordiale ed accogliente Tutto praticamente perfetto, le uniche pecche sono state l’asciugacapelli e la pulizia: per quanto riguarda l’asciugacapelli inizialmente abbiamo provato ad usarlo e dopo qualche secondo ha iniziato a fare del fumo, seguito a una gran puzza di bruciato, lo staff, super disponibile, ce l’ha cambiato subito ma purtroppo non aveva una grande potenza, e per la pulizia non posso fare grandi critiche se non che, appena arrivati abbiamo trovato un ragno morto per terra appena entrati che ahimè è rimasto lì per tutta la durata del soggiorno.

- Bonfigli (3/5): - La camera a noi destinata non era affatto la stessa vista su booking, camera minuscola all'ultimo piano con finestra che da sul muro, un orrore per chi soffre di claustrofobia, il prezzo veramente esagerato Ci hanno messe in un altro building quindi distante dalla reception , ho chiesto un phon per asciugare i capelli, me ne hanno dato uno minisculo,appena lo ho acceso è diventato arancione ed ha incominciato a fumare andando a fuoco.... Le camere non vengono pulite solo gli asciugamani sono stati cambiati una volta in 3 gg Il bagno giudicato moderno da booking, era vecchio minuscolo e senza finestra .

Chipped glass and coffee/tea station needed filling. Decor really tired and all a bit grim. Really shocked at what we paid vs what we got.

- Martin (1/5): Deludente - Solo la posizione Ho soggiornato in questo hotel nei Paesi Bassi e purtroppo la mia esperienza è stata molto deludente. Innanzitutto, all’ultimo momento mi è stato cambiato l’hotel rispetto a quello che avevo prenotato inizialmente, senza una spiegazione adeguata. La struttura assegnata non corrispondeva affatto alle aspettative: la stanza era situata in un seminterrato, senza aria né ventilazione adeguata, fredda e decisamente poco accogliente. Inoltre, l’aspetto generale della camera era piuttosto brutto e trascurato. Ho anche fatto richiesta di essere spostato almeno al primo piano, ma nessuno dello staff si è occupato della mia richiesta: nessuna risposta, nessun intervento. Capisco che il prezzo fosse relativamente basso, ma questo non giustifica una sistemazione così inadeguata. Mi aspettavo comunque una stanza dignitosa e conforme a quanto pagato. Esperienza complessivamente negativa.

Nur ein (Dusch-)Tuch pro Person, Fön erst auf Verlangen (der erste war dann defekt), Fenster undicht (glücklicherweise war es nicht Winter), der Bereich vor dem Fenster vermüllt.

- Martin (8/5): Great base location for Amsterdam sightseeing - Well communicated before arrival and very friendly staff onsite, room was minimal but ideal location for a base to explore Amsterdam with tram stop and canal tour stop just a couple of mins away Just a feature of Amsterdam I guess but the stairs up to the room were very narrow and steep so not the easiest to navigate with a suitcase. That aside all good.

- Sylvie (6/5): Belle ville mais très déçu par l'hotel - L’hôtel est très bien situé et le personnel d'accueil est sympathique. La dimension de la chambre était inférieure à celle annoncée (difficulté pour ouvrir sa valise par exemple). La salle de bain vétuste est très petite , notamment le WC est situé sous le lavabo. De plus le sèche cheveux était hors d'usage et dangereux dû au fil coupé et à la résistance qui fumait, celui ci aurait mérité d'être retiré surtout qu'un sèche cheveux avait néanmoins été ajouté dans la chambre. La chambre est très mal insonorisée. Le ménage pendant quatre jours s'est limité au changement de serviette, aucun nettoyage.
