• MARK WAYNE (6/5): - The bathroom was disappointing as the shower filled up with water and I had to turn it off before it over flowed. the show door opened into the shower and didn't allow a lot of room to get in. The shower door should open outwards. Also the bed was short so had the sleep on an angle. Sorry my answer is above. What i liked was the location. excellent! the check in staff were very friendly and welcoming.

• Monica (6/5): It’s okay. - The location is perfect. Everything is walking distance. Near the metro station. Restaurant are all over.The family room is perfect & comfortable for all of us. The girl in reception when we check in is quiet rude, the way she talked with us without any respect & any patience.She start a conversation with her colleague talking in Chinese & then start making face and laugh. On our second day someone enter our room & stole our chocolates. The staff told us that they would update us about what happened but no update at all. I think the should atleast update us about it & take the responsibility to inform us about what really happened.

• OlegZZ (8/5): - Очень удачный вариант для семей в центре города. Просторный номер, две большие двуспальные кровати или двуспальная + 2 односпальных. Текстиль хороший, все чистое, без пятен. Убирают каждый день, полотенца меняют. В нерабочее время заселение через чат с оператором на планшете. Для этого потребуется минимальное знание английского. Просят номер кредитной карты для страховки на случай порчи номера. Для розеток нужен переходник, которого не было в номере. Подтекала душевая. Кондиционеры не работают на обогрев, при заселении кондиционер охладил номер до 17 градусов. Нет крючков и держателей для полотенец

• Kim (7/5): Unbeatable convenience, great budget stay - Unbeatable location, convenience, close to mass transport Nice firm pillows The room does not have a phone, Even to contact the front desk. The towel are frayed, no face / hand towels are provided. Blanket frayed Staff not helpful on the phone at pre stay stage There is a security breach , causing the information of my bookings leaked out. Either from Booking.com or by the hotel., WhatsApp messages was received with details of the booking or accurate demanding for confirmation via a credit card. Was very very not impressed.

I'll stay there again. - The hotel's location is convenient and clean, close to restaurant, and not far from the subway. The in-room amenities were not quite sufficient. For example, there was no drinking water provided, and the hair dryer offered by the hotel was not very strong. However, the staff were attentive to guests.

• fiorenza (4/5): Da non rifare. - Posizione buona, vicino alla linea rossa e bordeaux della metro. 10 minuti a piedi dal K11. Non c’è un minimo di attenzione da parte dello staff al cliente.I letti sono da una piazza e mezza e se sei alto più di 1,80m dormi con i piedi fuori dal letto. Lo staff procede a cambiare solo gli asciugamani durante la giornata : non rifà neppure il letto o una passata di aspirapolvere . La stanza è veramente stretta, se apri una valigia a terra non hai più spazio per camminare. La tv era smart ma il telecomando non funzionante quindi non potevamo neppure cambiare account di Netflix. La visuale è pessima: praticamente gli uffici di fronte ti guardano nella stanza per tale motivo le tende erano costantemente chiuse.

All they do is come in for 2 fresh towels and take rubbish bin, that is it!!! No cleaning, no bed sheet change, no toilet clean, no soap stock up, no toilet paper no nothing!! And they call themselves a hotel.

• KINNAN (5/5): Location was good but would had helped if they sorted out the problem there and then instead of the next day. - Location There was dust in the room, it wasn’t cleaned or vacuumed properly, 1st night the A/C wasn’t working, went down to reception to complain about it was cold, they gave me a extra blanket saying there was no more rooms to change me into until the next day, ended up catching a cold with a runny nose. Had to wait until after 3pm the following day for a new room.

• Dante (6/5): Good enough but can definitely improve in some areas. - The Hotel is affordable and located in a nice area with lots of places to it around the Hotel. Room is presented well enough and was quite spacious compare to other Hotels in this price margin. Everything works well enough but could improve in some areas. Hotel Room had some damp on the walls. I had to stay at the Hotel for 4 night and had no cutlery in the room the eat any food that I bought. Aircon did not seem to work, it was stationary on one temperature for the room the whole time even after changing the temperature. Staff was not exactly very friendly in any way.

Many local restaurants and bars are just downstairs. Convenience store are very nearby. The area is very lively and safe. The shampoo/conditioner/body soap were not refilled.
