Lars (7/5): Prima - Bedden waren prima. De qualiteit van het ontbijt en er was nooit te weinig Wij verbleven meerdere nachten en schone handdoeken, koffiekopjes, koffie, wc papier moesten we zelf bij de receptie ophalen en mee over de gangen lopen. Dit vonden wij erg matig!

Das Frühstück ausreichend und sehr vielfältig Gefallen hat mir nicht,wenn ich 2 Zimmer buche dann heisst es für mich 2.Zimmer 2.Personen ,habe auch für 4 Personen gebucht.Sandra Höglinger plus 1 Erwachsener 2.Zimmer Sandra Höglinger und 1 Erwachsener dem war aber nicht so habe es zum Glück vor Ort klären und bezahlen können, da sollte sich booking com einwenig genauer befassen. Andres (6/5): - Muy bien ubicado, a pocas cuadras del metro Alexanderplatz. Personal muy amable e instalaciones agradables. Buen desayuno. No tenía aire acondicionado y queda sobre una avenida principal, de modo que si se abren las ventanas el ruido es insoportable, y si se cierran el calor en la habitación es insoportable. Televisor viejo y poco funcional, sin SmartTV, sólo canales alemanes. El baño de la habitación tiene apenas una puerta de vidrio que no brinda nada de privacidad, es muy vergonzoso hacer necesidades con alguien más en la habitación pues se escucha todo. El gimnasio está muy poco dotado, es muy poco útil.
Bernadette (8/5): Centrally located with easy walking to most sites. - Great location. Easy access/walkable to Brandenburg Gates. Tram line right outside hotel & taxis Park outside as well. Breakfast was lovely and lots to choose from. Fridge in room not working. Asked for it to be fixed as hubby had medication to be stored. After 2 days of it not being fixed had to take medication to reception to be stored! Light over desk didn't work either! Carpet rather stained. Rooms need a complete overhaul!

La question est posée à l arrivée . On pense faire une bonne action pour l’environnement en pensant que finalement on en a pas besoin mais il ne faut pas tomber dans ces travers . Le ménage est indispensable ..

Thea (7/5): Oké - Locatie en de bedden Service, te druk bij het ontbijt. Geen zitplaats in de ontbijtzaal. Werden in een ongezellige conferentieruimte ondergebracht waar de tafels niet gedekt waren. Ondanks het verzoek de kamer schoon te maken was dat niet gebeurd, vergeten. Moest zelf met een stapel handdoeken door het hotel. Dag erna wel schoonmaak maar geen grote handdoek ontvangen, zeep in de douche was verdwenen. Personeel niet heel vriendelijk.

HIROSHI (8/5): 満足 - 何かと便利なアレクサンダープラッツ駅から徒歩５～６分の位置にあるため、市内に出かけるのに大変便利でした。市内観光に活用できる１００番、２００番バスはアレクサンダープラッツ始発です。トイレと洗面が、完全ではありませんが分離したタイプで良かったです。冷蔵庫がなかったのが残念でした。収納場所がもう少しあれば、長期滞在も便利かなと思いました。タオルの取替や部屋の掃除がオーダー制だったのが、やや不便でした。
