• Flavia (10/5): Ci tornerei domani stesso - Tutto meraviglioso, stanza domotica dotata di ogni comfort, letto e cuscini comodissimi. Staff gentilissimo, accogliente e sempre pronto e disponibile per aiutare o esaudire ogni richiesta. La possibilità di riempire l’acqua gratis e portarla in camera ogni volta che si vuole è degna di nota!

• Nenad (6/5): I liked it better before. Not sure if I will come again. - I liked the bed and the location. The room felt run-down overall. The shower door was difficult to close, and there was a gap in the toilet where the flush button sits. The control tablet was old and slow, so turning on the lights or doing anything took a while, and since everything runs through the app, that delay was frustrating.
• U (3/5): Not worth the money - The room layout with open toilet and shower, also coffee and tea are on paid basis. Thats ridiculous for a hotel charging upwards of 220€ per night minimum

La camera si gestisce con un piccolo tablet: luci, tapparella, TV, clima, .... La colazione era abbastanza varia, con ottimi ingredienti e cibi adatti a tutti e di qualità, salati e dolci: uova strapazzate, salmone, formaggio fresco, yogurt, verdure, croissant, pudding di Chia, .... Anche le bibite erano varie. Unici appunti: suggerisco una profumazione un po' meno forte degli ambienti comuni, un po' più di attenzione alla polvere.

• Ana (10/5): Muy buena opción para alojarse en Amsterdam - Todo está digitalizado. La habitación se maneja desde una tablet: luces, persianas, televisión... Puedes cambiar la luz del baño con distintos colores. Aunque la habitación es muy pequeña, resulta perfecta para pasar unos pocos días en la ciudad. Tiene una distribución curiosa. Todo está muy limpio y nuevo. El restaurante está abierto 24h y todo el personal es muy amable. Queremos volver a Amsterdam pronto y tenemos claro que repetiremos hotel. Por buscar un punto negativo (sin serlo) no se encuentra en el centro de la ciudad. Pero está muy cerca del tren y del metro. En 15 minutos se llega al aeropuerto y en otros 15/20 al centro.

• MARIA APARECIDA (7/5): Não voltaria a me hospedar lá. - das áreas comuns, do café da manha. Da falta de privacidade, do tamanho do quarto, espaço do chuveiro no meio do quarto, vaso sanitário idem.

Stanza silenziosa super tecnologica con la possibilità di comandare tutto con il tablet. Letto e cuscini comodi. Doccia bella grande. Prodotti per l igiene inclusi e di buona qualità. Buona posizione... A 5 minuti di tram dai musei e a 10 minuti di tram dal centro. In 5 minuti a piedi si trova la stazione e la metro. Purtroppo c è poca privacy per andare in bagno essendo in una cabina di vetro non separata dalla camera da letto. Lavandino molto piccolo. Al letto ci si può accedere solo da una parte. Costosa la colazione per quello che offre.

• Lorena (3/5): Negociando con booking - La cama Hubo un problema entre booking y el hotel y de momento hemos pagado el doble esperando a gestionar la devolución tras muchísimos intentos de hablar con vosotros desde un mes antes que detectamos la anomalía. Además el hotel bloqueó nuestras hablitacion entre días. Y el servicio de booking fatal.

Large reception The bedrooms are just too small, for £200 a night ur sleeping against a window with ur shower and toilet next to u. It was just far overpriced for what u are getting.

You have to renovate the r - The location was nice and stuff were very friendly, thank you for dealing with us haha. Toilet in the rooms, who even thought about having that type of toilet in the room. On top of it none of the windows open in the room and you’re stuck with open toilet in the room without windows.

O breakfast é bom e com ótimo atendimento. O quarto é muito pequeno e as instalações sanitárias reduzídissimas. Tivemos um problema de vazamento de muita água do box do chuveiro que extravasou para o quarto, um momento dificil, repetido em duas ocasiões de dias distintos.

• Basak (8/5): Ulaşımı rahat ve tek seyahat edenler için ideal - - İlk gece odamda bir ses sorunu oldu ve aynı gece içinde yeni odaya taşındım. Bu durumu telafi etmek için güzel bir notla sabah kahvaltı hediye ettiler, böyle bir jest yapılması ve sorunumun kısa sürede çözülmesine mutlu oldum. - Otel çalışanları çok yardımcıydı. - Otel konumu istasyon yanında olduğu için ulaşım rahatlığı var. - İçme suyu, temizleme pamuğu vb. gibi şeylerin hepsini girişten temin edebiliyorsunuz ancak ben checkin yaparken bu bilgi verilmemişti. Odanın kontrolü için verilen iPad'de kendim okuyunca öğrendim, bence bu bilgi girişte söylenmeliydi. - Camları açabilmek iyi olurdu.

• Howard (6/5): very handy location. - comfy bed, good shower and very good towels didn't like going to the toilet in a glass cylinder sitting under a spotlight, not something your partner needs to see! Climbing into the bed and clambering over your partner initially fun but ultimately clumsy. An ideal room for one on business otherwise getting through the room is like being on a slalom course. iPad didn't work. No tea/coffee making facilities in the room. the landing was like a prison block as we entered our cell. An IBIS in the UK for £50/night is far better.

Walking distance to a lot of restaurants and shopping. Setup of the room was a little strange but we found it interesting and made it work. Times that housekeeping came was inconsistent so it was hard to plan around when to be out of the room to get it cleaned. (Sometimes they would come at noon, sometimes as late as 4pm). A little far from the center of Amsterdam.
• Gerda (9/5): - A very clean hotel. The location is convenient because public transportation is available both to and from the airport and to and from the city center. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Having a toilet and shower in the room isn't very convenient if you're traveling with others. Although they can be closed off, that doesn't block out the sounds or smells. It's not pleasant to use the toilet when someone else is in the room. A very high-tech hotel—everything is controlled via a tablet. But sometimes the excessive use of technology is tiresome, and the ability to turn on a desk lamp with a button would definitely be more convenient.
• Florian (4/5): Its a bathroom with a bed inside :) ; No privacy if you are traveling with someone else - 2 bad aspects 2 mention: - (1) Had a "King room -high floor" which is a simple room with no walls inside- the WC vessel and shower coexist in the same room with the bed; If you travel with someone which you are not very intimate this is very bad , you have no privacy when sitting on the WC; not talking about the smell after :) -- The window doesn't open- is just a ventilation. Same with the shower , a glass cabin in the middle of room. - (2) That room has nothing inside - there is no kettle, no coffee machine , no complementary water bottle, no nothing - not even a basic glass to drink tap water; I asked for a kettle, and the reception staff was RUDE, refusing my request ( they told me that if I want do drink a tea in the evening, I should get down at the reception (tired or not you have to get down and ask for every single cup of tea) , of course with charge ; the other good aspects I believe they dont matter anymore , if basic needs are not covered When I asked them why they are behaving like that, they said they believe and apply the SIMPLICITY concept. LOL So, let me ask what;s the next level of simplicity - getting down to ask reception for 20cm of toilet paper ? For what they charged as daily rate, is the worst hotel ever. This is ROBBERY, is not HOSPITALITY or SIMPLICITY .
