Персонал приветливый, хорошо встретили! Мы путешествовали семьей, в количестве 3 человек: комната тесная, на диванах пятна от прошлых проживаний. Душевая комната тесная, в унитазе вода слабо смывается! В комнате свет слабый, для людей со слабым зрением-не комфортно, мрачно! Полотенца серые, в прошлом были наверно белыми. Думаю соотношение - цена и качество не соответствуют!

- Carlos (4/5): Incómodo - La zona donde está ubicado. El hotel está situado en una calle con pronunciada pendiente. Tiene una pequeña puerta de entrada y de allí, siempre escalones. Para Recepción bajar 10 escalones, para ir a la habitación volver a subirlos y subir 10 más hasta el ascensor, que solo para en dos entrepisos. Tuve que subir otros 10 escalones más para llegar hasta ella. Feo, Viejo. Obscuro y muy incómodo. No apto para personas mayores.

- Vukan (1/5): Disappointed by a Nasty Surprise (COCKROACH) on the Last Day - I generally don’t leave negative reviews unless something truly warrants it—and unfortunately, this does. The hotel itself had been fine for most of the stay: the room was decent, staff were polite, and the location was convenient. But on the last day, something happened that completely ruined the experience. I walked into the bathroom and found a cockroach the size of two thumbs crawling across the floor. Yes, two thumbs. I wish I were exaggerating. It was not only disgusting, but unacceptable for a hotel in this price range. The worst part was that it made me question the cleanliness and hygiene standards of the entire room. Had it been there the whole time? What else might be lurking that I didn’t see? When I reported it to the front desk, the response was lukewarm at best. No real apology, no offer to make it right—just a shrug and a "Thanks for letting us know." That’s not how you handle something like this.

Lift start from almost 1st floor you have to take 15 stairs to reach the lift.and it stops between 2nd and 3rd floor go by another 15 stairs to reach the 3rd floor (weird)...stairs are too narrow....you have to carry your luggage ( suitcases ) yourself no help from hotel staff. Building is too old ....the wooden floor of our room was cracked.... We had childeren with us in other room, we requested on booking that we should be given both rooms on the same floor that request was also doesnt met ! although the room besides ours stayed empty for 2 days.... Double bed was too small for our comfort. Breakfast was normaly cold....daily same breakfast...no omelates just fried eggs n susages were main course...

- Gyuhwa (8/5): 위치는 매우 좋고 청결하나 방은 작음 - 위치는 매우 좋아서 구시가지 관광하다 더우면 잠시 들어와 쉴 수도 있고, 리셉션에 물과 쥬스는 24시간 먹을 수 있도록 비치되어 있음. 직원들은 매우 친절하고 조식도 괜찮음. 택시도 싸게 잡아주고 하맘 체험도 저렴하고 깨끗한 곳으로 소개해줌. 혼자 여행한다면 추천. 트램정거장도 2분거리. 청소도 매일 해주고 낡았으나 깨끗함. 3인실은 옆에 커다란 테라스가 있어서 맥주 마시기 좋았음. 이스탄불 혼자 방문시 재방문 의사 있음. 방이 매우 작아서 3인실은 캐리어를 침대 위에서 펼쳐야하며 개미가 많아서 침대까지 올라옴.

Conditii ok, pentru un om modest fara prea multe asteptari. Personal ok, micul dejun bogat ( mezeluri, fructe, dulciuri, ceai, cafea ) Liftul functional. A fost ok raport pret-calitate ( la 40-45€ /noapte) nu ai ce reprosa. Mergeti cu incredere!

- Dali (7/5): Prima - Vriendelijk keuken en schoonmaakpersoneel, heel goeie ligging op wandelafstand van de bezienswaardigheden en tramhalte, goed en vers ontbijt, alle faciliteiten zijn aanwezig, prijs-kwaliteitsverhouding was prima. Eerste nacht hadden we een kamer op de eerste verdieping en het voelde daar heel claustrofobisch, maar uiteindelijk heeft de receptie ons een andere kamer gegeven die niet zo nauw voelde. Verder is het hotel gedateerd en met renovatie zou het prima zijn.

Kleine niedliche Zimmer, sehr sauber, die beste Lage um Istanbul zu erkunden. Wir hatten eines Abends Probleme mit der Klimaanlage, dieses Problem wurde jedoch direkt am nächsten Morgen beseitigt.

Ogni giorno avevamo il riassetto della camera (non ci eravamo resi conto fosse incluso, è stata una bella sorpresa), staff gentile e disponibile. In più, condizionatore e deumidificatore in camera, fondamentali per l'estate. La colazione forse ecco è basic, niente di eccezionale, ma comunque è inclusa quindi può tornare utile. Vicino all'hotel ci sono molti posti dove fare colazione, se si cerca qualcosa di più elaborato.

- Angela (10/5): - I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in the centre of Istanbul . It is in a fabulous position within a few minutes walk from most of the major visitor sites. The breakfast was good and was a great start to a day sightseeing in Istanbul. The bedrooms and bathrooms are compact due to the nature of the building but the showers have great water pressure and temperature a must after a day walking around the city . The location is perfect — just a short walk from all the main historical attractions. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way: the breakfast was delicious, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean, cozy, and comfortable. Everything was top-notch. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Istanbul! Я прекрасно провёл время в отеле Hotel Vera, который находится в самом центре стамбульского района Фатих. Расположение отличное — все главные достопримечательности в шаговой доступности. Отель превзошёл все мои ожидания: вкусный завтрак, невероятно дружелюбный и отзывчивый персонал, чистые, уютные и комфортные номера. Всё на высшем уровне. Очень рекомендую этот отель всем, кто планирует поездку в Стамбул!
- Katerina (6/5): Поставить пластиковые окна, разобраться с отоплением, постирать шторы, почистить сливы в душевых - 1. Отель расположен рядом со всеми основными достопримечательностями 2. Рядом мармарай, можно быстро доехать куда нужно, в пешей доступности и водный транспорт и трамвай 3. Персонал старался исправить то, что не нравилось 4. Хороший напор воды, всегда стабильной температуры, что гуд. 5. Есть чайник, пакетики кофе и чая, и пара стаканов с водой 6. Фен есть, но так сильно греет, что выключается через несколько секунд от перегрева (волосы посушить нереально, обжигает) 7. Завтрак нормально, но не стоит рассчитывать что он как в пятизвездочных отелях, но голодным не останешься. Женщина повар готовит вкусный турецкий кофе. 1. При заселении постельное было в пятнах и волосах предыдущих постояльцев, мы заметили это уже вечером, когда собирались спать пришлось идти на ресепшн и просить замены белья, дали что было из чистого. 2. Пол в номерах деревянный, покрашен краской 3. Окна...это отдельная история. Грязные!!!!! не видно ничего, с тем чтобы их открыть и проветрить тоже квест. пришлось подложить бутылку, чтобы хоть как то проветривалось 4. Батарея есть. на этом все. Естественно холодная (посушить вещи не получилось). Сушилки нет. 5. Телевизор есть, включается, но ни один канал не показывает. 6. И всякие мелкие недочеты: не работала лампочка у кровати, вываливается розетка из стены, шторы стрирались когда-то в прошлом веке, еще и с дырочками. В душе вода не утекает нормально, почистите сливы в душевых кабинах.
- Kezban (8/5): - Frühstück war super und vieles zur Auswahl. Lage ist perfekt und sehr Zentral. Jeden Tag ein sauberes Zimmer vorgefunden. Die Zimmer leider ein bisschen zu klein.

- Geert (7/5): Worth the stay for midweek Istanbul trip - The location is the main asset of the hotel ; very close to Sulthanamet (Blue Mosk, Topkapi, Aya Sofia, basilica cisterne, tramway, Bospurus The acceptable price during our stay (May) Elevater (safe or not ?) stops between two floors ; you have or to climb or to go down the staircase to get into your room. Noise between two rooms, coming from crummy old doors. Lauzy internet ; not available during 2 of our 4 days overnight stay

- Luis Fabritzio Varela (10/5): - Location, breakfast, staff If you want to be close to the centre and safe then this is a hotel worth the money. I have stayed in a larger hotel on the same street which was twice as expensive as this hotel before and I can honestly say that there is not much to pay more for between these two hotels.
- Светлана (6/5): - Расположение очень хорошее. Нет клиентоориентированности. После нескольких дней проживания обратилась с просьбой настроить работу телевизора в номере. Администратор на ресепшен не знает, как это сделать, отправляет обратиться на следующий день с утра к другому администратору. Через день спросила, почему до сих пор не настроили телевизор, в ответ меня спросили, почему я не обратилась утром к тому, к которому меня отправили. Гоняют один к другому. Белье за 8 ночей ни разу не поменяли, меняли только полотенца.
- Nathalie (9/5): Très belle découverte ! - L’emplacement est parfait, proche de nombreux lieux de visite, à quelques minutes du métro. Le personnel est très gentil et serviable. L’immeuble en face est en rénovation, donc les travaux commencent tôt le matin. Mais dans quelques semaines, ce ne sera qu’un mauvais souvenir.

- Robert (8/5): good but it could be better - very beautiful room with character, it was clean, cleaned every day. breakfast was a disaster, there really was nothing to eat for me and I expected a lot because I was in Turkey for the first time and I heard how delicious the food is there, total disappointment. I could only eat olives and feta.
- Toivo (6/5): - A very good hotel with a very good location in Fatih. Breakfast is 👍 Unfortunately, the gallery had misleading pictures that the hotel had a beautiful terrace. The existence of a terrace was my choice, however, which did not turn out to be true🥺

- Ajaoun (8/5): Emplacement et rapport qualité parfait, personnel convivial et à disposition pour toutes questions. - Le personnel, le petit déjeuner et l’emplacement. Le bruit des portes à cause du système de fermeture, le bruit de la vmc et le lit un peu petit pour les grandes personnes.
