Was charged £70 for ‘service charge’ I have never heard of a service charge been put on the end of a stay before, especially when they already charge so much to stay, they should already be looking after their staff. Unsure if it was optional, as the staff at check out made out that it wasn’t so had to pay it.

The one thing I would say (the upgrade was a great part, thank you!) the gentleman that checked us in was really helpful and guided us to our room, this now lacks in many hotels but it did not here. Most staff had a smile and were just super friendly and we really enjoyed our stay. The spa facilities are good, but they could be better! I know this is rated as one of the best in London, there are boutique hotels that have great spas and thermal rooms. Very limited facilities however maintained well.

- Melissa (9/5): Een onvergetelijk en fijn verblijf, voor herhaling vatbaar! - De vriendelijke service, de locatie en netheid van het hotel. Wij kregen een upgrade van kamer, dit konden wij enorm waarderen!! Het enige wat ik kan bedenken is de vloerbedekking in de slaapkamer, daar ben ik geen voorstander van.

Je déteste me plaindre et laisse habituellement uniquement des avis favorable en ne faisant que des éloges sur les établissements visités… Peut être sommes nous mal tombés… La magie de Noël n’était pas franchement présente… Pour un hôtel 5 étoiles je trouve cela incroyable que le personnel ne parle pas un minimum Français… Depuis le jour de notre arrivée le sol de la salle de bain était brûlant, nous avons demandé une première fois en fin d’après-midi que quelqu’un puisse venir vérifier mais en rentrant vers minuit nous avons dû rappeler car rien n’avait été fait et il faisait encore plus chaud, ils sont venus avec le thermomètre dans la chambre, il faisait 32 degrés … Une attente incroyable au petit déjeuner le matin pour avoir une table, tout le monde est entassés à l’entrée du restaurant en attendant que l’on vienne nous chercher… Le personnel n’a pas été très agréable et accueillant..

Highly recommend. - Staff, gym & spa is all lovely We have stayed here twice now, my boyfriend has a severe Nut allergy and both times with our room service breakfast we have had nutella in a jar on our table. I know this would have been a genuine mistake however does not fill with confidence that the staff take having a nut allergy serious.

Could of stayed there all night - The rooms and spa were amazing, loved that I was provided with a pregnancy pillow without requesting. The halal options in restaurants were not satisfactory. Very small mocktail served to me would have liked a bigger glass, espa toiletries no longer available in rooms.

Is remarkable and anticipates for every need and do so with grace and professionalism. The In Room dining experience is as good as any 5 Star Restaurant. Spa, pool and spa amenities are included in your stay. The feeling of peace, tranquility & comfort in the beautifully appointed rooms cannot be duplicated. This amazing hotel & staff are beyond compare. When you book make sure your room includes breakfast! Omg breakfast inclusive in the restaurant or room service is a gorgeous feast. Do go down ro the restaurant well worth waking for. We are already planning the Holidays at the Corinthia. We actually were sad to leave the staff today. We will see you again soon & hopefully you will too.
