Daha önce de çok defa konakladığım bir tesis. Bu seferki konaklamam da tesisten kaynaklı olmayan bir durum vardı. Sanırım bir kaç Seminer programı varmış. Bu yüzden yer bulmakta zorlandım. Daha öncekiler gibi değil ama iyinin kötüsü bir odada konakladım. Müşteri memnuniyetinden (ilişkilerinden) sorumlu Yağmur hanım var. O gerçekten çok profesyonel ve işini hassasiyetle yapan sorumluluk sahibi bir hanımefendi. Kendisine teşekkür ediyorum.

Das Gästebetreuungsteam war echt klasse. Ich möchte mich an dieser Stelle bei dir liebe *Yağmur Düzgün* ganz herzlich bedanken. Von der ersten Minute an haben wir uns aussergewöhnlich willkommen und wertgeschätzt gefühlt. Du warst nicht nur durchgehend freundlich, sondern auch beeindruckend kompetent, aufmerksam und in jeder Situation zuvorkommend. Man hat gespürt, dass du hier mit Herz arbeitest. Also deine Vorgesetzten können dich ehrlich gesagt mit gutem Gewissen stark belohnen und dir deutlich mehr Verantwortung übergeben. Schon beim Betreten unseres Zimmers wurden wir mit liebevoll vorbereiteten Snacks empfangen. Doch damit nicht genug: Einige Tage später erwartete uns erneut eine wundervolle Überraschung im Zimmer, darunter feinster türkischer Kaffee und köstliche Leckereien. Solche Aufmerksamkeiten sind alles andere als selbstverständlich und haben unseren Aufenthalt auf eine ganz besondere Weise bereichert. All das werde ich NIE vergessen Yağmur! Das grosszügige Zimmer selbst liess keine Wünsche offen: stilvoll eingerichtet, makellos sauber und mit einem atemberaubenden Meerblick, der jeden Moment zu etwas Besonderem gemacht hat. Die Ruhe im Hotel war bemerkenswert – ein perfekter Ort, um vollkommen abzuschalten und neue Energie zu tanken. Der Roomservice war jederzeit zuverlässig, diskret und auf höchstem Niveau. Ein weiteres Highlight war zweifellos das Frühstücksbuffet: Eine beeindruckende Vielfalt an frischen, qualitativ hochwertigen Speisen, die nicht nur geschmacklich, sondern auch optisch begeistert haben. Jeder Morgen begann hier mit einem kleinen Genussmoment. Zusammengefasst: Ich werde in die Türkei wieder gehen, nicht nur wegen der tollen Türkei, sondern definitiv auch wegen dem tollen Aufenthalt in diesem grossartigen Hotel. Khaled Alazzawi NIX

Besonders hervorzuheben ist das aufmerksame und freundliche Personal. Zudem war das Zimmer-Upgrade auf Meerblick eine tolle Überraschung, die unseren Aufenthalt noch schöner gemacht hat! Auch beim Check-out zeigte sich das Hotel von seiner besten Seite: Als wir nach einer Verlängerung von einer Stunde fragten, wurden uns ohne Zögern direkt zwei Stunden zusätzlich gewährt. Diese Flexibilität und Freundlichkeit findet man selten.

GAZANFER (10/5): GÜZEL TERCİH EDİLEBİLİR BİR OTEL. - Otel Pendik sahilde Sabiha Gökçen Hava Limanı araç ile 15 dakika mesafede. Denizi gören oda da kaldım oda büyüklüğü temizliği iyi idi. Yataklar rahat idi. Spa havuz buhar banyo ve sauna ücretsiz ve güzel idi. Kahvaltı açık büfe olup çok zengindi. Fiyat denge bakımında beklentilerimin üzerinde konaklama oldu. Sevmediğim bişi olmadı.

Ayrıca oda içi telefon çal - Konum manzara “Türk kahvesi siparişimiz 50 dakika sonra geldi. Bununla birlikte oda içi telefon çalışmadığı için resepsiyon ve restorana ulaşmak mümkün değildi. Resepsiyona ancak kendi telefonumla dışarıdan arayarak bağlanabildim. Daha hızlı ve erişilebilir bir iletişim sistemi beklerdik.”

Ben fiyat performansı uygun oldugu sürece istanbulda burda kalırım. sizede öneririm.

Malika (2/5): - Emplacement à côté de aéroport. J’ai rien aimé, dans la chambre, pas de bouteille l’eau pas des verres pour faire le thé, il avait deux sachets de thé plus rien. Minibar est vide. La poussière sur les étagères et table. Le matelas pour dormir horrible. Presque plus de papier toilette. Pas un mouchoir.. On est allé au hammam le service terrible par contre on a bien payé . Le petit-déj’ rien à voir avec un hôtel de cinq étoiles, même dans une hôtel routière on mange mieux. Bref, l’hôtel a évité.
Andrada (10/5): Very good - Am avut o experiență foarte plăcută în acest hotel. Priveliștea la mare a fost absolut minunată – ne-am bucurat în fiecare dimineață de răsărit și de liniștea apei. Personalul a fost foarte amabil și atent, mereu gata să ne ajute cu orice am avut nevoie. Ne-am simțit bine primiți și în siguranță pe toată durata șederii. Cu siguranță am reveni cu drag!
