• D8791BNahmedm (8/5): Comfortable Stay in a Perfect Location - Our family had a wonderful stay at this cozy bed and breakfast. While it doesn’t have a pool or entertainment facilities, its location more than makes up for it. The hotel is just a short walk from major sightseeing spots, with plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby to explore local flavors. Public transportation is only five minutes away, making it easy to get around the city. The rooms were clean, comfortable. Breakfast was fresh and satisfying, offering a pleasant start to each morning. The staff were friendly .Overall, an excellent choice for comfort, convenience, and location

• Maps14567962599 (4/5): extremely disappointed - we went and we've changed rooms 3 times, there were ants all over the beds and in one of the rooms there were small insects all over the floor in the end we had to deal with it. we also had issued with the water in the rooms, the bathroom water would be at hot temperature and it would suddenly turn cold. the breakfast was the same everyday maybe only 2-3 changes were made. other than that the staff was rlly kind and understanding, however we've made alot of complains and no one has done anything🤷🏻‍♀️
• 521manars (10/5): Best shisha - Amazing restaurant at Istanbul we've been here 6 times lovely GREAT kebab meat house . Try ottoman kebab and turkish kebab highly recommeneded restaurant for ever. We get free baklava and turkish tea . They have amazing shisha double Apple lovely
• Irfan (6/5): Not very good, so so - Room was ok but toilet smell was coming in the room. Also breakfast was not acceptable at all we did not take breakfast after the first day breakfast. Scrambled egg were uncooked and when I asked I was told so that it would cook over the time for late coming guests.
• Gülnur (8/5): - Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Die Lage ist top! ÖPNV ist fußläufig erreichbar. Leider sind die Zimmer jedoch renovierungsbedürftig und das Reinigungsteam in mancher Hinsicht verbesserungswürdig...
• Said (8/5): - Quand j'ai donné la note horrible au personnel,je tiens à expliquer que je parle d'une seule personne à la réception qui a travaillé Dimanche 12/02/23 je ne sais pas son nom,irresponsable arrogant et mal éduqué.les autres sont trés gentils.

• Verified traveler (2/5): à evitez absolument - j'ai réservé chambre vue sur la rue, je me retrouve dans une chambre prison, la réception se foute de la geule des clients, on m a promis que le lendemain j aurais une autre chambre, le lendemain impossible, heureusement le service client est intervenue pour me loger dans un autre hôtel pas loin. évitez cet arnaque
• Vincent (6/5): Expérience moyenne - Lors de notre arrivée la personne a l’accueil nous dit ne pas avoir de réservation à mon nom et ne pas collaborer hôtel.com. Après plus de 30 minutes de négociations et une super angoisse il décide de vérifier avec mon passeport et il trouve notre réservation. Pas là moindre excuse. Concernant la chambre elle était petite, avec des marques d’usures par le temps. Surtout les parties communes. Je ne recommande pas cette hôtel.

• LauraN4130 (8/5): Average stay, good for shopping sprees - We went to Istanbul for shipping and cider this hotel did to its location. Centrally placed, surrounded by restaurants, next to the bazaar and Bosphorus. The staff was really helpful throughout our stay, even prior our arrival they helped us. Due to personal reasons we had to change our booking, they accepted even though their policy did not include such changes. Also, one night my husband forgot his backpack in front of the hotel, as we had some drinks at the hotel's restaurant. The breakfast: many stated that it is poor, and there are long waiting times between refills. I would disagree, the food was just fine, i have never seen empty trays and each morning there was something else, apart from the salads which were the same, but tasty. If you wish to find at the hotel, their menu has good prices as compared to other restaurants within the same area and the food is good. Drinks are expensive as anywhere else. The rooms are tiny, but every hotel in Istanbul i have visited was the same. There is a problem with some of them as they do not have windows facing outside and you cannot get fresh air within the room and it's always humid. Make sure you have spare nightwear because you'll sweat. Overall, it is a fair price quality ratio, but I have seen better before in Istanbul. There is a parking nearby, i think we paid line 300tl for 4 days, it is a private parking at it opens at 9 am in case you want to leave early you'll have to wait at the gate as we did, so you have no chances to hit the road early in the morning.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Everything amazing except the cleaning - The Hotel stuff were amazing, the location was just perfect, near to everywhere, the tramway station a the marmaray metro station were about 3 minutes walking, the breakfast was not bad at all it was delecious and various. But the room cleaning was very bad, trash under out bads, sometimes we don’t get our bads and towels changed, it was the only thing i hated all my stay.
• 593philipv (8/5): Perfect first evening dinner - Excellent food and friendly staff. Good location. Try the testi-dish, food show included. Nice atmosphere outside. Nice meze as an appetizer. Some tea and sweets on the house. The cats also like the food. Taxis driving through narrow street provide extra adventure.
• 343alisaa (10/5): Gem of a restaurant 😎 - This restaurant is in an Excellent location, with great service, and the food is good x traveled with friends. Good ambiance I would definitely recommend and would come again 😎 nice quiet area away from the hustle and bustle that is Istanbul.

• DRaganaToronto (10/5): Nice place,excellent location,great staff... - We spent three nights in the historical heart of Istambul, it was awesome experience. This is beautiful place with wonderful staff. Reception desk guys are very kind and helpful,dinning room guys are serving us very good breakfast,large variety of choices. Mohamed is welcoming us ,he is very kind and helpful so you can count on him in any Situation,. He is working hard to please every single needs we felt very happy,safe,conformable and enjoyed very much our stay,definitely coming back very soon in the same hotel.
• 315negarm (2/5): Not waste your money at this hotel - We booked 3 rooms for 6 person and we arrived 1day sooner than our guests,we told the hotel manager to give us the total price ( ofc we knew the price because we cheked on booking.com) for 1week for all of us and we paid,a day after our guests arrival they said to us you should pay extra 425 € !!! When we asked why and the price was something else or at least u should say at first place they siad thats price for Booking.com not us! They where asking for extra money even for a bottle of water which is 2lia they where asking for 10 lira! Rooms where small,noisy ,and buffet was not good!
• samirj00 (8/5): Great value for money - perfect location close to tramai station and variety of restaurants and market around close to the sea, staff very kind and helpful specially Ibrahim and Fayez speak english, comfy rooms with beautiful view, cleanliness is good but to much ants once I arrived then problem was solved by the reception mustafa is very helpful, Wifi all over the hotel, they serve turkish tea & coffee 24/7, breakfast was okay still need to serve more variety of food
• BGtraveller23 (4/5): Expected more and got disappointed. - Location was great and personal were very helpful. The hotel is very near to touristic attractions and Eminonu port. Breakfast was good. There was AC and TV in room which all worked well. We were given a room which has window indeed, but this window was watching the reception and there was no fresh air. Also at night we were listening the talking at reception instead of having good sleep. Cleaning at room needs to improve. What also disappointed me was the fact that during heavy rain my mother went outside to smoke and sat on a table and a man from hotel's restaurant asked her to leave if she doesn't order. I agree about this but they way he said it wasn't polite, there were no customers, few free tables and mom has legs problems so this gave us bad taste.

• mikipo123 (2/5): Disgusting - U can’t check in before 12 pm, that’s a joke, I’m tired of driving since 12 am, and it’s not allowed to rest until it’s 12 pm. So I’m forced to wait 4 hours, without sleep. The entrance is disgusting, the reception unfriendly and egoistic as hell. I don’t recommend this garbage.
• RGagiano (8/5): Renette - Very friendly and helpful staff especially Mustafa at reception nothing was too much...great location close to all the attractions and the tram station...clean rooms and bathrooms and the beds were very comfortable...will definitely recommend this hotel...great value for money!! The restaurant's food is excellent

It is my first time in Turkey and my first Turkish meal. Further there was a beautiful Turkish music on the background. I filled this in before we got the receipt.

It’s close to the tram line and about 8 mins walk from blue mosque.The staff are friendly and rooms are clean.I would say it’s great value for money. Breakfast selection is a buffet with cold cuts, olives , cheeses and much more including hot breakfast too .
