• Veronika (9/5): Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt - Personal sehr freundlich, Frühstück top, Bahnhofsnähe praktisch. Zimmer sauber, geräumig, ruhig. Ich durfte vor dem Einchecken und auch nach dem Auschecken mein Gepäck ohne Mehrkosten dort deponieren. Das einzige, das ich vermisst habe, ist eine Steckdose in Bettnähe sowie ein Nachtkästchen. Dazu habe ich den Schreibtischsessel zweckentfremdet.
• Uwe (7/5): Hotel sehr gut, jedoch mit Abzügen in der B-Note o - Lage, Gebäude, Zimmer, Fahrrad Abstellraum mit Lademöglichkeit für Akku, Große Dusche und Badezimmer, Frühstück und Frühstückszeiten Service im Zimmerservice, Toilettenpapier war einen Tag nach Meldung "leer" immer noch nicht aufgefüllt. Wir mussten selbst dannach schauen, woher wir spät Abends noch Toilettenpapier bekommen konnten. Fahrräder konnten eine Nacht nicht aufgeladen werden, da Fahrrad Garage total überfüllt war. Und das in der Nebensaison. Abendessen nur in Buffet Form jedoch hierfür unserer Meinung nach überteuert.
• Thomas (9/5): - Sehr gut gelegen und schönes Gebäude. Es war trotz vollem Hotel immer genügend Platz für alle Personen beim Frühstück. Auch den Barbereich haben wir geschätzt und benutzt! Das jüngere Personal war beim Einchecken und mit der Ausstellung der Gästekarten etwas überfordert. Deren Kommunikation ist noch etwas verbesserungsbedürftig. Den Aufenthalt haben wir 9 Personen aber trotzdem sehr genossen!

• Anna (6/5): - Der Ort ist sehr schön und liegt ruhig. Das Bett war bequem und man hat weder vom Gang noch von den anderen Zimmern viel gehört. Hab also sehr gut geschlafen. Das Frühstück war vielfältig und umfangreich und der Raum sowie der Wintergarten sind sehr nett zum Frühstücken. Das Zimmer war eher klein (hat aber für eine Nacht gut gepasst) und leider nicht so ordentlich gesaugt - es war Schmutz am Boden. Das Bad war dafür sehr sauber. Leider gab es keine Bio-Produkte (außer Tee) beim Frühstück.
• Paul (4/5): Disappointing and would think twice about returning - The breakfast was good and the breakfast staff always said good morning and kept everything well stocked. When we reported a problem, the technician had left for the day already but came back to address our problem which we really appreciated. The hotel is being run to make as much money as possible, even if its to the detriment of the guests comfort. We stayed in the middle of May but the hotel hadn't yet turned the air con on for the rooms, that meant you couldn't make the room any cooler than 20c. As we were on the top floor which is partially in the roof space, our room was always very warm. We could open windows, but then ended up sitting in the dark for around 1-2 hours while the room cooled off. As it's near a lake, we didn't want to turn the lights on and invite all the local bugs into our room! After the windows are closed, the room gradually warms back up again. Additionally, there's no automatic housekeeping. We stayed for 5 nights and didn't get our room cleaned once. Thing is, there's a slip (in German) that tells you you need to request with reception if you want your room cleaning. We only realised this on day 3 and requested it that day. Housekeeping didn't come on the day we requested so we had to go back down to ask for more toilet roll (they only leave you one at a time). Even the day after, housekeeping never turned up, so in 5 days our room wasn't cleaned once despite us requesting it. We also had an issue with our key card stopping working (a bit of a pain when you're on the top floor). While reception fixed it, they didn't once apologise, nor were we asked if everything was ok when we checked out. The mattresses were also quite worn. Mine had a large dip on the side where people have sat which wasn't comfortable if you laid close to the edge. Finally, the room (325) was large but had virtually nowhere to put things in the bathroom. There were no shelves, just a small table big enough for a single toilet roll and one wash bag. One of us ended up having to keep our washbag and things on the floor under the sink. Quite frankly, for the price we paid you expect a little more as it wasn't cheap.

Poor wifi - at times with no signal at all - and a ridiculous filter system that blocked access to many useful sites, including ones for football, baseball and even chess.

Es ist eine Klimaanlage im Zimmer. Preis -Leistung ungenügend. Zu wenig bis gar keine Ablageflächen im Bad . Das Zimmer war mini. 5 Euro Kurtaxe empfand ich wirklich extrem. Ich habe schon in vielen Hotels zum ähnlichen Preis genächtigt und diese hatten gehobene Ausstattung und zusätzlich noch Frühstück, das im Preis enthalten war.

• Thomas (8/5): Wochenende am See - Die Lage so nah an Festspielhaus, Bahnhof und Zentrum. Das Angebot beim Frühstück. Die Mitarbeiterinnen an der Rezeptionen waren nicht wirklich freundlich. Wichtig war ihnen die Bezahlung bei Anreise und der Hinweis auf eine bescheidene Parkplatz- und Zimmerreinigungssituation. Wofür man 5 Euro "Kurbeitrag" bezahlt bzw. was dafür geboten wird, wurde dagegen nicht thematisiert. Hauptsache, es standen zwei Trinkgeldkassen am Empfang. ;-) Ein Frühstück für 21 Euro x 2 ist mir persönlich zu teuer. Wir haben es uns am Sonntag trotzdem gegönnt, weil wir insgesamt auf ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis gekommen sind. Die Mitarbeiter beim Frühstück waren sehr freundlich. Alles in allem würden wir durchaus wieder im JUFA-Hotel übernachten.
• Hanneke (9/5): Een fijne plek voor iedereen. - De ongedwongen sfeer. Voor iedereen een fijn hotel. Goede ligging, vlak achter de wandelpromenade met Seebühne en restaurants, heel dichtbij station, sportvelden, zwembad en de oude binnenstad. Voortreffelijk ontbijt! Onze kamer was erg groot en er hadden best twee lekkere stoeltjes of een bankje ingepast. Er stonden nu een poef en een hard recht stoeltje.
