Abdusamed (1/5): The worst hotel in istanbul - I don't suggest this hotel to anyone. The staff was very rude, the hotel had no internet/wifi, no running water and almost everything was broken. The door to my room was broken and I stayed outside until 2 AM. Unless you want to try a surviving experience, dont book this hotel

Courtney (2/5): Do not stay here, under construction - The location was in good proximity to things to see. Has good potential but should not be open. The property should not be open, it was under construction the whole time we were there and nothing was said on the website. I got paint all over my clothes as the walls were wet. The entrance had buckets and cords all over the place and we had no help. The elevator was not good and the first staircase looked like it was about to collapse. Do not stay here.

Lana (1/5): awful - nothing When we arrived, it was found that the hotel was repaired. we were not warned about this. They wouldn't refund our money or take us to a good hotel. it was awful hotel.
Mohammad (7/5): It’s good for students or young people not for family. - The price is good and property is close to the trains. There is no cars or taxi can reach the location we use to walk around 5 KM with heavy bags to reach the property.
Kokab (1/5): I didn’t stay more than few hours we moved hotel the same day - In both rooms fridge we’re not working and they told us to wait 2/3 days to get them fixed as weekend no heating it was freezing cold had bed bugs kids got ill roofs were leaking so had to leave the hotel and move to the new one same day as had 2 months old baby with me and all Young kids I really needed the facilities I paid for It’s a total scam

The was not house keeper, the WiFi Internet is very bad and I used my Owen sim Internet, there was no land phone, the mini bar does not work, no TV channels, the heater is leaking water.,and if you ask the staff for anything they will say yes at the time you asked but than nothing will happened. I will never stay in this hotel again. And advice no to go to this hotel.

Shahinoor (6/5): Good location with basic amenities - It's a really prime location in the old city in front of Cemberlitas tram station. You can commute anywhere using the tram but also, it's a 5-10 min walk away from the Grand Bazaar, and the Hagia Sofia. It's a affordable price and the staff are friendly. The facilities aren't the best. The morning after the first night we stayed, the water was switched off in the morning, maybe due to nearby roadworks, but was unable to shower or freshen up that day. You can hear the trams coming and going from the room as well as conversations outside on the street. If might make it difficult to sleep. Also the WiFi is really slow. The breakfast also has limited options.

Neshwan (9/5): Excellent location and comfortable beds . - 1- The location just 30 seconds from Chanerlitaş metro station . It is one stop from Sultanahmet to the south and one stop from the grand bazar . Main tourists attraction is within short walking distance . It is also 3 stops from Eminonu station and ferry hub . Underground train is two stops away in Laleli . Could not have a better location . 2- The family room is spacious with three large windows the ceiling is high and beds very comfortable . 3- daily cleaning of the room. 4- Reception is manned all the time . Emre was really Helpful . Note : please note this is not extravagant place . It is place that provide you with comfortable clean and big room in a second to none location in central Istanbul . The hotel is compact given it is central location . Breakfast area is small .

Emina (1/5): Bad - Location. The hotel is yuck. The bed was full of mites that were eating us, the sheets were dirty. They did not change it for 5 days. In the end, I threw the bedding in front of the door so that they would give us a new one, and the lady who supposedly cleans the room put it back on the bed (same dirty shits). Consider that we have a child and we couldn't just change hotels in Istanbul. Breakfast is desperate, ugh. The kettle is not working. The toilet is dirty, the room is full of ants. The elevator barely fits one person.

S (5/5): Disappointed after second stay here - The location is fantastic. Staff were very nice in the main. The rooms were not cleaned properly. Towels and bedding only renewed every other day. Lift out of service for a day. Toilet not flushing some days. No water for half a day (apparently this was a problem for the whole neighborhood). The stairway needs better lighting and carpeting. The first floor stairs are dangerous.

Ergun (8/5): Top location 👌 - Well room size and the comfort of the room was quite impressive as well as the location. The only down side was we were given 1st a room which was already taken. Facing a half naked man in the middle of the night was shocking however I am glad that the incident didn't escalate. We weren't given after a much better room as compensation also some treats.
Kamran (9/5): Superb - The breakfast is good, the staff are friendly and attentive, the hotel is clean and tidy, the building itself has a kind of architecture that is very pleasing to the person, the hotel is very close to the Cemberlitaş tram stop, the hotel is in the center, the hotel is surrounded by cafes, restaurants, shopping centers and historical places. and full of museums. Very close to the sea! In conclusion, this hotel is very good for its price! The hotel needs a new renovation. Also, I wrote to the hotel from Booking, asking for information, and the hotel did not reply to me. I know this as carelessness!

Overall condition of the property feels very old with many things not functioning as you would expect even from a budget hotel. Ant was a big problem! The shower screen was missing, leading to partial flooding during the shower.

Йоана (7/5): In general it is good value for the money, the location is I the historical center, but the area is very crowded and noi - The beds are comfortable and the room was spacious and nice. There are certain small things missing, such as hanger for the toilet paper. The shower was not that good. The bed sheets are without possibility to put the blanket inside, and you have to use the blanket that I guess is now washed after every customer.

The ac didnt operation claiming that its a policy that summers closes the ac controls. Location was the only positive in the equation. Lift was excepltionally congested. Windows wont lock cz broken. Rest seems good. Best part was the location. However, having visited other hotels in the area, I think its at least 20% over priced.

We were in Istanbul for 16 hours during a layover so we booked the hotel as somewhere to get a couple of hour sleep and a shower before heading back to the airport. The hotel is small and simple, but the rooms and bathrooms are clean. The beds were comfortable. The desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very quite. We checked in and then walked around exploring Istanbul for a few hours. The hotel is within easy walking distance of the Blue Mosque and is right next to a tram stop, For the price and the purpose it was perfect. Nothing. The hotel is a bit dated and the fit and finish are a bit worn, but it is all in working condition and clean. For the price it was amazing and the location was brilliant. I cannot think of a negative thing to say.
