• Ananya (8/5): Beautiful heritage property! - The room was very well sized, and very clean, it had a great view of the pool. We were able to spend some time at the pool and it was also clean. It was quite close to the Taj Mahal so would reccomend!

• Ria (3/5): Disappointing. Whilst the hotel is obviously a Heritage property, this doesn’t mean it should be shabby. Reception are - Location Very poor breakfast selection when no tour parties staying. Room was tired and grubby, toilet seat was old & dirty and, despite being out all day, the room wasn’t serviced. Staff were indifferent and it took over 20mins to get a drink at the bar, despite being the only 2 people in there. Very noisy all day with construction in progress…

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Il bagno in camera un po’ buio, ma per il resto tutto ottimo.

• Marieke (9/5): Beautiful hotel, delicious food - The place looks majestic, reception entry with AC was very welcome. Our hostess came up to our rooms to do henna tattoos for us and we had a lovely chat. The staff everywhere were friendly and helpful. The food was some of the best of food I've had anywhere in India, we had delicious chicken and fish dishes for dinner, and an array of different styles breakfast the next morning. The pool was great too! We had a very pleasant stay. N/A

• Florence (7/5): Hôtel avec du potentiel, dommage pour l’hygiène et les problèmes d’humidité - Très joli cadre et personnel attentionné L’hygiène laisse clairement à désirer (entre autres, reste de nourriture sur le tapis de notre chambre, et pas des petites miettes…). Gros problème d’humidité dans la chambre (se manifestant par une odeur désagréable et problème de respiration). La chambre concernée était un « Prince », numéro 104.

Disappointing on the staff service and foo - The swimming pool is nice and the rooms are spacious Staff not very supportive before the arrival. Not responding at messages and not providing the best advises to plan the stay. Breakfast is not at the level expected for a 5 stars hotel. It is sold as continental but it is very poor in the variety and quality of western products offered.
• KAZUHIRO (8/5): 趣のあるホテル - 昔に邸宅をホテルに改修したような感じで趣がありました。 部屋も広くチェアもあり良かったです。 この値段ではお得感があります。 チェックインが遅く、朝も早く出発したので、ホテル滞在を堪能できなかったことは残念です。 -プライベートカーで行ったので良かったですが、周辺には日本人がお腹を心配しなくてよさそうなレストランはなさそうでした。探せばあるのかもしれませんが。 -夜寝る時部屋の電気を消すとエアコンも止まってしまって、ファンで一晩寝ました。暑かったし音がうるさかった。使い方がわからなかっただけで、本当はエアコンのみオンで寝ることができるのかもしれません。

• Gary (8/5): - The hotel was in a good location, had lovely rooms, better than expected. The pool area was large. The restaurant had a good selection for evening meals. I didn't like being asked to pay an early check in fee for being less than 2 hours early. I know it was my choice to pay but having visited dozens of hotels around the world I've never been asked to pay to check in early. I also feel the waiting staff in the restaurant were too keen to help. Sometimes you just want to help yourself.

• Melroy (10/5): Beautiful colonial building - Beautifully conserver colonial building .. quiet Setting with open spaces. The insensitive and incompétent local government is constructing an overhead métro line in the city the clearly does not need it. It just makes the city look ugly .

They went out of their way to make sure I was happy and cooked me a lentil dish for dinner that wasn't on the menu. Felt like the turn around on the rooms was rushed and therefore the room could have done with a deep clean.

Nos alojamos en la segunda planta, justo encima de la piscina, y la habitación era excelente: amplia, cómoda y muy limpia. El lugar es tranquilo, ideal para descansar. El personal fue muy amable en todo momento y, además, tuvieron el detalle de ofrecernos una habitación superior sin coste adicional, lo cual se agradece mucho. La piscina estaba limpia y resultaba muy agradable para pasar un rato relajándose. Sin duda, una experiencia muy positiva que repetiríamos.

• Maimoona (10/5): Beautifully, relaxing stay! - We were very kindly upgraded from a garden view to a swimming pool view room and it had the old colonial charm with arches and long terraces. The bedrooms had all the modern facilities plus the charm of dark wooden furniture including a four poster bed, crystal lighting in the bathroom and in the bedroom and beautiful antique decor. The restaurant had a large variety of continental and Indian breakfast in a buffet. We had dinner too and the dishes were both generous and delicious. They were slow in responding but it seems there was an issue with booking.com messages.

The staff are very professional & friendly & our room was massive & very clean. Can only fault one thing, it would be nice to have some Indian music playing while in the dining room bar, it would make the atmosphere that much more special & unique.

The service is very attentive and eager to help. This property does not feel like a true 5-star hotel by international standards. While it may meet local criteria, the amenities are quite basic — for example, the toiletries are average and not what one would expect from a 5-star hotel. There was a noticeable damp smell in the room, which suggests the need for better ventilation. The breakfast was acceptable but rather average. Additionally, the location is directly on the highway, which affects the overall atmosphere.

Et prix du restaurant assez élevé. Par contre personnel fort sympathique

Lobby dèsuet, odeur d'humiditè dans la chambre, porte qui ne ferme pas bien (donc bruyant compte tenu du bruit permanent des rues), restautant et petit dèjeuner franchement basique, espace piscine peu confortable (mobilier basique et usè). Heureusement nous ne sommes restès qu'une nuit. Il nous tardait de retrouver un hèbergement de qualitè pour la suite de notre sèjour.
