- Sheila (10/5): Muy cómodo - Es un hotel bonito, super cómodo, limpio, bien ubicado y con un desayuno muy completo, el personal muy amable dispuesto a ayudarte siempre, en Grab llegas fácilmente a donde sea y muy muy económico, es lo mejor para moverte en cualquier ciudad de Vietnam, nosotros llegamos ahí casi de emergencia porque el hotel que habíamos reservado en el Old Quarter, aún con 9 de calificación tenía cucarachas y salimos corriendo de ahí, y justo reservamos este casi a media noche y fue lo mejor que nos pudo haber pasado, nos quedamos ahí tres noches, lo recomiendo ampliamente

- Simon (10/5): - The hotel room seemed clean quiet, and had space. There were snacks in the room to buy, with reasonable prices. The hotel is a walk from the historic zone where everything is happening. Hoewever in the historic zone, taxis are very restricted in the evening so I think it's better to stay just outside the zone if you have luggage or plan to visit other areas in the evening. This hotel is also quiet, whereas if you are in the historic zone there is a lot of noise. The hotel felt like a 3 star hotel, not the 2 1/2 star advertized, whereas in Vietnam quite a number of hotels inflate their ratings, yet this hotel did the opposite!
- Vadim (10/5): Excellent choice for staying in Hoan Kiem - Excellent hotel in Hoan Kiem, clean, spacious and comfortable rooms, soft beds, A/C, heater, WiFi, attention to minute details, decent breakfast is included.
- Janine (8/5): Very good - Property is in very good area not too busy compared to rest of hotels based. Good restaurants and coffee shops around. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Toiletries provided are really top notch high quality products. Staff member went over and above and offered to take me looking for an ATM after he finished his shift I’m sorry I didn’t take his name. Staff also come assist immediately when there is a problem with something in the room or you request anything. The housekeeping staff did a very very bad job. Linen wasn’t changed until I messed on it night 3 so they were compelled. The first morning after booking in I overslept and rushed out for my tour leaving the iron board out and my bags in a mess. I retuned to find it exactly where I left it. They probably didn’t dust a week before we booked in as the surfaces were all dusty, and definitely never swept throughout my stay. They removed the shower mat day one of my stay and never replaced it. I took a hand towel and put it on the floor as shower mat and it stayed there until I checked out after 4 days. I called reception asking for someone to please come help me with laundry list she said it’s fine I could bring it as the first laundry is free and upon check out they wanted to charge me for laundry .
