They will change towel daily upon request. There is nothing to hold towel or change clothing in the bathroom. End up requesting cloth hanger from hotel and hang on door knob as a temp solution. Aircon is noisy.

I found out later that I needed to request the window room in advance. There were two paper cups. I used them during three days' stay. There is no room cleaning except requesting it a day before and before 4 pm.

- Hadas (2/5): Good intentions, bad execution - The location was good, and the staff were nice and tried to find us a quieter room and gave us a second blanket. There were two chairs in the room. The room wasn't clean. Bad soundproofing - we could hear a lot of noise from the street. They don't give a second room key card, which is annoying when traveling with a partner. There is no curtain in the shower, so you have to shower sitting down, which is common, but the soap and shampoo are high, so you have to get up for them. Or shower very carefully so as to not splash the bathroom with water. There is no hand soap or a place for a hand towel. In our second room, the door didn't close. The room is cold, the mattress is hard, and there is only a thin blanket. You can't control the room temperature in the AC.

- まちゃごり (8/5): - 西門駅1番6番出口から歩いて5分程で、東京の新宿渋谷みたいな場所に有り、西門夜市もホテルまでの道中至るところで楽しく賑わっているわりにはホテル室内は静かで良好。 ビジネスホテルなので仕方ないが、隣の部屋と廊下の音は若干気になる程度で、トイレかシャワー排水音は更に気になる。水圧は高く使い易いが温水になるまで10分くらい出し続けないと温水にならない。

- Kuni (1/5): Although the staff were kind, the safety issues, and inaccurate presentation is unacceptable. - The front desk staff and housekeeping staff were friendly and polite. Unfortunately, almost everything else about this hotel was disappointing. The address shown online makes it look as if the hotel is located on a main street, but the actual entrance is hidden inside a very narrow five-foot alley surrounded by old, dirty, and messy buildings. The foul odor coming from the alley’s drainage system was extremely unpleasant and difficult to bear. The room itself was much smaller than it described on the webpage. The photos of the hotel’s exterior and rooms on Booking.com are misleading and do not reflect reality. The room also felt unsafe. The door lock was not a modern key-card lock but an old-fashioned key lock without a deadbolt. Once inside the room, there was no way to lock the door from the inside securely, and there was no peephole to see who might be knocking. This lack of basic security made me feel very uncomfortable. Additionally, the in-room safe was just a small metal box placed loosely inside the closet. It was not attached to the furniture or the floor, meaning it could easily be picked up and taken away. I prepaid for four nights for a total of USD $1000, but the hotel refused to refund even one night despite the misleading descriptions and poor conditions.

Avec possiblement une vue sur les tours avec écrans. Installations vieillissantes. Mérite un petit coup de frais mais cela est commun à beaucoup d'hôtels à Taïwan.

Na 2 dagen verblijf gevraagd voor schoonmaak maar bij thuiskomst niet gebeurd. Na vragen kregen we schone handdoeken en werd het afval meegenomen......niet schoongemaakt. Bij inchecken vroeg de medewerker of we een goede review wilden geven.....

- Amy (7/5): Comfortable - The beds were really comfy and the size of the room was quite large! The location was perfect for Ximen. I couldn't control the temperature of the room, there was only an on/off button for the AC. It gets quite cold. Also the button for the 4th floor lobby doesn't say 4 so be careful! It says 'lobby' in Chinese, so people who don't know the language may get confused.
