- claudia (5/5): esta muy bien ubicada ,buen desayuno pero éramos cuatro y la habitación nos resulto chica - Buena ubicacion , buen desayuno y buena idea la del happy hour . el personal es amable pedi una habitación para cuatro personas y eran dos camas doble, quise cambiar pero no había posibilidades de cambiar con sofa cama , muy chica , tiene una cocinita muy bien equipada pero no hay donde sentarse fue muy chica la habitación, tiene muchas habitaciones y pocos ascensores

- Ariel (5/5): Aceptable por el dinero - La ubicación es buena si queres estar cerca de Times Square, y si queres caminar un poco más esta Bryant Park, Grand Central, etc... El desayuno es aceptable, tiene varias opciones, nada "wow", pero esta bien. No hay muchos hoteles por el precio que tengan desayuno Tiene heladera para tener tus bebidas frias y una pequeña cocina para hacerte algo simple. El hotel estaba en reparaciones y nunca avisaron o dieron una compensación. De 9 a 18hs había ruido constante, por suerte, casi siempre estuve fuera. El ascensor si bien no es nada terrible, es cierto como dicen por los comentarios que hay espera en los horarios pico. Si estas en los pisos intermedios siempre viene lleno, lo mejor es quedarte abajo y bajar por las escaleras. Sino, apreta arriba y subí para luego bajar. El personal del hotel no fue muy amigable, depende la hora que llegabas con una pregunta era como te atendían. La habitación esta "ok". Si buscas un lugar donde dejar las valijas e irte a recorrer en una habitación para 4 personas a buen precio, este es tu hotel. Se limpia un día si y un día no, que tampoco nos avisaron o compensaron por esto. Si, cambian las toallas todos los dias. Si esta bueno que tenga heladera para tener bebidas frias, pero nunca cocine. Igualmente, aclaro que si haces algo que pueda tener olor, suerte sacando el mismo de la habitación que ya tiene olor a encierro. Las habitaciones inferiores, parte de mi familia se quedo en el piso 3, tenían vista a lo que parecía un basurero (la parte de atrás de otro edificio), si me quedaba ahi, me iba a deprimir cada vez que llegaba a la habitación. Si bien hay varias cosas, es aceptable, si buscas pagar una habitación a buen precio que incluya desayuno, tener una cama, heladera o algo para cocinar unos fideos, este es tu lugar. Si ya buscas algo un poco mejor o menos deprimente, preferible otro lugar

- Divya (8/5): Great budget stay at a centralised location! Better to get higher floor. - 5-7 minutes walk to time square, many food joints all around, happy hour in weekdays. Our room on 38th floor had direct view of “The Edge” and side view of ESB. The room was dated and the front desk staff was not rude but not nice either. Lower floors can be very noisy, there was construction ongoing which I imagine could be noisy in some rooms but when we stayed it didn’t affect us on 38th floor.

Needed to use hotel phone for purchase of items & met with rudeness from staff member. There was no regulator of hot water in shower, could not stand under shower, too hot & burnt myself. Went down for assistance, they sent up staff member who tried to fixit without success. Very dangerous

- Ronald (4/5): Not worth the price - + located one block from Port Authority, which makes it very easy to access EWR via nonstop shuttle coach for app. 25 USD or subway lines E to LGA and JFK (A, too). - I come to N.Y. since I was a child in 1980 and never got less for more than 400$ per night. Made a reservation of a Studio/city view for 7 nights and asked for a quiet room upon arrival. They gave me a room on the top floor (40.), though, the 24/7 slamming of the steel-doors of all rooms around keep you awake. And so does the almost non existent noise-insulation of the windows, so enjoy the Manhattan sound of sirenes, Harleys and Lambos around Times Square in bed like a homeless on the street below you. - The "studio" is not even 28 sqm (what the king rooms shall be) and its by far not 36 sqm, like they sold it to me (bath, wardrobe and walls incl.) I don´t think there is any difference between "studio" and "king room" except the price. - In case you stay at midtown to easily reach your room for a nap on siesta while sightseeing Manhattan: Forget it! There is a big renovation going on. The hotel has 40 floors, so the renovation (drilling the concrete walls and floors, hammering from 9am to 5pm from monday - friday) may last until end 2027. They call it an "emergency construction", to justify they didn´t tell you about it on booking or at least before you pay. Same rip off like the rooms size. - Manhattan stinks from pot, totally, and the hotel can´t help it, of course. But why do their elevators and staircases smell like hell? - Be aware of large groups of tourists from some non-european countries with their members running from room to room, partying with all their family members and travel companions 24/7. - Take some extra time in account to catch one of the 3 elevators! The hotel does not provide an extra elevator for service, so the elevators are mostly used by staff. There are no hoistways for the bags of rubbish, towels, bedlines etc. from the rooms. It´s all constantly transported by these elevators to the basement, where it´s unloaded by hand.

- Daniela (9/5): No geral a estadia foi muito boa, com acomodação confortável e bom atendimento. - O café da manhã era muito bom e a localização, excelente. O hotel fica próximo a vários pontos turísticos e tem acesso fácil a ônibus e metrô. Em poucos minutos é possível chegar à Broadway, 5th Avenue e Times Square. O banheiro não tinha chuveiro, somente ducha, e o serviço de quarto deixou um pouco a desejar. Durante uma das limpezas nos deixaram sem toalhas de rosto e sem papel higiênico e, também, retiraram copos e talheres para higienização e não repuseram.

- Elena (9/5): - Es war tolle zentrale Lage. Die Küchenzeile war sehr praktisch. Das Zimmer war groß genug und sauber. Das Bett sehr bequem. Wir hatten Glück mit dem Zimmer auf dem 40. Stock, die Aussicht war atemberaubend, wir haben auf Empire State Building und Edge geguckt. Besonders Abends war alles schön beleuchtet. Das Frühstück hat uns sehr positiv überrascht, es war abwechslungsreich und lecker. Alle Wünsche waren erfüllt. Das Personal beim Frühstück war sehr freundlich und schnell beim saubermachen. LDas Essen wurde sofort nachgefüllt. Der Tee und Kaffee waren den ganzen Tag verfügbar. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

I was a little concerned about the elevators after reading some of the reviews, but since we were staying on the 35th floor, we always managed to get from our room to breakfast within just a few minutes. The breakfast area was always quite busy, however people rotated quickly, so we always found a table for ourselves after a short while. The breakfasts were truly excellent, and there was always something new every day. The cleanliness of the rooms was also perfect. The rooms themselves were not very large, but honestly, you probably do not spend much time in your hotel room while visiting New York, so it was absolutely sufficient. The bed was very comfortable, and there was a large refrigerator and plenty of kitchenware, which is great for anyone who wants the option to cook for themselves. And the view we had from our room was absolutely amazing. Thank you! :-)

- Cristina (10/5): Excelente estadía! - Excelente ubicación para trasladarse a los puntos de interés, caminando o mediante conexión de transporte. El desayuno es lo mejor del hotel, variado, abundante y exquisito. Las camas son cómodas y las toallas muy buenas. Nuestra habitación disponía de una mini cocina con todo lo necesario. En horarios determinados hay alta demanda de ascensores y hay que esperar.

Wij hadden 2 kamers met een tussendeur (gezin met twee tieners) en dat was ideaal! Op de 34ste verdieping, dus mooi uitzicht o.a. op ESB en the Edge. Ruime kamers, goede bedden en ruime douche! Ontbijtruimte echt te klein voor zo’n hotel, maar meestal konden we wel een plekje vinden. De liften duren soms best lang en gaan niet altijd even logisch. 1x de trappen gepakt vanaf de 34ste verdieping omdat het echt te lang duurde.

Snídaně dostatečná (káva, čaj, džus, vajíčka, okurka, rajče, uzenina, šunka, sýr, jablko, banán, ovesná kaše, jogurt, med, chléb, pečivo, muffiny:). Kuchyňský kout na pokoji, klasické nádobí. V koupelně moc neschly ručníky. Papírové nádobí u snídaně, ale to tak je. Tím že je hotel v centru, v noci je slyšet hluk aut z ulice (troubení).

- Dee (8/5): A great choice for a 5 night stay in NYC - The bed was super comfortable. The room was a pretty good size for NYC from what I hear. It was great to have a kitchenette. Having ‘Happy Hour’ was a nice touch. Breakfast was pretty good and changed daily. My side of the bed hardly had room to squeeze through to access it because of the aircon system- I have a bruised calf now. Hot water was intermittent. Reception staff member was very abrupt upon arrival and not welcoming.

Queremos destacar al Personal por su amabilidad y, por estar siempre dispuestos a solucionar cualquier inconveniente que uno pueda tener. Desayuno muy bueno.
- Harumi (8/5): 満足 - キッチンがあること。日本から規制内で食料を持ち込み料理しました。 ペンステーションからとても近く、大荷物でもタクシー等使わずに済みます。 4泊しましたが、毎日朝食の内容は違いました。朝ごはんは本当にありがたく、充分美味しいものでした。 口コミで心配していたエスカレーターも3機動いており、不便は感じなかった。 ハウスキーピングは2日に一回で丁度良い。 眺めのある部屋を予約したか覚えていないのだが・・、窓から見える景色は、それほど良くもなかった。 キッチンにケトルか、電気ポットがあると更に良かった。 ブランケットが予備に部屋にあると更にありがたい。 バスタブがあれば良かった。
